Everyone was nice and welcoming, and the facility was clean. It was unfortunate my mom or I didn't think the food was good at all.

The Goldton is very beautiful and clean. Our first impressions were very good. Everyone is very friendly. The only thing my dad complains about is the food. My brother spent a few days with my dad and said he likes the food. I am going down there [date removed] so I will check it out. The pool is lovely. There is even a bar!

What stood out is the quality of the facility and the staff. The staff are very friendly and responsive to issues.

5! We loved the administration there and the staff. They treated my mother in law very well! The director was warm and inviting as she walked us through the memory care process. She answered all our questions and was so patient.

We searched a lot of different facilities in Columbus Georgia and decided on the Legacy at Old Town. We are very happy with everything and so is my sister-in-law. She loves everyone there and loves all the activities that y'all offer. We couldn't have chosen a better place for her to live.

They certainly have availability right now. Mom has been there a year and we are very satisfied. I rated the cleanliness at a 4 as they could do a more thorough job of cleaning the resident's rooms. I have often had to request the room be cleaned. The food I rated a 4 as Mom would like raw vegetables offered and more fresh fruit (I bring her those) I rated the administrative staff at a 4 as it would be great if they hired more staff that spoke clear English. Mom struggles to understand a lot of the aides. Also, they provided a pamphlet in the packet they gave info on VA Benefits. We had no idea Mom was available and the company they recommended was able to give me assistance at a very reasonable rate (rather than trying to file all on my own)

The team at Somerby Lake Nona has absolutely been amazing with our family for my family member’s end of life respite care stay. Everyone there has been extremely kind and friendly and sincerely caring in every interaction. They have provided wonderful care from their nursing team and administrative staff. The facility and grounds are just beautiful and are always spotless. They provide a wide variety of enjoyable activities for the residents and create a resort stay environment. They have been wonderfully accommodating for our needs and provide open visitation for our family to spend time together whenever we need. As a visitor, I feel like it is a home away from home when I spend time with my family member there. The food is healthy and well prepared with hearty portions. Each day a nice variety of food is provided for the residents and family/friend visitors. Lovely ambiance of fireplaces, waterfall wall, beautiful landscaping and walk paths as well as a great area surrounding.

They went out of their way to accommodate us through a difficult transition. Super friendly. Communicated well. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

[name removed] is absolutely wonderful! I could not have been any more impressed by how much she truly cares. The facility is great, rooms are very nice too. Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food was not always acceptable, other times it could be fine. The front desk staff were great, med techs tried very hard to keep up with a difficult job. Housekeeping just o.k. but I know my standards are probably too high. The maintenance guy was very good but very busy. The craft room woman was such a bright spot in my Mom's day. I would definitely recommend Fairview Park Assisted Living . The laundry person was great too.

Wildcat is a great Memory Care facility. [name removed], Wildcat Executive Director, is experienced, most caring, patient, and professional. As is her staff.

Somerby Lake Nona was expensive, but Mom had long term care that really helped. Probably would not have been able to handle the cost without it. Glad we were able to though. Would highly recommend this facility.

We are so pleased with the facility where our Mom is now living. She is safe and cared for well. We and her family and friends visit frequently. Everyone we have encountered has been warm, friendly and professional. Additionally, the facility is nicely furnished in the common areas and there are many activities provided. What I like the most about Heartis Suwanee is the friends I've made and the activities. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The meals and dining gets a 4/5 per our loved one. Any concerns we have are addressed quickly and I love the outdoor settings for the residence to get out and enjoy on the assisted living side. They also have family meals and game nights about once a month to include everyone.

The staff is very caring to the residents. [name removed] is very sweet to my mom. And her room is always clean. They have not been able to coax my mom out of her room for activities yet or helped her meet a friend. It's only been a couple of months and I know it will take some time. Right now mom prefers staying in her room

Location, smaller size, very nice common areas, nursing leadership. After learning Mom's needs, the staff has adjusted accordingly to comply and meet her needs.

My sister has been at Augusta Commons since [date removed] and she is happier there than she was at Madison Heights or Sodalis/Martinez. The activities director is excellent. She is so friendly and shows her love for all of the residents. It isn't fair for me to comment on the staff who take care of the residence because there was a complete turnover of staff by the time I took my sister out. There was also a new nurse so I shouldn't comment on her either. They have many great activities! They take them to lots of petting zoos. They upload pictures on their website.

We desperately needed a place for my aunt to live that would improve her quality of life. She was too isolated at home, and she had to many needs for one caregiver to handle. The Goldton has been a blessing. She’s very happy spending time with the other residents, and she loves the activities. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We are so very pleased with the decision to go with The Goldton.

My husband was well care for! He loved the food. They stayed with him all the way to his last moments to make sure he was clean and comfortable! They even made sure I was alright! It is a small home like facility it's made up of 4 small buildings! Each building is made to look like a house not a facility!

What we like the most about Sombery Lake Nona is the size (number of residents), the food. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
