AH care aides have consistently and genuinely used phrases to both me and my Mother like "you've helped people throughout your life, and now it's time for us to take care of you in AH" to encourage my Mother to ask for help. They truly care. There has Never been an instance that any AH employee that I've posed a question has gone to the nth degree to respond and/or provide me another employee name to seek out. Every employee is truly helpful, on a personal level, seeming to work like a family. Specifically, I asked someone in the therapy group a question best answered by an aide, though the therapist walked me to the aide 'area' down the hall (This was in the 1st week or so that my Mother moved to AH). [Name Removed] Wellness Director/ DON, is exceptionally responsive to my occasional questions I text her. Specifically, how to add a new Rx for my Mother, and how to do that thru their Everspring pharmacy.

The Staff treat their residents with a great deal of respect and dignity. I love the daily activities they provide to stimulate behavior and cognitive balance. My mother-in-law's health has remained very stable, which I attribute 100 percent to the staff and her environment. We are very comfortable with her care.

Very nice, friendly, community feel. Lots of activities, community spaces, and feels like a small community. Independent Living apartments with Assistance as needed, various packages and services available.

The person that I had toured with was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to breakdown all cost to help make decisions easier.

I've had a wonderful experience with American House. My mom is in Hospice there and I could not ask for better care from their Medical team. Food is great, rooms get cleaned once a week, clothes are picked up once a week to wash and returned the same day. The activity director is absolutely wonderful and does things to get all involved. The only complaint I have is that, the amount of rent increase in a year and a half was [Amount Removed] which i absolutely do not agree with. The facility is very clean and inviting.

I had a very good experience with the facility and the staff. All my questions were answered and I came away from the tour with a good feeling about the facility.

Overall great for staff and administration. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and supportive. Admin quickly finished an intake for my mom when it was important to get immediate housing upon her discharge from the hospital. Let me add that my mom was only a resident for 2 weeks and was in the hospital half of that time and then ended up in a nursing home on hospice and passed away. So I only have a limited amount of experience with American House.

My 2 sisters and I all toured this facility and were really impressed with the cleanliness and cosmetic appeal. The staff were all friendly and we left with a desire to place our Mom there. We hope she can get the rehab she needs to be placed there!!

I would recommend to others. The facility is very clean. There are plentiful common areas on each level. The employees are very friendly and know each resident by name.

American House Hampton Village is fantastic!! Their food is amazing. In Assisted Living the residents are able to eat anytime between 7 and 7, plus breakfast all day! Their memory care is in tune with current research snd gives residents choices to ensure a great quality of life.
