I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly interaction of friends between the welcoming residents here and the professional staff. Most of the residents are elderly and have a variety of health problems. All residence are al well cared for and treated with respect. It is a comfortable place to live

What our family likes the most about the Tribute at Melford is that our loved one is happy there! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for their loved ones.

They took care of my husband and gave me a much needed break with no worries. I picked this community, because it was the only one I could afford.

I am not there for mother's cares, know she can be very uncooperative and difficult. Just wondering how dementia pts are approached for showers and changing clothes, especially when pts not cooperative. Like, It's time to take your shower, or change your clothes. "This doesn't work. Like I said, I don't know if this is how they do it or not. I do know you need to kind of sneak up on them, as a manner of speaking, and not keep using terms of shower, and changing clothes. Keep the distracted while trying to accomplish task. I know this doesn't always work, and that my mother can be impossible at times. I am speaking from experience with my mother, and from over 50 years of nursing experience, mostly geriatric and management, and dementia clients. Not trying to be bossy or critical, but know with young people, they are not aware of many things, maybe not enough training about approaches for those with cognitive impairments.

I like the size of it, didn't want mom in a place with too many floors and hallways. It always felt very homey, outdoor place to sit and beautiful scenery. Just felt like home.I'm very pleased with the care my mother receives, it's been a great experience, a relief knowing she is well cared for.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff and residents are both great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is good and they offer a nice variety. The cleanliness, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park to others.

Tribute at Black Hill is a great facility and so far has exceeded our expectations. What we like the most about the community is the different activities going on as well as the staff members. We appreciate all the exercises and cognitive stuff they have going on there. Based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

I am currently a resident at Lake Howard Heights and everything is great for me here at this facility! All of the staff are so wonderful and willing to help you adjust to your new home. The atmosphere is always so cheerful that if a new resident doesn't feel at home and happy about living here, they will soon make new friends, join in on activities, and begin to enjoy themselves. That is what I did right away when I moved in. I love Lake Howard Heights! I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one lives at The Goldton at Venice. The staff is very friendly and communicates with us well. The housekeeping is great! No complaints. The move in process was perfect. No hiccups at all. The food is good, I eat in their dining room often. I am served the same food as the residents. I would highly recommend The Goldton at Venice to others. It's not too big, but it's large enough to offer all that anyone should need. I am really pleased with every aspect of the Goldton! I don't have anything to compare it to, as this is my first rodeo concerning elder health care. But I have talked with several others and speaking for myself, the Goldton is everything I expected and more.

It was a perfect for for my loved in. Plenty of space for walking. A little putting area surrounded by a sidewalk right outside his door. The staff was warm and welcoming. There was someone who worked at his previous residence there and she remembered my dad and was happy that he'd be there. The price lock option was convenient as well as the on site pharmacy option.

Our family had an in person tour experience with Somerby Lake Nona and overall it was a good tour experience, and it is a beautiful facility.

My favorite aspect of the Goldton is the friendly sense of familiy that emantes, from both the residents and the staff alike. Three dining venues provide some very good food options. There are numerous planned activites to help fill ones day.

Very clean environment and professional caring staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to take care of all residents wants and needs. Plenty of activities to keep all engaged and entertained. [name removed] is wonderful and can answer any questions you might have.

You can feel the love and compassion that these associates have for seniors. This is a fantastic place to move your loved one in. I would highly recommend. The food, care and activites are amazing. My grandma loves living here!
