It was a new, nice and quiet facility. The front desk staff was always very helpful whenever I needed anything.

Our loved one has only been there a week - I am the first person who visited the community. It really had almost all the boxes my mom wanted checked off. It was a God send! It is close to so many stores, she is on the first floor, the apartment is adorable and perfect size for her, there is a washer/dryer in her apartment, there is storage right down the hall from her apartment that she can rent monthly, everyone is so friendly, the amenities are great, the food is amazing, and she came in with a discount because it wasn't sold out yet. I also spoke to people who live there and they love it. There are a couple of drawbacks, but simple things and not many..... 1. There is no covered parking and some parking is a little bit of a haul for someone with a cane. So it just depends on the person. 2. While there are activities, we found right now, not a ton of people get involved in them. Legacy is doing everything they can to make things active for people. But people have to choose to do them. Thats not on the complex. I hope this helps a little. We are very happy with where my mom is.

It was brand new when we checked in, so time will tell how things go moving forward, but during our time there, everything was as I expected. My Aunt was cared for completely! The staff did all they could do to keep her comfortable and engaged. The food was pretty good too. My Aunt suffered from dementia. She was a big worry for our family. Once at the Goldton, a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders. They were monitored closely. They did great!

It was a great experience for my mom and our family. Mom was there for a little under a month and It was clean, the service was good and everybody was very friendly and helpful. She needed a nice and safe place to recover from surgery and GOLDTON was a wonderful choice. We thought it was fairly priced.

They were excellent caregivers for my father and would highly recommend them.

The process for getting a place for our parents was easy and the staff has been very supportive. They are settling in well, though this took longer than expected. Communication from the staff is also excellent.

As soon as I walked in I had a warm feeling. Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful. They walked me through the faculty while telling me all about the things that offer. I literally only had one question, when can we get dad in here! Thanks

This brand new beautiful facility was amazing from start to finish when we visited. Everyone was gracious, considerate, professional, etc. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is at this point in there life.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff at Tribute @Melford. They are so kind to my brother & have contributed to his contentment there. The food is wonderful & his care exemplary! He gets good physical therapy & has improved since moving there in May. They always contact me with any concerns & he has become his old social self. We are extremely grateful!

My loved one was briefly a resident at The Goldton at St Petersburg. Our experience with the Goldton was excellent, from the medical attention, staff, room accommodations and their food. We would recommend The Goldton at St Petersburg to others.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are well trained in dealing with Alzheimer's behaviors. The housekeeping was great and always responsive to unscheduled needs. Excellent communication with the family. The Director is personally involved in day-to-day operations and sets a positive tone for everyone. The food was excellent, and menu was adjusted to individual needs. The activities staff was amazing and always put a smile on my wife's face. Well run facility.

Grandma found her home! It feels so homey and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, showing they truly care about the elderly. I am so excited that my grandma will soon be living within this community.

A lovely residence where each employee treats the residents with kindness and care. The building is very clean and well cared for. The apartments are generously sized. They have a very robust activities schedule; there's always something to do if you want. We moved my in-laws out because Mom had some health problems and needed more care than she and Dad could afford.

Kelly's place has been a great experience so far! My mom is settled in & we get to FaceTime & she her on Facebook with activities. I would recommend to another family seeking a home for their loved one

Everyone was so kind. We never had a single negative or iffy interaction with any staff, ever. Options were great, dining room was great, table service could sometimes take a little while , understandably, but since my aunt chose to sit alone, it felt long to her. Many activity options available. Unfortunately our family member didn't take advantage of them. They had lots of different offerings and invited the wider community to things also. While we haven't had to find care for other family members, we were very pleased with the value.

