No problem with staff, they are helping ti Patriots Angles paper work. And answer all our questions so far.

The apartment was a great size, 1 bedroom, clean and appropriate. The dining hall and food was great. The staff warm and caring. There was a glitch when the main nurse left suddenly but they covered and replaced him with a few understandable problems. My dad declined after being there only a month but we brought him back for his last 2 weeks in hospice and the staff really helped a lot.

This facility was easily accessible, and very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. The atmosphere was bright, open, and residents appeared healthy and happy.

I moved my elderly father (99) back to Colorado and he spent the last 6 months of his life at Rigden Farms. What a great place! The staff are welcoming and caring and show a heartfelt interest for their residents. The director of the facility was always available. As I was here visiting dad almost every other day, I got the impression that the residents here are very happy. They are friendly and love to stop and chat in the hallways. They always had kind words for my dad and I. The facility itself is bright, cheery, and spotlessly clean. It has a warm, safe feeling to it. The food was outstanding (I ate dinner with dad here at least 3 to 4 times a week), and there was a lot of variety within the menu. His favorite meals were the breakfasts. Before picking Rigden, we toured a few other places around the area; Rigden just had the best feel. My father, independent until the end, was very comfortable during his last few months of life here. I and my family highly recommend Rigden Farms.

I had a great experience and was very impressed with the tour. [Name Removed] was very thorough. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to maybe have a few residents that could have been introduced to my dad. But after the tour I actually cancelled all other appointments I had with other communities. We are very excited to come to move my dad to Westbrook!

Overall very happy, staff is amazing. I would say so far the only negative comments I can make is maintenance takes a while to get to a request, servers at the cafe don't really explain the ordering process and how to pick everything for new residents so it was confusing for my parents at the beginning. M They wish the patio was a little bigger and not walled in so they could see when they are sitting down but the apartment is the perfect size for them.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive and generally responsive. My sister is not especially fond of the meals, but she's a picky eater.

The facility was very clean and neat and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The residence we met were also friendly. the apartments we saw were nice, clean, and well organized. They were roomy and very comfortable looking.

Since I moved in I had some health issues flare up. The staff has been wonderful providing any support I've needed. Because of my health issues I haven't participated in any activities yet, but they do have a variety of things available throughout the week. I'm pleased with my apartment and the place is clean. The food has been okay and I'm thankful I don't have to cook any longer. My family and I are very thankful I'm here!

Silver Glen has done a very good job of providing care for my parent. Throughout his stay, the service has been great and he is always very complimentary of the food. I have found the communication to be very good and have enjoyed working with the entire Silver Glen management team.

I recently had an opportunity to work with [name removed] at Palmilla Senior Living. [name removed] approach was gentle and informative. There was no hard sell, there was no pressure. He listened and understand when we described our cousin’s personality and need for quiet and privacy. Our cousin had been overwhelmed the prior day on another tour. We pre-toured Palmilla to save her from possibly another bad experience. When we returned with our cousin, [name removed] put her at ease immediately. We could not believe she was interacting with him herself, whereas in the prior facility, she was mostly mute! [name removed] was so respectful, kind and understanding we all knew we had made the right decision to continue looking. He let us sit together without interference and have lunch and time to talk amongst ourselves. We actually made a decision before leaving the facility. Based upon our experience with [name removed] alone, we trusted our cousin to Palmilla Senior Living.

I loved the community. We decided to go with a different facility that had a 1 br available and was closer to The Pinery.

Everyone was kind, the room was wonderful. Rather, the apartment was wonderful. And I truly appreciated [name removed] patience, as I tried to navigate my mother on and off decision to move in. If I have to do it again, I will go there.

I have had a wonderful experience with the director of sales [name removed] at Green Oaks Senior Living. He is caring and understanding regarding my mom’s recent decision to move from her home to this Independent living facility. He has helped make this difficult decision easier.

The facility was beautiful. The decor was very nicely done. The rooms for the residents were roomy with plenty of storage. The staff seemed very caring.

Burr Ridge Senior Living location is near my hospital, dialysis and doctors. Shopping is close by. Walgreens, and convenience stores are next door. My roomy, independent cottage, with a soothing fireplace, large windows, and lovely kitchen, is surrounded by nature and wetlands. It provides me privacy and serenity. My mornings are full of sunshine. I watch birds and wildlife including deer. Occasionally a pack of coyotes provide an evening concert, from adult song to sweet puppy yaps. My indoor cats came with me. They enjoy my screened sun porch. The grounds and main building are tasteful, including a fireplace, and enclosed garden patios. Sidewalks with resting benches encircle the property and I enjoy walking them. I feel safe here. Folks are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I can relax and am accepted. I have not participated in activities but I'm welcome. Last, but not least, I like the food! The kitchen staff know my needs and meals are tasty and sufficient.

The staff was very caring. I really liked the activities that they did in memory care. They made sure to include every person in the activities. They took those that could travel out to activities like bowling, restaurants and museums. The director took suggestions for food from families and instituted changes based on suggestions.

My mother has been living at Silver Glen for 2-1/2 years first in Independent Living and more recently in Assisted Living. Our experience has been very positive and we’ve found the facility and the staff to have met our expectations and have delivered a safe and supportive environment. My mother has been able to engage with other residents on her terms and seems very happy with her stay here. We have experience with several other providers from our other parents and know there can be a wide range of quality in senior living. This is a newer facility, fairly well run, and meets our needs very nicely. I give it high marks.

I toured with my friend. Lincoln Meadows was a very nice facility - very homey and comfortable. The remodeled units were very nice. Rebecca was a great tour guide. My friend liked Lincoln Meadows a lot. Not sure when/if she will be willing to make the decision. She has a difficult time with change and admitting she needs something different than her current circumstances. The people there were very nice, and I was encouraged how my friend interacted with the residents.

The staff was very caring and welcoming. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and the food was good as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
