My dad loves it there. They do a good job of taking care of him. We have had a few concerns along the way but they have always listened and made corrections to be sure he gets the care he needs and to make us happy. My dad specifically likes the walking club, bingo and arm chair travel.

My parents have been living at the canopy since they opened, and it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and continuously being updated. They make a strong effort to provide regular activities for residents, often including families as well. The staff truly stand out. They are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. When you trust others with the care of your parents, you quickly learn what kind of people they are and this team has earned my deepest appreciation. From the front office to the back, they put their hearts into caring for my mom and dad. Of course, nothing is perfect and people are human, but in my experience this is a top-notch facility filled with people who genuinely care. They take the time to listen to my concerns, work with me, and offer solutions, treating us more like family than anything else. My mother was admitted to memory care at Spring Park recently and we have been thrilled with her care. We are able to visit with no restrictions and her hospice team is also allowed to see her in addition to the awesome staff there. The facility is clean, the meals are wonderful. There is a nice courtyard area with bird feeders and flowers and a pergola with swings and rocking chairs to be shaded. My mom spends a lot of time there. We are so happy with the choice to place her there as she needed extra care that my brother and I were unable to provide.

I think the determining factor of putting my 98 year old parents there was the friendliness of the staff. From the first day, I felt they were welcomed and their needs were addressed. They have been there a year now and seem content with their surroundings.

I had the opportunity to tour Somerby Lake Nona and I was so impressed by the staff, they went above and beyond to make my experience good. I love the studio apartment it was big enough and I can bring anything I would like from my home to make it cozy. I was able to stay for lunch and WOW the meal and service were wonderful, beautiful plate presentation and delicious desserts. Big Thank you to Somerby Lake Nona!

This place is great. The staff is very attentive and kind. They are encouraging my 91yr old mom to join the activities and help to get out to eat in the dining room. The head nurse is keeping me informed and really knows the this age population. The facilities are top of the line and common spaces look like a magazine picture.

Administration is extremely kind and know all the patients and all staff take turns spending time with the patients. They go above and beyond to get my mom to shower, clean her hair and do her nails.

It is an amazing place to live! I would definitely recommend it to others. The care that memory care residents receive is outstanding!!

My mother moved in just a few weeks ago, and it’s already starting to feel like home. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and always take the time to listen. My sister and I have been visiting day and night to help her adjust, and it’s been comforting to see how kind and capable everyone is. I truly feel confident that she’s in good hands. What really touched us is how even the other residents have been checking in to see how my mom is doing. It’s clear we made the right decision, and we’re so grateful.

The staff at The Goldton at Southaven are always nice and helpful. They have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Also the food is great. My mother is very comfortable here, has told me several times she is happy there and they are so good to her.

We loved Spring Park. It is small, cozy, clean, safe, and cheerful. They accommodated our father's needs, affirmed his values, and anticipated his increasing levels of care. The staff treated us like family while remaining professional. They were incredibly patient with us, our many questions, our visits with little ones, our requests to take dad out to church, the store, or to get a treat. They treated Dad with respect, kindness, and affection. When Dad passed away, their tears were a tribute to how sincerely they cared.

All staff has been helpful and supportive. Rooms are kept clean, who facilitates are keep up inside & out. Enjoy being here with my husband. My husband and I were in assisted living he will be in memory care during daytime & returned to room at night.

They make it easy. I know he is being taken care of and I find comfort in that.
