The staff at the Goldton was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience while my grandmother was there. My grandmother went to assisted living on hospice care. We were only there for about a week before she passed away but I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Every single person I interacted with was so kind and compassionate. The staff truly goes above and beyond for the residents.

This place is amazingly! Along with it being beautiful, the food is so good too! They are restaurant quality. Every employee is awesome!! They are careing, attentive, gentle, and check in with you always! There are not enough words to explain the care you get here! I have never, never come across these kind of amazing people any where else. I can’t even explain how much they care and know everyone there by name. And the outings they go on weekly! What more can I say! This is a great place to be!

[name removed] is the person who shows the facility. Cannot recall her title. She was the best out of all the places we checked. The room sizes were the best I had seen and they also have a back door that opens to a back patio. Definitely worth a tour with [name removed]. We scheduled a lunch for our tour.

Great staff, but alot of Turn over as in most facilities. Visit your loved ones to make sure they are being taken care of . Don't depend on the assisted living staff to do what you should. I saw this alot and it made me sad .

My sister is currently a resident at The Goldton at St Petersburg and from what I see, the facility is always kept clean, very organized, and everyone that works there does their part in keeping it going. I really appreciate that everyone is taking good care of my sister and I know it's tough and it's not easy. I would recommend The Goldton at St Petersburg to others.

The people are kind and caring, the place is clean, the food looks very good. We're very happy with Spring Park. They listen and they care about the residents. That is not always the case! Also, people have worked there for a long time (in many cases) - that tells you they feel appreciated by the management and the families.

Staff is always respectful, cheerful, and good natured. Food is acceptable nutritious, if a bit institutional; certainly not high cuisine, but sufficient. Again, satisfied, but somewhat horrified at the monthly cost, and the care we picked was the most affordable in terms of cost-care comparison. It is certainly more affordable than in-home care, which is astronomical in terms of cost. If my mom was not well provided for by my dad, we'd be in a very bad way very quickly for care.

Excellent facility with a cohesive team that supports each other. Very comfortable setting and welcoming feel to the community. Care teams are amazing to work with and keep you well informed of your loved one's condition and change to behaviors. The total team is committed to the well being of your family member.

I liked Spring Park Assisted Living and Memory Care because it was a small facility. Everyone there was friendly, supportive and professional. The residents were like a big family and checked on each other daily. I would recommend Spring Park Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families.

My loved one is currently a resident at Madison Heights. This facility is only Alzheimer's/Dementia patients and the staff is trained to deal with their problems. They also have a qualified nurse on call, even on the weekends. My loved one has been here for about four months now and I have seen a huge difference in this facility versus her previous one. The last time I visited my loved one, the nurse saw me and told me that she had another infection and that she was already on medication. The nurse had noticed a change in my loved one's personality due to the UTI. At the last facility, I was the one who had to always report that she needed medication and that she had an infection. Also, Madison Heights quoted me a very fair price and said that they would keep it at this price for as long as my loved one is there.

Touring Madison at Oviedo, I instantly felt like I was at home. It is a smaller facility which I loved. All the people living there looked so happy and were active. You do not always see this if you have been to a few of these. The staff said hello as you walked around. The lady we met with Becca was very friendly and helpful.

My loved one is currently a resident at Madison of Ocoee and the experience has been great. The patient to staff ratio is excellent (most of the staff have been there for 10+ years). I would highly recommend Madison at Ocoee for "mom or dad" if they have more needs.

What has made Monark Grove such a great experience so far is the staff. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are great. We also really like the programs different activities they have, they are great! The care the medical professionals at Monark Grove provide for the residents is outstanding.

I am currently a resident at Legacy Ridge at Marietta and overall the experience has been very good. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and activities are also great. Based on my experience, I would recommend Legacy Ridge at Marietta to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Goldton at Spring Hill and the experience has been great so far! The Executive Director is amazing. I love this facility. My Mom passed away last [date removed]. The Tribute at the Glen was amazing to my Mom. The reason we gave the overall a cleanliness a 4 is because at times the carpet/chairs had a constant smell, but it was in memory care and accidents happen. However we would absolutely recommend Tribute at The Glen community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

So far the experience with the community has been great. The staff is always been so helpful to me as well as mother. But I have found there seems to be an underlying support from the family members of the residence. That was some thing that was unexpected. It's new for all of us and we've shared little bits here and there to help each other out.They do go on outings, my mother has been to the zoo. There are several churches that have them either come by for entertainment and snacks or they come to them. They have gone out to eat several times at local restaurants or for ice cream. And then the occasional bus ride on a pretty day or to see Christmas lights.

I would tell others that Legacy Savannah Quarters is a facility that is best suited for people that don't require much assistance. It is in a great location! I would recommend the facility to others looking.

To say I love My father is an understatement and to have him live anywhere in which he was not loved, protected, and cared for would have broken my heart. Fortunately we found the Legacy @Savannah Quarters and for the last 2 1/2 years of his life the Legacy staff became a new adopted family to us all. Every day, day he would thank me for bringing him here! The administrators are dedicated to providing the best care and services for the residents and their families. The caregivers are always positive, professional, and detail-oriented. Food services rival those of great restaurants! The monthly social calendars offer so much for residents to do, from the Kentucky Derby, Super Bowl parties to gardening , yoga, and incredible concerts to shopping at the Tanger Outlet and dining at so many fabulous restaurants. Many of my best memories with my father were created here at Legacy!

I have been very pleased with the staff at Tribute at Black Hill. The facility is very nice and does not have the appearance of a typical assisted living facility. My dad has been very pleased with the food, especially their hamburgers. He is settling in well and seems to be adjusting well to living there.
