I have been very pleased with the staff at Tribute at Black Hill. The facility is very nice and does not have the appearance of a typical assisted living facility. My dad has been very pleased with the food, especially their hamburgers. He is settling in well and seems to be adjusting well to living there.

I would recommend Madison Heights because they treated my husband with compassion love and respect to the moment he passed away.

Layout of facility means short walks to activities and meals. Staff is very approachable with questions or concerns. Issues are addressed quickly and appropriately. Staff encourage residents to join in activities.

[name removed] and the staff were really great with my mom. She was only there for a 13 day respite but they were extremely kind to her. I was sad because they were not closer for her to stay permanently. [name removed] would visit her like she was his Memaw and she loved that.

The community is very welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable. Your family member will be happy there.

A dear friend of ours recently moved to Tribute at The Glen. This facility is really lovely, and her apartment is delightful. Mr. [name removed], the Executive Director and Michelle, the community Relations Director made our friend and even all of us incredibly welcome and seem to be constantly available to answer questions and provide any assistance that we or our friend might need. All of the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. We recently held a birthday party for our friend in the lovely Rippon Lounge, and the staff made every amenity available to us and helped in every way possible. Tribute at The Glen is a lovely facility with a wonderful, caring staff who provide excellent personal care for all of the residents. We can't say enough good things about the facility and its staff.

It was loving and clean and safe! The staff were INCREDIBLE! They became our family! The food was excellent and the facility is beautiful- I want to live there!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are well organized and offer many activities and outings that engage the community. They have great leadership and we would highly recommend The Goldton at Venice.

I toured several Assisted Living Communities before coming to Tribute. Anyone looking for the "right" fit for a loved one knows how incredibly emotional and stressful it is; however, when I toured Tribute and met [name removed], my concerns were laid to rest. Upon entering the facility I was warmly greeted by [name removed] and introduced to [name removed]. During a thoroughly informative tour, he answered every question and alleviated my concerns. During my loved one's time as a resident at Tribute she enjoyed a full array of activities, meals, and friendships. My loved was a very exacting woman with high standards and expectations, which were met from the time she was welcomed into Tribute with music and a parade where she met the staff and several residents to Movie Day to delicious chef prepared meals that she NEVER complained about. Even when she was struggling and in Hospice, the Tribute Medical Staff was attentive, caring, professional, and coordinated each of our concerns and needs. I highly recommend Tribute at Melford!

It is a great place. The people are wonderful. It's a little pricey, but this area is a little more expensive. My Mom wishes there was a more varied food selection, but the location is very good.

My dad was only here a week before he passed away, but that short time was great. I'd highly recommend Tribute at Black Hill.

It is very expensive (Dad now pays $[removed]/month, but he has everything done for him.) They deal with staffing shortages, like everywhere, but I would not want my dad anywhere else! The director [name removed]) is phenomenal, and she's very positive and hands on. They just got the best Wellness Director (name removed) I've ever experienced, and I was able to get a new care team for Dad coming to see him, plus cardiology support, thanks to her. They monitor his blood pressure throughout the day and only give meds, when needed, and Dad feels so much better because of it! Their Empower Me Rehab team is Outstanding---BETTER than at [facility name removed] and [facility name removed]!!! Dad is on several meds and his taste buds have been affected, so sometimes he can't taste the flavors in the food. I find the food very tasty. They are extremely accommodating!

I would let a freind know, how caring everyone was with my mom. When we would be worried about what we thought was outrageous behavior they always calming replying it was just part of what she was going through. They took actions to help her adjust as best they could. You just had the feeling they cared for all who were in their care. Was it perfect? No, there were times I wish there had been more communication but also understood that's part of the transition. We selected Madison at the Range because their facilities were very bright and clean. It is all one level and not over powering in size which was important for our mom's consideration. Most importantly the people from the original tour through her stay were welcoming and caring.

We picked this community because of the location. I would recommend to others.

One thing I definitely like is the fixed cost that is an option with this community. Also the care, any questions you have, the cleanliness, involvement with residents, not having to worry if your loved one is being cared for properly. I wish I'd placed my mother there to begin with.

[name removed] and her staff did an excellent job from the time I bought her to the interview up until her death. There was a general sense of warmth and wanting the best possible care for her.

The staff was very accommodating, the activities were fun and she enjoyed participating in them. I would highly recommend Madison Heights for those looking into memory care for a loved one.

My wife has been in the facility since the second of November. She quickly adapted to her new home and is happy there. We visit almost daily and have found the staff to be very professional and concerned about providing my wife the best care they can. The managers are willing to meet with us and listen to our suggestions concerning how they can make my wifes more meaningful and enjoyable. I believe that my wife is in the best place. She dailey experiences a lot of social interaction with both the other residents and caregiver staff.
