HEARTIS at Suwanee still looks like a brand new facility! Beautifully designed and spacious apartments. The community common areas are delightfully decorated and warm enjoyable spaces! The chef features fine dining restaurant quality meals that residents and families all enjoy! Too early to really rate value for cost. Well managed. Exceptionally so. Quality of management and of staff. Concern for residents. Excellent quality of space and cleanliness and quality of repair of space are some of the things I like the most about Lake Howard Heights. I do not understand how they recruit, hire, and retain the consistently high quality of management staff. Even if salaries are very high, who finds these outstanding people.
