This community is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend visiting this vibrant active community. The residents all seemed happy and were engaging when visiting :)

We found the facility to be homey and everyone friendly. [name removed] met with us and gave us very helpful info and answered all our questions. We are impressed and have signed a lease.

When you drive up, the grounds are beautiful, well kept. Friendly staff from the front door on. In just 2 weeks I had the pleasure of going on 3!! Outings. Fun! Dining is a pleasure, excellent food, wait staff are superb. I loved you could get a "doggy" bag, or order to go OR room service! The facility is clean. "Teachers" are professional, educated and helpful. Extremely well priced. Loved it! Would recommend it to anyone looking to move.

However be mindful of your end of term in the automatic payment process. Having a representative during walk-through with key in hand, is best .

Nice, clean facility. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Front desk greet you as soon as you enter the facility with a smile. Lot’s of entertainment going on. Residents look clean and nice. Great Place.

Was a wonderful appearance and very nice and clean and friendly visit. I love that it’s so close to home so my visit will be more than usual. Again the staff was friendly the the tour was great

The compassion of the staff, and the friendliness of the residents stood out to me the most. The staff is hard working, caring, and helpful. The residents are welcoming. I appreciate all the services they provide, from the delicious meals provided and served daily, to the housekeeping, and laundry services provided, as well as a beauty salon. I also appreciate the variety of activities they offer here: from Monday sundaes, games like Bingo, Jeopardy, hangman, Wi-Fi games like bowling. , as well as Saturday Movie Night. They also offer arts & crafts and painting classes, and an excellent book club. They also provide Mass and Protestant services. A professional comes in twice a month to give chair massages. During a recent illness, the staff took excellent care of me. I would highly recommend American House.

I love that it's one level. Staff is nice, especially the dining room staff. All places have issues but I would still pick AH. I would recommend it to others. I've had experience with many places and I would pick American House Livonia.

Wonderful place! Clean, beautiful, and good-sized accomodations. Every staff member genuinely like being with residents. Music tends to get a big response from residents! Hoping it will be perfect for my loved one.

Well appointed assisted living and memory care facility. Staff was attentive and accommodating. The independent living accommodations were a bit dated on the exterior. Overall, a positive review.

Overall would be 5 stars. The staff is friendly; the apartment size is just right for her needs; and the food is tasty.

This was the first tour I experienced and i was amazed at how at ease I felt from the very beginning. From my entrance to the home I was impressed by the appearance, the sounds, and the ( I know this sounds strange) aromas of the rooms. Every setting was comfortable and cheerful and thoughtfully decorated. Each staff member cheerful, but not patronizing. I felt comfortable. I have visited other facilities since with no true complaints but without the level of comfort I felt with this visit.

The director was very informative and showed a very positive light to the facility. It was light and bright and airy and a very beautiful feeling to it. I’m just beginning my search so I’m not really certain if this will be right for my parents, but I would definitely consider it.

We were there only 5 days but the staff was amazing, so caring and attentive. We did not have food or participate in activities. The room size was perfect, large enough to be "homey" but small enough to experience "closeness" with my loved one. The room was clean and they bathed my sister and changed her pjs every 2 days to keep her comfortable which showed me how much they care for their residents. If I could, the administrative staff was a 6!

Since I live in the area and know people who have lived here, it was as I expected and everyone is very friendly. One of the residents let me tour their apartment. I got all the paperwork. There seems to be a 9month waiting list. I recommend this for anyone wishing a better place to stay for senior retirement. When we visited the dining room, something they were cooking smelled delicious.

Families are welcomed as partners, and communication is consistent and transparent. What impresses me most, especially after two decades in this field, is the atmosphere. I had recently had surgery, and they graciously provided a wheelchair for me for my tour. The place is bigger than I expected, but neat as a pin, and very well organized. Decor was pleasant, and the furnishings comfortable in the common areas. When passing through the dining area, kitchen staff was heard talking with each other pleasantly.

The tour leader, [Name Removed] was very helpful to answer mom’s questions. She helped getting mom around and made her feel comfortable and welcome.

Thanks for the help it was wonderful and I could not have gotten done what I did without you guidance I would recommend you to anyone that is looking to a place for a loved one