My parents have been so pleased with their experience at Tribute at One Loudoun. It was an answer to prayer, meeting their needs, and providing peace of mind to all of us who love them so dearly. My parents really enjoy their living situation. The variety of activities keeps them busy, and their basic living needs are adequately met so that they are comfortable. While initially there was a period of adjustment, they have settled in nicely and made new friends. Probably the one asset they enjoy most is living in a faith-based environment. My parents needed the housekeeping services, and are appreciative of the services. General areas of the facility are always clean, neat, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is friendly and very accommodating to individual residents’ needs. I heard my dad tell one housekeeping person who had just cleaned his room, that he really appreciated how they “plumped” his pillow when making up the bed! Every one is friendly, and staff is always smiling and willing to answer questions. We are greeted every time we enter the building. Staff is friendly in the hallways, and greets/acknowledges residents and family by name. They are helpful and willing to help problem-solve to meet individual needs. Maintenance staff has addressed any problems in a timely manner. I have to give a 5 for quality of care. I really don’t know specifics, but my parents have no complaints. They appreciate the services provided; they like the food, and look forward to certain menus; they enjoy the religious activities, including Bible study, spiritual enrichment, and weekly chapel services; they enjoy activities such as billiards, book club, Thirsty Thursday (alcohol), walking club, etc.; they participate in movie nights, and a variety of community outings; my mom has really appreciated the balance classes; and, my father has started an intensive care for struggling plants! They both appreciate having basic needs met, such as meals, cleaning, and laundry, that make their life easier. Tribute provides a variety of services, such as transportation to the grocery store, Walmart, doctors appts, and on-site PT, and weekly clinic services. There is also a beauty shop on the premises, for hair cuts, shampoo & sets, perms, etc. The staff at Tribute is superb! The facility is clean and inviting. The management is quick to address concerns, and always willing to spend time with residents addressing concerns (their door is always open). The dining room has provided special touches for individual residents, such as giving my dad a “pot” of coffee each morning (rather than just a cup), and providing soft food meals while my mom goes through a month of dental procedures. My mom is so proud to invite family over for special events, such as Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving meals, courtesy of the dining room staff. The housekeeping staff has made sure that individual needs are met, and communicated well when changes to the schedule were made. My parents LOVE the food at Tribute. They appreciate the variety of the menu, and have certain entrees they look forward to. They appreciate the dining room being flexible with their schedule. When they are running late, the dining room will package their food for pick-up, so they can eat when returning. (This is especially helpful on Sundays, when they are often late getting back from church.) Tribute provides a plethora of activities, for independent living as well as the assisted living population. My parents have picked their favorites, and each month look forward to seeing what is coming up. Then they plan their schedules accordingly. They really enjoy the variety of music programs each month. They have also participated in a few of the off-campus offerings, such as trips to a winery, community plays, and scenic rides. Other activities include a knitting club, gardening, cards, etc. My parents are content with the rent they pay, and what it covers. Once we figured out how many months/years would be covered by the sale of their home, they were satisfied they could afford it long term. So, yes, we would highly recommend this facility. Our first interview for a place for our parents was Tribute. We went to 2 other places, just for comparison, and neither offered “just the right” level of care for their needs. Tribute was a perfect solution to their housing needs in so many ways, and when we took our parents for a tour, they agreed, and wrote a check on the spot. The decision to move my parents to Tribute was approved by other family members, as well as their friends. We were fortunate to have someone (not sure what her title was, but she was like a social worker) who answered all of our questions along the way, was able to give referrals for the transition process, and made the actual move in very easy. Unfortunately, my mom went in the hospital just 2 days after arriving (we wore her out!), so there was a glitch in the overall settling in process. But the staff members were very understanding, attentive, and patient throughout their first few months of adjustment.

Everyone there is always willing to help with whatever you need. I'm impressed with the number and quality of the activities. I would recommend to others. My parents are very happy there and that makes me happy too.

What we like the most about Fairview Park is Nurse [name removed] #1 and the Hair person (now retired). They have a solid medication distribution. The hall staff payed attention to our loved. We also have a great relationship with hospice

Madison Heights is excellent so far. The staff is very caring, the activity director has outings and in house activities weekly. You can't beet it for the price.

I am very pleased overall. I've made so many friends and I truly call this home!!! Legacy Reserve in Simpsonville has a post on Facebook where someone can see all the activities going on here! You can be busy all day or stay in your apartment and do nothing!! I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far!!
