There is a variety of people here which I think makes it interesting. Most people are courteous and act responsibly. I would recommend it to others who are currently looking for a place.

Everyone that helped my MIL was kind and attentive. They were accommodating to her needs as best as they could. We were able to move her in quickly with no issues. We didn't like the pharmacy that was used in house because they charged for new medication that we already provided plenty of dosages for.

What we like the most about the Wildcat Senior Living community is that It's bright and cheerful and very clean. The staff is very caring

The Canopy has been wonderful from the very first day I toured the facility for my husband. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and every care partner I’ve met have been so kind and supportive. It’s never easy to place a loved one in a care facility, but when you reach the point where you can’t do it alone, it’s truly a blessing to find a family-friendly community with compassionate staff—from administration to food service (special thanks to [name removed]!). We’re so happy we chose The Canopy!

Staff is friendly , personable and professional. I've seen the staff obviously off, on their way out the door , turn around to help my mother with her tv. [name removed] and (sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name) owned the problem and handled it to resolve. Most people pass the issues on to someone else and call it done. They deserve special thanks. I do not feel like I just dropped my mother off at some place. I feel that she is in good hands.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I’m excited about moving in next week!! Office staff has been great with details of my moving in. I love my one bedroom apartment with a beautiful balcony view of the courtyard.

My mother was a resident of Legacy Reserve. She was independent and then moved to assisted living. She was very well taken care of her entire stay. I highly recommend anyone to consider Legacy Reserve for your stay.

I like that Goldton is small ( about 100 residents), so that it feels intimate. The staff is very friendly and seem happy to be there. The food is tasty. They have a choice of 2 entrees and a burger is always available if needed. The 3 meals are served timely at 7:30, 11:30, and 4:30. I thought they were tasty and very filling. [name removed], the Activities director keeps bingo, book club, church services and weekly trips to movies or restaurants always happening. I worked with [name removed](Director and Admissions). Awesome at his job! Room size is more than adequate with a microwave and a small fridge. Outside patios for each apartment are nice, too. I think they run around 500 sq feet each. Nice roomy bathroom as well. Another nice feature is an Alexa in all rooms. There's an outdoor Gazebo to enjoy and even green space to go for a walk. So, you can see... it's a winner!

The staff has been so supportive and welcoming. [name removed], marketing director has such a positive attitude that it's contagious. She continues her friendly care after becoming a resident. Every staff member I have met has been gracious with smiles ,care and support. My mom has become involved with activities and made friends. When I visit she always comments on how nice everyone is , the good food and how clean it is.

Beverly the caregiver is awesome sauce. Also [name removed], the activities director is awesome sauce. [name removed] was very helpful and letting us into the home. The room is large size. The environment is like living in a home does not feel uncomfortable entertainment all the time great place.

Everything is appealing. I have found no negatives. Of course I would recommend it.

They have friendly, welcoming staff and a knowledgeable nurse. They have nutritious meals. They are always offering various activities that mom loves - bingo, art groups. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

The smaller population fits my father disposition and the one price for all services helps me manage his budget better.

My dad loves it there. They do a good job of taking care of him. We have had a few concerns along the way but they have always listened and made corrections to be sure he gets the care he needs and to make us happy. My dad specifically likes the walking club, bingo and arm chair travel.

My parents have been living at the canopy since they opened, and it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and continuously being updated. They make a strong effort to provide regular activities for residents, often including families as well. The staff truly stand out. They are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. When you trust others with the care of your parents, you quickly learn what kind of people they are and this team has earned my deepest appreciation. From the front office to the back, they put their hearts into caring for my mom and dad. Of course, nothing is perfect and people are human, but in my experience this is a top-notch facility filled with people who genuinely care. They take the time to listen to my concerns, work with me, and offer solutions, treating us more like family than anything else. My mother was admitted to memory care at Spring Park recently and we have been thrilled with her care. We are able to visit with no restrictions and her hospice team is also allowed to see her in addition to the awesome staff there. The facility is clean, the meals are wonderful. There is a nice courtyard area with bird feeders and flowers and a pergola with swings and rocking chairs to be shaded. My mom spends a lot of time there. We are so happy with the choice to place her there as she needed extra care that my brother and I were unable to provide.
