I didn't want to relocate but I am enjoying it. The activities are my favorite part of the community.

The cleaning staff works hard to keep the place spotless. The community is very well kept up. They take great care of residents.

This place is spectacular. Such friendly staff. So clean. The cottages are spacious and good built.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of care and interaction I receive from staff. Everyone makes it a point to make each resident feel special and welcome.

The staff is amazing, living community is beautiful, and the food is delicious.

Based on my observations during the tour, I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The community was well kept and very modern and functional. I would be interested in this location for my mother when the time is right.

This community was amazing! Had a theatre for games. Also ate lunch and it was like a 5 star resort. Extremely clean and the staff was so friendly. I got to meet the Directors for each department and even left with a gift.

Very quiet. Lots of activities, good food, clean, smells good, safe and secure.

Employees very respectful and helpful during tour. Seemed as if everyone had a smile on their face.Courtyard was beautiful and bird feeders were a nice touch. Food was as expected. Excited about possible involvement in the future! P.S. Nursing staff was the best I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and hard working.

My brother loves everything about this community. He is very happy.

I have a friend who lives at Traditions of Spring Hill. I can see his experience there has been really rewarding. Although he was apprehensive about making this life change it has turned out to be one of the best moves of his life. I am about the same age so I hope I might have a similar experience one day.

Traditions of Spring Hill is a really beautiful place. It is very convenient to where we live, and I look forward to moving my family member there. I've personally searched all the communities in the area, and I found that this community is the cleanest and has a great reputation. The individual rooms are quite spacious - so you get a lot of bang for your buck there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My Mother has lived here for 3 years and loves to call it home. They have the most caring Staff. Communication to the families is excellent, and they make us feel so welcome, when we visit.

The best staff you would ever want taking care of your loved ones. Every community is defined by its leadership. The leadership in this building runs a tight ship. You either show up and be the best or find a different ship.

The staff at Alto has gone out of their way to be attentive to my mothers every need. Medical concerns, emotional issues, scheduling and transportation assistance, and just general positive “can do” attitude from all of the staff from executive director to housekeeper. Wonderful place! Highly recommend it. Wish there was a little more variance in activities and fun stuff. But they are getting better and better with that .

Love this Community! I want to shout out regarding one very special Manager. Orlando Catalan goes above and beyond. He is actually the Maintenance Director, but he is such a positive influence. He always smiles and laughs and cheers up the residents with his presence. He takes the time, though very busy, to visit them personally. I heard one resident say they feel so safe when he’s around. We couldn’t agree more. Wonderful asset to the Team!!!! Thank you Orlando!

I can not thank these Folks at Brookdale OVIEDO enough! Mom really does consider it Home. The Staff is genuinely caring and responsive. It’s a smaller community and everyone, at all levels, gets involved directly with the Residents. Friendly, warm environment. Thank you!

My dad has recently made the move into this community and so far everything is going well for him. The staff have been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the care he has been provided. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the great activities they have to offer all of the residents. Overall it has been a great fit and I would recommend it to anyone interested

I recently visited the Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters facility. I was impressed with the staff, amenities, facility, and their ALL INCLUSIVE approach. This is a top contender for my assisted living needs as it is affordable, convenient to Savannah, and most importantly felt like "home."

I originally sent me mom here due to location, price and that it was aesthetically pleasing inside the rooms and how well the common areas were kept. We have family that live in Orlando and Winter Garden so the location was perfect. I was really impressed with the staff, not only were they doing their job, they genuinely seem to care about the residents here. Making it a fun environment. Also, my mom has been here for a little over a month and has made quite a few friends. The residents were very welcoming to her as she is a shy person. She really enjoys being here.
