We toured Tribute to Melford. The facility is amazing, absolutely wonderful. [name removed] gave us all the information needed to make an informed decision. The workers seemed to have been nice and friendly. We were greeted warmly when we entered the facility. The residents seem happy and consent with being in there. Even though we did not get a place there I would recommend it to anyone.

All the staff, [name removed], and [name removed] were extremely easy to deal with and completely took care of anything we needed. But all the staff was always helpful and friendly! Activities were fun. Food was very good, my brother said he was so good! The rooms are very spacious. Everything was so well cleaned. The whole facility is top notch! Hands down, the best place, we dealt with. We tried others, no comparison. We couldn't be happier with Tribute at Milford! Highly recommend!!!!!

What we like the most about the community is that the facility itself has a lot of activities, are knowledgeable of all of the residents, and try to meet all of the residents needs. Yes, we would recommend Tribute at Black Hill to other families based on the experience

The people at the place were/are wonderful. The location is near train tracks and a lot of the independent living apartments face a busy street. My parents didn't like the street noise so we just moved them (again) to a recently available apartment that faces the courtyard. My mother had sensitive hearing so if others have that as well it's something to evaluate.

We toured the canopy for my dad after months of searching for the right place for him to call home. For the first time in this journey, we feel we have found the right community. From the Executive Director to the housekeeping staff, everyone welcomed us with genuine smiles and kindness. We toured during an activity, and my dad especially loved the idea of happy hour and snacks. The community felt warm and inviting, and we never felt rushed during our visit. It was clear to see the compassion the caregivers have for the residents.

The staff really is very dedicated. They went out of their way to help my dad. I also saw that they went out of their way to help one of our family friends who had a neurological disease and was losing cognitive capability. And you could see them take the time to work with them on the simple skills of walking, using utensils and working with them on their memory. They were very patient with my dad who is very frustrated as he was at the beginning of dementia and losing some control of his everyday life. One of the administrators even took the time to have lunch with him every now and then just to talk with him. While another person on the staff took him on walks around the outside of the building because he liked being outside. My father had a helper named [name removed] who did an amazing job keeping him feeling comfortable and like he was in his new home.

We have been very happy with this home. The staff is incredible and the facility is extremely well run. Very impressed. We would recommend to others.

My father is receiving great care. Everyone is friendly . Place is clean. Team is responsive with any needs. We started in memory care with my mother who passed away in July. Staff was hands on and caring

The facility is always clean and decorated beautifully. Every staff member is very friendly and nice and helpful. They interact very well with the residence. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our mom to stay. When we first put her in there, [name removed], the sales Director was so nice. Sending us pictures every day of her interacting and doing activities with the other resident. She really took the time to help our mom transition into her new place.

Staff was so supportive and kind. They arep compassionate and very knowledgeable They have a great rapport amongst themselves. Will not hesitate to recommend them Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season

I was met by the Sales and Marketing Director. My visit included a tour of the dining areas, mail room and Memory Care Center. I asked to see a first floor apartment and was taken to one thst was furnished to get an idea of size and placement of furniture. The Oscar was buzzing that day as a Christmas extravaganza was in the making. The place was very clean and organized. This could be a great place for someone who wants to live independently and still have human contact.

This is a wonderful community; we have a good team with a caring heart. The community is located in the suburbs of Bowie, MD. The location is centrally located to Crofton, Annapolis and Prince Georges County suburbs.

After visiting Tribute at Melford it was a no brainer. The staff was amazing and made me feel like i myself was at home around family and friends. Im happy to say that i have found the right place to be.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Tribute at Melford. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. My apartment is modern with great finishes, and the amenities—especially the fitness center and common areas—make day-to-day life really convenient. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

So far they have been very kind and very communicative about what they are doing and what they plan on doing. I would recommend.

We never moved into the facility, but what really stood out to us was the staff!! They were awesome.

A 5 for all. What we like the most about the community is the atmosphere is homey, field trips for Memory Care. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

This assisted living community is really spectacular! [name removed] ( Executive Director ) leads with so much care, [name removed]( Wellness Director ) is very dedicated to residents health and well being, and [name removed]( Marketing Director ) is so very helpful to families. [name removed] and the Care team keep activities fun and engaging, and the warm welcome at the front desk makes everyone feel so welcome. Truly a place where residents are cared for like family!

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and thorough during the tour. They answered all of my questions and took all of the time I needed to see the facility. I was able to see a room and determine its availability. The facility was clean and the residents seemed to be well taken care of.
