[Name removed] was very accommodating and took the time to provide us with multiple tours. Our first impression upon entering the independent living community was very positive. The open entryway felt welcoming, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The cozy seating area in the middle, along with the open layout leading into the library and up to the second floor, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. All of the staff and residents we encountered were kind and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment size is perfect, and there are a lot of activities offered, which is a great benefit. Overall, we were very impressed with the welcoming environment and the sense of community.

You can call anytime of the day to ask questions about your family member. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This facility was the only place that would take on a non-English-speaking person and is making it work. The moving-in process is labor-intensive if your family member is not located on the main floor. And you have to come through the main doors. There is only one elevator being used by everyone. At least the stairs are wide enough for large furniture pieces. There is no courtyard or garden area or walking trails just a very small gazebo in the back and a few rocking chairs up front but for the price don't expect The Ritz.

The tour was very enjoyable and informative. The transition for us is still some distance in the future and far too early for us to get on the wait list. However, we will keep it in our short list of possibilities. Thanks

My wife and I really loved the tour and I think this will be a wonderful place for my father. Once we get the ball rolling I hope to get him settled real soon.

My best friend moved her parents here a couple of months ago and we visited them for the first time during the Labor Day cookout, and we can't believe how great the community is! The food was delicious, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the whole community was clean and well taken care of.

The Legacy Reserve-Memory Care facility is a very welcoming facility for my Mom. She is in a safe place with other residents that she calls "my people." Many daily activities are provided for the residents to participate in. Her room has her own furniture, pictures and keepsakes and reminds her of her home. She enjoys the meals provided. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and very helpful to the residents as well as their families. I would recommend this community to others.

The community was clean and beautiful. Their sales counselor was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The spaces allowed for easy and safe wheelchair/walker mobility. Veterans are honored. MC has a nice schedule of activities throughout week. I was informed that MC residents participate in larger whole community events, use some of the independent living spaces for their activities, have scheduled regular outings; love that they are not confined to their own area of community. That being said, the MC “wing” is spacious, clean, safe, and many of the residents were participating in an activity at the time.

They were very helpful and informative. Very clean and the staff all greeted us as we took the tour. We are still looking at all our options. But it is definitely in the running for a place for my uncle.

We’ve had a really good experience with Memory Care at The Goldton. Being close to the VA is a big plus for our family. The staff has taken the time to get to know my dad and his personality, and he especially likes [name removed]. Dad is always hungry, so he definitely enjoys the food and looks forward to mealtime! He also loves being able to go outside, sit in the shade, and get some fresh air. Communication has been good and keeps us informed. Most importantly, Dad seems comfortable, happy, and well cared for.

Been very happy with the experience at Madison Ocoee and the main thing is my brother-in-law feels safe there and he is very happy there. The one thing should've done was get him a single bed instead of a double it would've given him a little more room in his semi private space but other than that, everything's been perfect.

All 5's. The facility is always extremely clean. The apartment size is generous and many units include a balcony. There are a lot of activities. Yes. I would recommend.

Took my mother-in-law to check out the Madison. She was ambivalent, but the director, [name removed], was kind and patient with her. She was able to see an available room, and loved it because it had a sink, fridge, microwave, and kitchen cabinets in the room. So she's sold. She also liked the library. [name removed] answered all her questions and I hope she moves there.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, food was very good, the facility was clean and the residents seemed to like it there. They took great care of my Dad. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Simply amazing and a place for your parents to reside because they deserve the best and if you want top tier care for your loved ones!!!

The lady we met with spent a lot of time listening to us, asking questions, and giving her opinions. She was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, intuitive to our situation, helpful and encouraging. The tour of the facility showed us some staff that were all happy to be there, including the construction crew we rode in the elevator with. Surprisingly she didn't try to upsell us with a higher amount of a room that wasn't best for our needs. She seemed very honest and thorough.

My husband was only there for two and a half weeks at the end of his life. He was on hospice. He was able to pass peacefully and with dignity thanks to Tribute and Blue Ridge Care!

I toured the facilities and was helped by [name removed]. She was really great in answering all my questions and helping me to figure out if this was the right facility for my 98 year old mother. I was pleased with the facility and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a mobile parent. My mother is not able to get around on her on very well and needs assistance so i was not able to place her in this facility

Beautiful place and the tour was perfect. Lots of long time employees which says a lot. Spoke to a resident sitting outside and got nothing but positive comments from him. Very clean and quiet place. After being married 65years, I have chosen here for my wife to live. It's close enough we don't have to be separated by an hours drive just to visit.

I came for a tour expecting a small place just off Wall Triana Highway. It turned out much larger and cleaner than i had expected. We met [name removed] soon after and found her extremely informative about all the things the Range had to offer. We toured the building ( really nice builden) and seen what the people living there was enjoying. I can see why some there had chosen the Range as their place to live their lives.
