Wildcat is a great Memory Care facility. [name removed], Wildcat Executive Director, is experienced, most caring, patient, and professional. As is her staff.

Somerby Lake Nona was expensive, but Mom had long term care that really helped. Probably would not have been able to handle the cost without it. Glad we were able to though. Would highly recommend this facility.

We are so pleased with the facility where our Mom is now living. She is safe and cared for well. We and her family and friends visit frequently. Everyone we have encountered has been warm, friendly and professional. Additionally, the facility is nicely furnished in the common areas and there are many activities provided. Thanks to all at Tribute!

What I like the most about Heartis Suwanee is the friends I've made and the activities. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The meals and dining gets a 4/5 per our loved one. Any concerns we have are addressed quickly and I love the outdoor settings for the residence to get out and enjoy on the assisted living side. They also have family meals and game nights about once a month to include everyone.

The staff is very caring to the residents. [name removed] is very sweet to my mom. And her room is always clean. They have not been able to coax my mom out of her room for activities yet or helped her meet a friend. It's only been a couple of months and I know it will take some time. Right now mom prefers staying in her room

Location, smaller size, very nice common areas, nursing leadership. After learning Mom's needs, the staff has adjusted accordingly to comply and meet her needs.

My sister has been at Augusta Commons since [date removed] and she is happier there than she was at Madison Heights or Sodalis/Martinez. The activities director is excellent. She is so friendly and shows her love for all of the residents. It isn't fair for me to comment on the staff who take care of the residence because there was a complete turnover of staff by the time I took my sister out. There was also a new nurse so I shouldn't comment on her either. They have many great activities! They take them to lots of petting zoos. They upload pictures on their website.

We desperately needed a place for my aunt to live that would improve her quality of life. She was too isolated at home, and she had to many needs for one caregiver to handle. The Goldton has been a blessing. She’s very happy spending time with the other residents, and she loves the activities. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We are so very pleased with the decision to go with The Goldton.

My husband was well care for! He loved the food. They stayed with him all the way to his last moments to make sure he was clean and comfortable! They even made sure I was alright! It is a small home like facility it's made up of 4 small buildings! Each building is made to look like a house not a facility!

What we like the most about Sombery Lake Nona is the size (number of residents), the food. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Overall I found Tribute to be an outstanding fit for my loved one's needs. The activities as well as the rehabilitative services were excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, and supportive to the entire family. I would highly recommend Tribute. The staff were beyond amazing! I was warmly greeted by the Front Desk Staff to the Community Relations Director to the Medical Team to the Kitchen Staff and last but certainly not least, the Care Partners were incredibly patient, empathetic, supportive, and encouraging. During the time my loved one was in residence, there was never a concern that was not promptly addressed and resolved expediently.

The staff is great. They are all very caring, patient and professional. There has been some turnover in the last year.

I would rate them 5 on all counts. We moved him from Vitality - Bayonet Point to Canopy. Canopy was an upgrade in all categories. My uncle passed away at the end of March, otherwise he'd still be there because we were very pleased with the overall experience. Facility-wise: I liked the openness. It felt more resort-like than facility-like. My uncle was in memory care. I really liked the setup there where the nurse's station is the right inside the memory-care entrance and faces the common areas + dining room. Smart design in my opinion. Staff-wise: I really liked the accessibility of management. There weren't multiple layers to go through. I was able to discuss concerns with decision makers and get things done quickly. This was a BIG difference from my experience with other places.

We have had a great experience at Fairview. Mom feels safe and secure and her room is perfect for her. It makes it easy to leave each time we visit, knowing she feels safe and secure. It really helps that she can have her dog with her, too. When we visit, the staff is very kind and inviting.

We moved my father-in-law in a few months ago and have been so pleased with the care and attention that they have provided. The food is delicious and you have options as well. We have been pleased with the whole process from touring to move in. They have gone out of their way to make it a smooth transition.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming vibe. The amenities are top-notch, and I could really see myself making it my home. But the highlight of my visit was definitely [name removed]! She went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. [name removed] is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about finding the perfect fit for each individual. She answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with a sales team that’s dedicated to your needs, Madison at Oviedo is the place to be. And [name removed] is definitely the person you want to work with! Highly recommend!

The team goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do! The activities and events are thoughtfully planned, keeping residents engaged, active, and socially connected. The dining experience is also exceptional, with delicious, chef-prepared meals served in a vibrant and inviting setting. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will receive the highest quality care while enjoying a fulfilling and enriching lifestyle, I highly recommend.

The support staff and aides to the residents are wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and they go out of their way to engage with the residents. Communication from the medical staff needs improving, however.
