I was very happy with Madison at Oviedo. The staff was amazing, plenty of activities, awesome food. The staff was truly wonderful. My mom didn't want to go in the beginning but the staff were go great getting her on a schedule and encouraging her to make friends and participate in activities. For the memory care area, they had activities such as; Bingo, music therapy, sing alongs, dancing areas and crafts.

We are very happy with everything. Staff is really friendly and helpful answered any questions and took care of any problems quickly. Just got to remember whoever moves in there needs time for adjustment between the person living there and the staff to get used to everything but overall we love it.. I have even spoke to people who are looking to move in or have a family member move in and I told them it's a great place.

I toured this facility and it's a really nice place. The woman who handles the Marketing is very knowledgeable and helpful and had good suggestions. This facility is very clean, relatively new, and when you walk in it feels like a fancy hotel. I met the head Chef who is also in charge of the meal program and he was great. If the cost of this facility is within your budget, I would definitely recommend looking into this place!

Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park is a VERY nice place. The staff are super friendly and accomdaioting. They have plenty of great activities provided for the residents. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

There is not one thing they don't do well. From my first contact with [name removed] I found the staff & facility to be first class. My favorite thing, though, was how warmly everyone greeted us when we visited the first time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

What really stood out to us ight away about the Madison of Ocoee is the hominess feel it it, and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families. The activities vary on the season but overall they are good for the residents.

They heard us when we talked to them about the challenges we experienced at a previous facility. And they knew how how to care for our loved one. We were even able to take a vacation knowing that he was safe while we were gone. This is a one level facility, so it's super easy to get around. It's clean and always smells lemony-citrusy. Everyone is on a regimented schedule - the patients are brought out of their rooms to get them engaged and around other people. It's a little bit of a smaller community, which I like. Our loved one is in Memory Care, but in assisted living, each resident room has two doors - the standard door off the hallway, and an additional door that goes out into a secure courtyard, where you can keep a chair and sit outside. Memory Care doesn't have that feature, but there's a covered deck where they bring the Memory Care residents out for fresh air. Our loved one seems to enjoy that. They're currently looking to hire an activities director on the Memory Care side, but in the meantime, they're including everyone in activities on the Assisted Living side and making sure the Memory Care residents are still engaged.

Great friendly staff. Lots of activites. Food is good. Family nights . Great staff, I had a issue with a few in beginning just because i expect nothing but the best care for my mom. They are great place and mom is 100% happy and better .

I would recommend for the community to others for their loved ones. It is convenient for family to visit our loved. The community is small and the residents receive care. The staff communication with the family is good. There are three meals a day and choices for the residents to choose from.

I thought overall Oakview Park was really good. The food was great. The service was good. The administration was very good. And the facility itself was very good as well.

Legacy Reserve has been wonderful all around. The staff is wonderful. The food is wonderful. They do a pretty good job with the activities. We've enjoyed it tremendously and plan on staying longer than we originally expected. We're very satisfied.

I loved Spring Park, for the time that my dad was here. The staff was wonderful, from the beginning and made us feel welcomed and at home. Unfortunately, my dad was too sick to enjoy the activities offered. I do know that all of the residents seemed to enjoy their time there. The facility was clean and I would definitely recommend Spring Park to to others. They were able to get us the help we needed for my dad and helped my dad be as comfortable as possible, his last few days. They were also very helpful and caring to me.

Our family had in person tours and we had a great tour and experience with this location but because of the logistics just made them to far away for us

I toured this community and it was really nice. I really liked it. I'd heard good reviews about them. Cleanliness was great, everyone was very friendly. They even helped me with setting up VA Benefits for my loved one. Ultimately, they indicated that they didn't think it was the best place for my loved one's Memory Care needs. But again, very nice place and great staff!

During the short period of time that our loved one was there, the staff members were truly beyond friendly. They had real genuine care for our loved one, they made her feel at home and very comfortable. They loved her and she left a big impact on them. This community was a great fit for her, the food was great - no complaints there and the activities were good. She really enjoyed being able to socialize with the friends she made and the other staff members - they had plenty of opportunity to socialize as well which we like.

Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park looked like a very nice place. The reason we did not choose them was because it was further for me to travel. They also did not offer levels of care so if he needed more care eventually, we would have had to move him to another facility which is a lot on someone his age.

I’be called on Thrive Assisted Living and Memory Care for the last 2 years and I am always impressed how their staff genuinely care about the well being of the residents of this community. The staff all take the time to get to know the residents individually as well as their families. They also have great activity team for both assisted living and memory care who keep the residents busy and entertained.

I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful community recently. We felt welcomed from the moment that we arrived. The staff was warm and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. Look forward to coming back
