We've been very pleased with Fairview Park, and our mom is doing better than she has in years. We love the location and all the outdoor areas that are accessible to the residents. We are very happy with our decision!

Help is friendly and they try to help in any way they can and has been great so far.

I came to live to Lake Howard almost 2 years ago and really enjoy myself. Staff is wonderful, and residents are so much fun to be around. I will always remember the friends I made.

My brother recently moved to Monark. It has been a great experience. Nice room,people and wonderful food. Highly recommend It is a lovely homely place. Great care Family friendly I feel it is fairly priced for the good care

My loved one and I are currently residing at Legacy Ridge at Marietta. This facility is a very nice place. The cleanliness of the place is great. I have been impressed with all of the activities that are offered. The food is above average and the staff are outstanding. Overall, Legacy Ridge at Marietta is a very nice facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Somerby Lake Nona is a fantastic place!! My dad is thriving here!! Beautiful, clean property, well managed, with wonderful team members who are extremely responsive, and always looking out for residents. Lots of activities and a quiet, lovely property. The reason team members were leaving has been taken care of. Management genuinely care for staff and want to retain them. And their new chef has done a lovely job enhancing options and bringing dining to each floor. I wish to thank [name removed] at A Place for Mom, because without you I never would have known about Somerby Lake Nona. In our time of immense need, you sure rose to the occasion, and helped me help my father, and I will never forget that!!

I had nothing but a good experience with Spring Park - I liked everything there. They took excellent care of my MIL for about a year. She declined too much to stay in assisted living, and we had to move her to a nursing home. It doesn't compare to Spring Park. I wish I could put her back there. The staff is wonderful and caring. The nursing home is not as nice, but they take good care of her. Good communication with everyone at Spring Park. They do care.

We have been pleased with Legacy Ridge. We recently moved mother into their new memory care facility. In assisted living, staff was very sweet and kind to mother and everyone. We loved the staff that worked with mother. They always seemed to love her and were personable with her. I feel she has had a positive experience there and yes I would definitely recommend the place. We loved them all.

Legacy Savannah Quarters is great. They are understaffed and at times and overwhelmed but they make do. It's clean, food seems to be delicious. Activities are good. I am very pleased I have recommended them to several people. My mom wants to move to [community name removed] nursing home because after her money runs out, Medicaid will take over her payments. But until then we hope to keep her where she is.

My loved one is a resident at Legacy Reserve at Fritz Farm. The staff here are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities and the food options are good. I would recommend this facility for a loved one who could benefit from living in a Retirement Community.

My decision was based 80% on the smiles and mood of residents. When I moved here, it quickly felt at"Home". Recommend highly because if there is an issue, they own it, and fix as soon as possible.Go visit, at lunch time. Ask a resident. It is Home.

My parents moved to Oakview Park in [date removed]. Since that time they have made friends, enjoyed multiple activities, church services and socials. The environment is welcoming and very clean. My parents also have enjoyed the meals that are prepared and served by the friendly staff. Most importantly they are in a safe and loving environment. The staff members that assist my parents seem to genuinely care about them and treat them with dignity and respect. The on-site Physical Therapy is also a great benefit. Moving my parents from their home was a difficult decision, but the staff members have made the transition much easier. The directors and coordinators in their specific roles also have impacted my parents in a positive way! I am so thankful for the “Peace of Mind” Oakview Park and their kind and caring staff has given our family! .

We are quite happy with the experience. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and patient with the residents. Facilities are brand new, and clean. Dinner hours are a bit limited (they close at 6:30) but may extend longer when they fill up the remaining apartments.

Dad is doing well since coming to live at Lake Howard Heights. He enjoys his meal buddies and has much more interaction than when he lived alone so the group setting is good for him. Thank you so much.

Activities are great u have 3 helpful people and they keep u busy one for assisted living and 2 for independent living dinning room staff is friendly and they get u what u request in a timely manner I enjoy it here

Awesome experience love it here im a current resident live here with my husband and he receives medication assistance but I do not staff is friendly and very helpful all the time we love it here just a great place

We picked this community, because primarily it's location is close to my residence. Second, it's quality was the best near where I live. Finacially, it was the best value for cost nearby. I have already referred another close family freind to Madison heights and they will be moving in their family member.

I only did a virtual tour there, but did like it a lot better actually! It was more about it being further away from my own home that kept me from choosing it. If we were looking for a longer term stay rather than just respite, I would have chose Madison at Ocoee! [name removed] the Sales Director there was great and did a wonderful job of showcasing the facility.

The rooms feel like apartments and that the staff are responsive. We picked this community, because of the newness of the facility, the size of the rooms, and the staff. My loved one needed skilled nursing.
