The administration and the staff are amazing. They are so friendly, caring and compassionate. It is easy to see that they love what they do. The food is delicious. Overall it has been a very positive experience. So happy mom is now living there.

They stayed on top of everything and continue to check in with us until we found the right place. I would recommend and already have.

We are very happy with her apartment and the services. The people and the food are decent. She seems to be adjusting pretty well.

The American House that I toured was very nice and had a lot of benefits that we could take advantage if and when we are ready to move from our independance living to assistance living

Great Welcoming Place. [name removed] was a wonderful host and we enjoyed seeing all the facilities and interact with the residents.

Very professional and friendly staff. Activities team are amazing with all they do for the residents. A lot of wonderful touches they do for the memory care to help residents to find their way.I was very impressed with this home and feel comfortable for my husband to make this his home

I would rate everything within the staffs control a 5 across the board - especially the administration and staff. [name removed] and [name removed] are beyond top notch. The only thing I would probably excuse myself from rating is the value for the money. This type of care is extremely expensive for our family and I wish other people had access to it who need it. I think the staff does a good job of establishing a sense of community and especially making new residents feel welcome. Again, [name removed] and [name removed] are top notch.

My wife and I liked American House . It is a very nice facility, looking clean and well maintained. [name removed] was great to work with, and we feel very confident that our Mother will be well taken care of.

My mother is really enjoying it there. The facility has done a great job of communicating with me working with us and making my mother feel welcomed and enjoyed. Their price scale overall was the best when it comes to transitioning to memory care

The place was perfect for us. My wife just wanted to move closer to our children who are in Ohio. We met a lot of friends in the Villas, hated to leave them. Also we were having some credit issues when we were looking. We were turned down at 2 other places. We were able to get into the American house.

The staff, the fact that only veterans can live in the Honor Manor, and the activities.

Staff very friendly. Food excellent. Facility very good. Potential resident is not yet ready to commit although she praised the facility.

My experience at American house was good. [name removed] was very informative and kind to work with so and they got back to me in timely fashion and we’re still considering other options that we have.

The tour was very thorough and [name removed] was most informative and pleasant. The interaction with the employees and residents was very favorable. The entire facility was very clean and pleasant.

The staff were all very kind and loving toward my mother in law. She was always well taken care of with clean clothes and good hygiene. I received pictures quite often of my mother in law from the staff to let us see activities she was enjoying.

Absolutely would recommend the community and services to others! Hannah has been wonderful — very hands-on, attentive, and incredibly helpful with my mom’s care. She stays on top of everything, which has made a huge difference for our family. We’ve had a very positive experience overall and truly appreciate the support and compassion shown to my mom.
