The staff is so great and they are really involved and helpful with my dad. They've been helpful whenever I've needed help with my dad and they truly seem to care and have taken the time to get to know him.

The staff was very courteous and helpful for my situation. They were on the ball. Helped me in a crisis to find a room quickly for my husband in memory care as he was ready to be discharged from a temporary facility. They were friendly and helpful with my finances and getting a Doctor and psychiatrist

This was a beautiful place. The staff were all wonderful. I would feel very comfortable placing my Mom here. I loved all the different activities they do. I was very happy with the tour and they were great about explaining how everything works. All our questions were gladly answered.

I would first like to say this place deserves an A + From the first visit to everything in between has been top notch! [name removed] deserves a lot of recognition she is amazing! Every person we have delt with here has gone above and beyond! This is a hard decision to make for a loved one and they have made it so easy! If you are looking for a HOME environment for your family this is it! They take your loved ones right under their wing, they make sure they are involved in everything they have going on there! Family night was a Western theme the whole staff was dressed from cowboy hats to cowboy boots!! And a country singer to boot!. It's truly a place to call home and feel wanted!!

We really struggled with my Dad after his stroke. We called several places and American House was the first to get back to us. My Dad fits right in. He loves the staff and the other residents like they are his family. He loves playing games like corn hole and bingo. We are grateful that he has fit in so well. The staff are always so nice to us. It is always clean and the meals that they serve are great.

Very nice place. Unfortunately they are not available for respite care. For long term issues it seems like an excellent facility.

The tour at American House was very nice. All of the associates were very friendly. I took notice of their interaction with the residents. They were very kind and polite to each and everyone. The tour was very informative.

[name removed] is doing very well at American House. The activities, the Fellowship, he seems very happy. This has been a blessing. Walter attends Sacred Heart Catholic Church across the street. He is able to walk there. They also have mass right in his building. He has been going weekly. I've been very happy with American House.

The place is very nice. It has a first class atmosphere. [name removed], the Marketing Director, is very knowledgeable about the industry.

[name removed] was a gem. She took ample time to show me around the facility and answered ALL my questions.

Some of the most caring people I’ve ever meet from sales, customer Service, chefs, nurses, housekeeping, and administrative staff. I would highly recommend this facility. During a stressful and uncertain time in our lives, we were provided a level of service and compassion that was incredibly outstanding.

I Recently moved some family members into this facility. All the people working there were great. The food was fantastic, and all of the events I attended with many of the residence were fun and lively. The staff was amazing. Everyone was professional, compassionate and friendly. The medical and management staff were extremely helpful. They took the extra time to help and guide us when we needed it most. I am grateful for their dedication and commitment to excellence. We are all confident our family is getting the best care available!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the care they have provided during my mom and dad’s transition to assisted living. Working with Miranda at the Village throughout the whole process from our first tour through move in was amazing! She listened to our needs, was and is so friendly, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She also offered great incentives. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They really go out of their way to help residents feel comfortable in their new home. Same goes for the residents. It's a wonderful community.

So many enriching activities. Live music multiple days a week. All of the different services delivered in house. A bus driver who is willing to accommodate in almost any situation.

They are caring and try to accommodate. They have a medical team on premises. They have a variety of food! They have a lot of activities. I would definitely recommend to others.
