Good tour Very nice staff Just did not seem like a good fit for my husband Thank you for your time and care

I came for a tour expecting a small place just off Wall Triana Highway. It turned out much larger and cleaner than i had expected. We met [name removed] soon after and found her extremely informative about all the things the Range had to offer. We toured the building ( really nice builden) and seen what the people living there was enjoying. I can see why some there had chosen the Range as their place to live their lives.

[name removed] led the tour and he was so nice and helpful! The facility was also incredibly nice and felt like a combination of home and some sort of resort. This is the best place we toured hands down. My father in law was so impressed he was trying to see how old he had to be to move in.

Exceptional vibe with this facility. Very friendly, informative. The residents I met were welcoming. The staff I encountered were warm, professional and knowledgeable.

The rooms are a decent size with plenty of room. You bring all the furniture that is required. The facility does not supply that. Nor do they supply personal care items such as shampoo or soap. It's very clean and the houses ( I think there are 4?) are updated and really pretty. They have activities during the day such as painting and singing and what not during the week. All meals are provided. The staff is amazing and they take such good care of the residents. It's very safe there. Visitors need to be buzzed in by staff as the doors are locked do the residents can't get out. You need to sign in when you visit and you can visit at any time. They have a hairdresser there once a week that you can pay to have your lived one's hair done. They even do field trips. It really is a great place. We were very happy with it when my mom was there and [Name Removed] is really adjusting well and my sister and BIL are very happy with her being there. The staff are just truly amazing and so caring. It feels so nice to know that I can trust my loved ones care to people like them. I do have to say that was looking around at all of these memory care facilities/nursing homes with my sister, I noticed how expensive many of them are. As we don't have insurance to cover the cost, there are many facilities that are out of our price range. Madison Heights is very reasonably priced when compared to the other facilities that we looked at.

I was amazed at how pristine the facility was and then found out it was new (5 years old). [name removed] was very helpful and accommodating and made the visit very worthwhile. It’s a beautiful place and, if I’m ever able in my older years to live in such a place, I’d love to live there!!!

The Overlook rates a solid 5 stars based on my experience. My mother requires level 4 care, and they have consistently attended to her every need, with very little wait time when she uses the call button. My mother has surprisingly adjusted to her assisted care lifestyle more quickly than I ever imagined, which I attribute to the attentive care she is receiving. Their program is well integrated with local doctors or PAs, who make regular rounds to check her vitals. Finally, it is a very nice new facility where she participates in meals and events with the help of her caregivers, and the ambiance and her interaction with other residents are added benefits to her positive adjustment.

Staff is extremely caring to a point not seen anyone from the main desk or above contact me on how I'm doing if they don't hear complaints they forget your alive and living here. Main desk and dinning area are the best but waiters they loose very fast always new people taking your order and not trained at all so went to lunch the other day and took 1hr and 15mins to get food and shit it was a hotdogs with chili sauce the food comes out cold most days but it is good tasting and amount is very good i go only to breakfast and dinner and skip lunch most days because the amount of food given is so great, it's very clean and the staff that cleans rooms are very good but I hear rumors that the girl before was a waist and did not know her job at all my size apt is great for me there are many different size apps to choose from and mine even has a small kitchen with stove and full frig. Ask more questions but I've said the best I can say there are alot of activities and one of the reasons I came here not that I've joined any yet but that is just me

The lady that gave us a tour was wonderful. She and others there are easy to get a hold of and answer questions. My mother in law moves in soon. I would definitely recommend to others.

I don't know if there are better one's or not but the Goldton at Lake Nona were by far the best we saw in Orlando and Memphis. We walked in and were immediately greeted by our guide. The entryway is what caught our eye first. Bright, airy and welcoming. Everyone we met was nice and pleased to meet us, both residents and staff. The activities sounded like they were varied and frankly fun to me. The food looked delicious and a pizza oven as the centerpiece of the restaurant doesn't hurt either.

We toured Madison, impressed with cleanliness and warm and friendly staff. The kitchen was impressive. We were concerned about the pricing and add ons.

Monark Grove is a beautiful place for my mother during her respite care. Offers so much for their residents.

Such a gorgeous community with the friendliest staff. It was extremely clean, had lots of amenities, and seemed very vibrant.

[name removed] was very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Mom's room was move in ready exactly as he said. The price could be improved. So much more expensive than other facilities. It was the best of four that I toured. By far.

Clean Friendly Efficient Professional Quality of food

The building and grounds are beautiful, the apartments are very nice. I spoke with [name removed] who was very friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. If the location was closer to my home or to my lived one's doctors it would be at or near the top of my list.

Tribute staff was very helpful. Everything is well organized and clean with lots of living space options. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

My husband spent two weeks at The Goldton for short term respite care. Overall it was a good experience for him. The facility is quite clean and he received good care. The nursing staff was quite conscientious about giving his meds to him appropriately. He stated that the food was very good. Unfortunately he didn't take advantage of any of the programs they offer but he did have numerous options.

What impresses me most about Lake Howard Heights is the genuine care and concern the staff shows for the residents. Most staff members know residents by name, which creates a warm, welcoming environment where you truly feel seen, valued, and cared for. The dining experience is somewhat mixed. The food is fairly institutional in style-some days it's quite good, while other days it's less impressive. That said, the compassionate staff, friendly atmosphere, and sense of community make Lake Howard Heights a place I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was extremely helpful! And a great experience overall.
