The staff is amazing and friendly. Had a little problems the first month mom was there. About getting her medications correct. All is in order and Joan is doing well. She has one of the larger rooms and it is great. Cleaning ?? is good. Food is very delicious.

The place was like new with lots of amenities. The staff seemed really firendly. We really liked the place over all and did not choose to stay there only based on the cost with our needs being the highest care required, which put it out of our price range.

Very nice facility! Friendly people, clean, sunny, full of life. All questions answered honestly and openly. It was a joy to visit this facility!

Our Mother was a resident in the Memory Care unit. From the moment she arrived the Team made sure that she was comfortable and made her feel welcome. The staff is just so caring and supportive of all the residents. We were always made aware of changes or anything that she needed. Aksel always responded to our questions. We highly recommend Westbrook and Memory Care who are looking for an amazing staff!

This is a very well kept, clean and beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents appeared to be very content happy, and involved in many activities.

I think it's overall excellent, I'm very impressed with all the staff however my dad gets very frustrated with the caregivers. Not the medical staff but the caregivers – he says it's hard to communicate with them and he doesn't feel like they really listen to his needs but I think that's more his problem than theirs. And since my dad is limited to a wheelchair most of the time and they don't have an ADA accessible room that's frustrating for him.

West Chester assisted living has been wonderful for our family. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of meaningful activities. We have complete peace of mind knowing our mother is in such capable, compassionate hands. Highly recommend

Welcoming vibe and attractive decor as soon as you enter. Clean, bright and obviously well cared for. Studio was spacious with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. It's a place I would live when the time comes which is the test for if I feel it's suitable for my sister and possibly my mom. Groups of residents were in the lobby and common areas visiting and walking the halls with smiles and polite greetings as well as staff. Salon and gym were well organized and neat. No dings or Knicks or scrapes on the walls, carpet was vacuumed. Obviously the place is well cared for and welcoming which tells me my family would be welcomed and cared for. [Name removed] was a wealth of info and spent 90 mins with me.

The apartments shown to me were very nice. The facility was very clean and people were out socializing. I was told that they only provide 2 meals a day and the reviews were not good concerning the food. So we decided to not show mom the facility as we were looking for 3 meals a day. We also didn’t want to take the chance of mom loosing weight due to the lack of tasty food.

First, the single level building making it less possible to get lost. Access to an enclosed outdoor courtyard. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. And, the apartments were a good size.

We recently made the decision to move my grandmother into West Chester Assisted Living and Memory Care, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience for our family. We actually toured the community several months ago under the previous management, and while we saw potential, we weren’t quite ready at that time. After coming back more recently, it was clear that the new management team has made some very positive changes. The atmosphere feels more welcoming, the staff seem more engaged, and there is an overall sense of care and attention that really stood out to us. Most importantly, my grandmother is happy. She tells us she is truly enjoying the activities and looks forward to them each day, which has been such a blessing to hear. She also regularly comments on how tasty the food is, which definitely matters more than people might think. Making a decision like this is never easy, but we feel confident that we made the right choice.

Dad is mostly blind but likes to believe he is independent. The staff at Burr Ridge allow his independence while keeping an eye out for him. In the 4 months he has lived there, he mentions often that this is the best place for him. The staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant has good food and friendly service. The facility is clean and cared for. He is very there.

I was very happy with this facility, the staff and residents were very friendly, the representative that I met with was highly knowledgeable and the location was beautiful and very clean. While touring I noticed one thing, the residents were engaged and happy with their home and lifestyle. This exactly the atmosphere I want for my mom!

The floor plan of the building and rooms is nice, it’s not too big, it’s in a good location. Everything seemed clean and new.

I'd go there. It's bougie. The staff is highly qualified and friendly. It's not too big or not too small. Has a great memory care option. Location and location to the hospital. Atmosphere. Staff. Price. Yes! Highly recommend. Cedar Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care has made this period in my parents life most comfortable after all they've endured during their transitional period. All the staff are wonderful to my most kind parents. I only hear good things from my parents about their place, and my family saw it as well. It feels like family is all around when we visit.

I enjoyed touring the Westerville Senior facility. Many activities were occurring and residents seemed involved and having a good time. Rooms are adequate size and well designed. I saw some people working out in the workout room. Two ladies hosted the tour and did an excellent job.

[Name Removed]..very nice...very knowledgeable about the property and the units she would be showing us. The property itself is very impressive...very clean, plenty of natural light...very welcoming. The amenities and schedule of things to do is almost overwhelming, if you can't find something to please you, you're not looking. The sample menu looks like we could be interesting. And the residents said the food was delicious. All in all, #1/#2 on our list of possible future residences. Looking forward to revisit...
