The staff is absolutely the best!!We love it here at Monark Grove. We love this place. Monark Grove rates the highest. Also excellent food and that doesn't always happen..

The flexible meal times and menus are wonderful, especially for those residents with dementia and erratic schedules. Med techs have been so kind and attentive . Management staff is always available and eager to help . Accommodations are beautiful and updated . Each unit has central heat and air with ceiling fan included. All buildings have lots of big beautiful windows that allow residents to enjoy natural light for a more cheerful setting! Which is very important for the residents that aren't able to get outside much.

To be perfectly honest, they are the friendliest group of people I have run into on the 4 continents l've lived on. Most all of staff go out of their way to please everyone. It was the first thing I noticed

My mother in law unexpectedly passed shortly after she entered the Goldton. Everything at the Goldton was a very positive experience. The employees were very nice and the facility was beautiful. It was a positive experience

They worked extra hard to help my father transition to the new environment. The community is extremely helpful and supportive with everything. My father was not an easy person in the beginning but he's making good adjustments. I picked it because they tried to help him and me during this process.

We were checking out assisted living facilities, we would for sure choose Lake Howard Heights again! They really care about their residents and a well kept facilities! We really feel the staff is very professional, and caring!

We initially chose Legacy Reserve because of the Friendliness of the residents and high quality activities. This was from a first time, exploratory visit, but the first impression was good. Our relative still has not moved in, and we have had to ask the facility to change him from independent living to assisted living status. That is a time consuming procedure.

The staff is friendly. The housekeeping is okay. The move in process went smoothly. The meals are good quality. I would recommend this facility to others.

They are incredibly good at remembering names and always friendly. They also have answers for ones questions and so willing to take the time to be helpful. I would certainly recommend Heartis Suwanee to others looking.

When we realized our mom could no longer live independently, we looked at several places before deciding on Thrive. The apartments are nice, the food is good and the staff is very attentive and friendly. On the occasions when mom has had a medical issue arise, they have been very quick to inform me and keep me fully apprised. I don't worry about her. And sometimes when I go visit her I have to search the building because is out being social.

My 91 year old father recently moved into Legacy Ridge in Alpharetta and I really can’t say enough good things about the facility and the staff. From the beginning, when I first toured the grounds, everyone was very informative, thoroughly explained everything to me and answer all of my questions. As with any change there are some growing pains, so my dad did have to get used to things but this was expected. The building is gorgeous and maintained well. The care staff tend to the residents and give the right amount of TLC that our elderly family members deserve. They provide wonderful amenities that help with a smooth transition from salon services, primary care that visits the facility which makes it super convenient and they set up plenty of activities for residents to take part in with one another. [names removed] and the entire staff at Legacy Ridge really go above and beyond to make sure the residents here are well taken care of.

[name removed] at A place for mom is excellent. She referred Legacy Ridge Alpharetta, I highly recommend this Assisted Living Community. [name removed] with Legacy Ridge Alpharetta is excellent, from start to finish. They are very loving and they go above and beyond for your loved one's.

What our family likes the most about the Tribute at Melford community is the staff members and their overall friendliness. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who made need a place for their loved one

We moved my mom into Thrive at Jones Farm, November of 2023. My father had passed away in August. Hesitant with a move as my mom and our family was still grieving our loss, we felt the loneliness for my mom was overwhelming and made the absence of my dad even more evident. As my siblings and I discussed with mom the benefits of a senior living community, such as friendships and having others who have lost their spouses and have gone through what she is going through, she agree to begin the process of finding the perfect place for her. We toured many senior livings, but the compassion, gentleness and caring our mom and family experienced at Thrive we found no where else.

What our family likes the most about the Madison Heights community is the caring staff and the freedom to walk about in a safe environment. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would share that the customer relations from the beginning was exceptional to include the concierge front desk staff and all other business office personnel and caregivers. In addition, they have the most reasonable pricing compared to the competition and the beautiful facility they keep for their residents.

Recently, my wife's uncle was looking to move to the area and was in need of assisted living. As she's his only living relative, we were very careful in our search, and reached out and visited numerous places. The Madison really stood out. The rooms were neat and clean, and our tour was amazing. What really stood out, however, was the staff. The sales director, [name removed], was so welcoming and helpful. She has such a pleasant demeanor and it was clear the residents love her as we took the tour. Also, seeing the camaraderie of the staff was also great. The entire process was very painless, and [name removed] walked us through all the steps needed to get to move in day.

IT was recommended by A Place For Mom. But after only 2 months and with no prior warning they wanted to go up on my moms monthly rent after agreeing to what she could afford. Also due to their lack of nursing care she was sent to the ER. She was admitted. She then was sent to a rehab facility. Would never send her back to the Goldton.

Clean, pleasant staff, apartment is large with a balcony. Food is excellent and plenty to eat.
