The staff who works with the clients 10 to one seem to have a sincere sense of caring. The administration is very willing to work with you to get the patient in the right place based off of what they need. They moved my loved one from memory care to assisted living because she was bored in the back. She's sort of in between assisted living and memory care. Room sizes are the same and amenities offered are just fine.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Reserve Old Town and the experience has been great. The staff at this facility are nice and friendly. The facility is always clean. Fast clear communication with the family. The food is good. The move in process was smooth. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We picked this community because of the availability, staff, and facility. It's a great place. I would definitely recommend.

My only comment is that the meals are always lukewarm never hot! However the staff members that work here are very friendly and I would recommend the Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park.

We have had a great experience at Madison Heights/Kelly Place memory care. Their Facebook page has been wonderful to have! I have seen my momma on there several different times! The main thing that stuck out to us about this facility was the size of the facility and the small-town setting it is in. I would definitely recommend them to those looking for memory care.

My family and I are extremely thankful for all of the staff at Oakview Park. They treat my sister like she’s their own sister, mother or grandmother. I am free to email or telephone with questions at anytime and their responses have always been timely. My sister needs lots of special care and I have felt comfortable knowing she’s received that everyday she’s been at Oakview (over a year now).

I felt very comfortable getting my parents into the Goldton. From the very start, The executive director was welcoming and accommodating. After residency, my parents have received terrific care . I have been really impressed with how the staff really get to know and care for the residents. My parents even commented how good the food was. I just feel there is good oversight for the well being of the residents. As is a struggle with all facilities, I feel they might be under staffed . The existing staff seem over extended but they all do as good of job as possible.

My mother-in-law is in Memory Care at Goldton. What a blessing! For a short time she was in another facility (that will go unnamed) in another state, and the difference in care is night and day. Of course, the personnel make all the difference. There is an attitude of care and personal interest in the residents that permeates the air. From the head administrator, nurses, facility manager, receptionist, activities director, to the CNAs, we have been impressed. There are many folks at Goldton that minister to my mother-in-law, but three folks who immediately come to mind are [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] They go beyond the call of duty. There is a care that they extend that is not in their job description. Thank you, Goldton. We are blessed!

The Goldton At Spring Hill is a very loving place for my brother. The staff at The Goldton go to great lengths to offer activities and entertainment. Once a month they have a classic car show and every Friday they provide a happy hour with musical entertainment. They also have a wonderful van service that helps with getting members of their community to local doctors. Everyone is very loving and friendly. I highly recommend The Goldton!

We had an emergency to get my in-laws closer to us, but also they needed assisted living. From the moment we walked in the door EVERYONE has been Amazing!!!!! From all the staff answering our questions and helping us thru the process to my in-laws! Not only the staff, but the residents introduced themselves and truly made my wife and I and my in-laws feel welcomed and apart of the community! You absolutely can’t ask for a better place!

My mom moved into the Goldton at Spring Hill 18 months ago, a little wary and uncertain about her new life. The transition to assisted living can be a challenging time for all involved. However, the Goldton staff and community made the transition seamless! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the smiling faces are a constant. The residents are all solid citizens with varying backgrounds and interests who come from all over the country. Everyone at the Goldton knows my mom by name and tells her everyday how much she is loved (even if she cannot remember their names!). My mom struggles with her memory, but she is in a warm and caring place that provides real-time happy experiences with many friends. She may not remember yesterday, but today is always a new adventure with new friends, and that's how she gets by every day.

Besides the place being absolutely gorgeous, the staff, the nurses, everyone is so nice and really cares for the people that are there. They have some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for striving for excellence!

We picked this community, because of the positive atmosphere among the staff, cleanliness, freshness, and it's asSingle level structure. Best Staff and atmosphere that we found. Care has been exemplary. The head of the medical staff is extraordinary. I have already recommended to others.

i've watched the staff have patience with residents to accomplish the task at hand, they are gentle with them, and encouraging. They interact with them a lot I have tasted the food and it is very good. They work with the residents. If they don't like what's being served at that meal, they will fix them as a sandwich. Sometimes the food gets cold quick. If the resident ask, they will warm it. But with memory care, I don't think they always remember to ask, they just don't eat. The staff does encourage them to eat more, but they do not push them to eat more. The dining room area is very pleasant and inviting. Very clean and easy for the residence to interact with each other as a social dining event for every meal. I think there is an activity almost every weekday. Bingo, arts and crafts, music, and they've even planted flowers in pots.

The staff at The Goldton at Southhaven seem to be on top of everything. I do not see any problems with them. I would recommend The Goldton at Southhaven to others looking.

What we like most about the Lake Howard Heights is the genuine, friendly and caring staff as well as the good food they prepare. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Get to know the staff and discussing your family member's needs is important. Don't expect them to automatically know.

We have had a great experience with independent living at Legacy Reserve. Friendly staff, excellent food, and the accommodations are top notch. Value for the cost is excellent as well.
