We are absolutely delighted with The Goldton of Southaven! The facility and the staff have consistently proven to be the best, always prioritizing the residents' well-being and providing invaluable support to the families. The staff has been incredibly supportive and caring throughout the process of getting my father settled into his new home. They have helped me and my daughter navigate some tough decisions, promptly answered all our questions, and provided the information we needed. [name removed], the Executive Director, is dedicated, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any needs that arise. We also deeply appreciate [name removed], the Wellness Director, for her unwavering dedication. She has given my father the meticulous attention he requires. I can call or text her anytime, and she always responds quickly and helps address any concerns or needs promptly. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend making The Goldton your first stop.

I was so nervous with having to find a place for my mom. When I came across The Goldton it just felt right from the start. The staff is so kind. Everything is clean. The Goldton does a lot of community activities as well as daily activities for the residents to keep them busy. The food is amazing! Since day one I have felt relief that my mom is somewhere safe and well taken care of.

Last year, we had the pleasure of placing my mother-in-law [name removed] in The Goldton at Southaven. We absolutely loved the facility and the staff. [name removed] the chef is an excellent cook, and the food is wonderful when he is there. [name removed] the Director is one of the nicest men you would ever have the pleasure of meeting. He truly listens to everything we say, and he keeps the facility running smoothly and efficiently. [name removed] , the Head of nursing, is truly wonderful. She is almost always available and she makes sure your loved ones are well taken care of. My mother-in-law passed away last July, one week shy of her 90th birthday. Now, we have had the pleasure of placing my mom at The Goldton at Southaven [date removed]. We absolutely love The Goldton. I visit with mom 4 times a week, and she is always clean, hair washed, bed made, and her laundry washed. The nursing staff call me with any changes to my moms care, and I have peace of mind, knowing she is well taken care of.

My mom and I walked into Lake Howard Heights and instantly put down a deposit. We moved everything about it. The employees are super sweet and my mom absolutely loves being there. She has made so many friends already and it’s only been two months since she moved in.

The facility is clean and modern. The decor is up-to-date and it always smells nice. The staff are very friendly . The staff treat my family member with respect and kindness. The activities are meaningful and inclusive to those with memory issues. The chef is five star. The dining room is equipped for family style dining.

Tribute is an awesome place for my Mom. Their memory care facility is exceptional. One note; however, is that their operation is switching from Cogir to Atlas Senior Living, so we will have to see if the level of care remains exceptional. The facility is very inviting and kept quite clean. The staff on the memory care floor are very good and truly care about the residents. They love your family like they were part of your family. I feel a sense of peace knowing Mom is in good hands.

My grandma lives at the community and loves it there. I visit her quite often and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their family events are also a lot of fun! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place. They were just voted best in Hudson.

My sister loved the place. The staff were kind and helpful. Because of the care she received she recuperated and now she lives back in her own condo. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! My sister made some friends at Tribute that she still visits about once a week.

Appearance of the facility-(cleanliness and orderliness); aesthetics. Same for the staff. Individual accommodation for the resident. Finally, location of the facility was close enough for regular visits by family members. The staff actively engages with the residents. My mother in-law passed away recently very unexpectedly. When my sister in law shared the news with staff and her friends there, they openly wept at both our family's great loss and their loss of a friend. To many who are still at Tribute, it is "Home". She was very well cared for maintaining her own independence as her health dictated. She would be 96 in October.

This community isn’t perfect. No place is, but it comes pretty close! The staff are so welcoming, positive, and always ready to listen and help with any concerns. The care staff responds to call buttons quickly and you can tell they care. Residents are consistently treated with genuine kindness. Any issues that come up are resolved quickly. On top of that, the landscaping and decor are truly beautiful, making this one of the most stunning communities in the area. [name removed] is amazing and so is the new executive director.

I only wish I had convinced my parents to move to Legacy Reserve sooner, while they good benefit from it for longer. They're currently on the wait list to move up to independent living. But the staff has been great in communicating with me and showing care for them. They love the parties and events and special holiday meals that are open to extended family members for a small fee.

The staff was excellent! Showed compassion toward my dad and our family. Was always helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

I would continue to rate it a 5. The people are nice. The food is good. I like that you can get food anytime during the day and not only during lunch/dinner hours. The apartment has everything she needs. The facility is clean. If there is 1 drawback, my mom feels like there aren't enough planned activities for people that don't get around as well as others. Most activities are outside the facility. But other than that, we love it.

We had problems at first getting Medicine straight with the pharmacy they use and my primary care dr. All is ok now. Everything is good with the staff and meals and dining.

I gave that rating because most of the employees are fantastic! They promised me that my mom would be ok , that the process takes a few weeks after her arrival. Believe me there were plenty of hiccups during that time. But one employee really stood out and came through for my mom . Her name is [name removed]( my savior) she is only in sales / marketing but she handles so much more. I have already told your competitors the reason I picked the Canopy was due to the place was new and they have [name removed]. She went far above her job to make my mom feel at home at her new residence. [name removed] will forever be in my heart.

We recently moved my father-in-law into Monark Grove Senior Living, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff has gone above and beyond to make him feel welcome, safe, and valued. The community itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to promote comfort and independence. The activities calendar is full of engaging events that have already helped him make new friends and stay active. He especially enjoys the group outings and the chef-prepared meals, which he raves about every time we visit! What truly sets Monark Grove apart is the sense of community and compassion. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about each resident as an individual. We’ve seen such a positive change in his mood and overall well-being since moving in, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole staff is wonderful from the concierge to the manager. Lots of activities for the residence. Everyone is very friendly, even if you need help.

We looked at a number of possibilities when we found Goldton. No place is perfect but Goldton comes the closest to what we were looking for . The facilities are excellent , the place is very clean, personnel can't do enough for you, not much room for storage in the rooms, but the food needs some attention . Some days good, other days not so good . .All in, you can safely recommend the place.

Everyone was nice and welcoming, and the facility was clean. It was unfortunate my mom or I didn't think the food was good at all.

The Goldton is very beautiful and clean. Our first impressions were very good. Everyone is very friendly. The only thing my dad complains about is the food. My brother spent a few days with my dad and said he likes the food. I am going down there [date removed] so I will check it out. The pool is lovely. There is even a bar!
