The staff is great. They are all very caring, patient and professional. There has been some turnover in the last year.

I would rate them 5 on all counts. We moved him from Vitality - Bayonet Point to Canopy. Canopy was an upgrade in all categories. My uncle passed away at the end of March, otherwise he'd still be there because we were very pleased with the overall experience. Facility-wise: I liked the openness. It felt more resort-like than facility-like. My uncle was in memory care. I really liked the setup there where the nurse's station is the right inside the memory-care entrance and faces the common areas + dining room. Smart design in my opinion. Staff-wise: I really liked the accessibility of management. There weren't multiple layers to go through. I was able to discuss concerns with decision makers and get things done quickly. This was a BIG difference from my experience with other places.

We have had a great experience at Fairview. Mom feels safe and secure and her room is perfect for her. It makes it easy to leave each time we visit, knowing she feels safe and secure. It really helps that she can have her dog with her, too. When we visit, the staff is very kind and inviting.

We moved my father-in-law in a few months ago and have been so pleased with the care and attention that they have provided. The food is delicious and you have options as well. We have been pleased with the whole process from touring to move in. They have gone out of their way to make it a smooth transition.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming vibe. The amenities are top-notch, and I could really see myself making it my home. But the highlight of my visit was definitely [name removed]! She went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. [name removed] is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about finding the perfect fit for each individual. She answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a sales team that’s dedicated to your needs, Madison at Oviedo is the place to be. And [name removed] is definitely the person you want to work with! Highly recommend!

The support staff and aides to the residents are wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and they go out of their way to engage with the residents. Communication from the medical staff needs improving, however.

All categories are great except meals and activities. Faith couldn't participate in activities due to her condition and she ate two meals a day but didn't discuss them. The staff was outstanding from the people helping us with getting in to the people on the floors. They were extremely supportive during the last 5 days. My wife and her sister were there almost all day those days and relied heavily on the staff.

excellent facility, presentation was what my wife would have liked. for the cleanliness, used wrappers, especially for medical treatment was thrown on the floor and I ended up picking it up and putting in trash. everyone I met were cordial and seemed happy to answer any queries I had. the nursing staff were never in their office. Either had to look for them or the door monitor had to call them. You need to make sure the responsible caretaker/daily visitor is briefed thoroughly. I had to ask many questions about how the care was administered and by whom. The whole Range staff need to understand and be able to communicate with each other. Many times I received conflicting information. The bosses may have a daily status meeting, but the word is not passed on to the lower working levels. Food was not presented on time to patients and was often cold. In a small unit, less than 15, individual tastes/allergies need to be followed ( one meal does not fit all). The desserts were the only item eaten every time. I never saw any supervised activities the whole time at Range. Sitting and watching TV/ sleeping, as a group, is not an activity! The advertised free in room tv was never supplied, even though we provided the TV and connection, Range never provided. I determined that there was no signal coming in and no one assigned to fix/provide it. Range charge was the most expensive I saw in our review of 4 different facilities. Nice building but could do better in service.

I feel like the memory care unit is very sad and dreary. They do not have any music playing or any activities for the residents out. The gardens and outdoor areas are bare and there are some places designed for gardening or bird watching but the raised beds have trash in them and the bird feeders are all empty and on the ground. Dinner time is also very nursing home like, quiet and sad with no TV's on, music or entertainment. The rooms are small and in need of upgrading. I love the non memory care area, it is lit well with beautiful chandeliers and cheerful décor, a pool table, movie theater and music is playing. I wish the memory care unit could have some attention paid to it. It would make such a huge difference. The staff are all very friendly and helpful although there was one incident when my dad fell and was bruised heavily on his entire upper and lower arm and no one informed me.

As family of two residents at Tribute, I’m pleased to write this. Our relatives have Parkinson’s and dementia for one and Alzheimer’s for the other. Advisers at A Place for Mom provided helpful guidance. Tribute welcomed us on Memorial Day weekend. Few places will do that. I’ve visited Tribute 4 times since. The physical facility is lovely, clean, safe, attractive, one of the best I’ve seen, more like a fancy hotel than a home for seniors. Meals are tasty with generous portions and family members are accommodated easily. Tribute is impressively well staffed with friendly, helpful, diverse and competent people who deal not only with medical issues, but also meals, baths, cleanliness, activities, etc. Staff are responsive to family. I’ve spoken to 4-year residents who say good things. Many daily activities are scheduled, though some residents don’t participate because of memory issues. My main concern is that Tribute should open guest apartments for out of town family to visit.

Fairview Park is a beautiful place and worth the wait!

I'd give them 5s on everything. Honestly, they hardly participate in anything, but that's a them problem, not a lack of opportunities. They did enjoy having another couple to have meals with when they were in the main building, but they're in the memory care unit now. It costs the same, but there's little opportunity for enrichment or socialization.

Tribute has been supportive,accommodating and attentive to both of my Parent's. They have also served as a resource for our family and have kept us informed during emergency situations. They both love the amenities especially the ontsite salon.

Residents are always so happy always engage doing activities. Staff is always ready to help. places always smells so good and clean. Staff is friendly. Residents are so friendly with each other. Great place to send your loved ones.

I have had a great experience at Heartis. The staff members are always smiling and happy to help with anything we need. The residents seem to have a lot of options to participate in throughout the day; i have seen exercise classes, movie theatre parties, events in the courtyard, a car show, and bus trips. I would definitely recommend

High end. Food is excellent. People are very nice. Highly recommend.

The staff are great! I think Pop likes more southern food. It would be helpful to know when the activities are going on and perhaps have more of them available. They tend to keep it a little too chilly in the dining room.

[date removed], I enjoyed a Delicious dinner, 4:30PM at Legacy Retirement Community, Columbus, GA. [name removed], the elegant Marketing Specialist invited me. She is very gracious, knowledgeable, energy filled. Meal was yummy, pretty, tasty which was Beef Tips with Brown gravy, glazed carrots, Zucchini with touches of mushrooms, hot rolls, creamy vegetable soup, tea/water and tasty pecan pie. Afterward [name removed] shared a Model room looks if independent.The positive vibes upon entering were caring and we are here for U Everyone was so nice and eager to welcome you . Thank you !
