We have had great care with my dad in memory care. They spent so much time with them and we enjoy the activities.

Easiest decision to make! Walking into Madison at Oviedo, we knew grandmother needed to be here. The residents are happy and welcoming, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the building is in great condition.

Madison at Oveido has the most caring and attentive staff! You will never have to worry about your loved ones being fully taken care of. They are definitely in good hands here! The rooms are beautiful and well taken care of as well.

Too early to really rate value for cost. Well managed. Exceptionally so. Quality of management and of staff. Concern for residents. Excellent quality of space and cleanliness and quality of repair of space are some of the things I like the most about Lake Howard Heights. I do not understand how they recruit, hire, and retain the consistently high quality of management staff. Even if salaries are very high, who finds these outstanding people.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly interaction of friends between the welcoming residents here and the professional staff. Most of the residents are elderly and have a variety of health problems. All residence are al well cared for and treated with respect. It is a comfortable place to live

Very happy at Legacy Ridge. Loves the food, activities and friends. We take such good care of him and know when something is wrong because we care so much. Legacy Ridge is a perfect match for him and his family. If he cannot be at home, this is the place he wants to be.

Very happy with my home. Staff does a wonderful job making everyone feel like they are family. I have made so many new friends since I moved in. I am never bored because we have some kind of activities happening every day. I get to use my artistic side and imagination. Moving to Legacy Ridge at Peachtree was the perfect decision for me.

Very impressive assisted living facility. I visited 5 facilities in this area and the sales person was very helpful in answering all my questions and seemed the most trustworthy of all my visits. This facility felt the most like home and ultimately my first choice of places for my mother.

I am not there for mother's cares, know she can be very uncooperative and difficult. Just wondering how dementia pts are approached for showers and changing clothes, especially when pts not cooperative. Like, It's time to take your shower, or change your clothes. "This doesn't work. Like I said, I don't know if this is how they do it or not. I do know you need to kind of sneak up on them, as a manner of speaking, and not keep using terms of shower, and changing clothes. Keep the distracted while trying to accomplish task. I know this doesn't always work, and that my mother can be impossible at times. I am speaking from experience with my mother, and from over 50 years of nursing experience, mostly geriatric and management, and dementia clients. Not trying to be bossy or critical, but know with young people, they are not aware of many things, maybe not enough training about approaches for those with cognitive impairments.

It has been a good experience. I picked this community because of the staff and amenities. I would recommend to others.
