The staff are great! I think Pop likes more southern food. It would be helpful to know when the activities are going on and perhaps have more of them available. They tend to keep it a little too chilly in the dining room.

[date removed], I enjoyed a Delicious dinner, 4:30PM at Legacy Retirement Community, Columbus, GA. [name removed], the elegant Marketing Specialist invited me. She is very gracious, knowledgeable, energy filled. Meal was yummy, pretty, tasty which was Beef Tips with Brown gravy, glazed carrots, Zucchini with touches of mushrooms, hot rolls, creamy vegetable soup, tea/water and tasty pecan pie. Afterward [name removed] shared a Model room looks if independent.The positive vibes upon entering were caring and we are here for U Everyone was so nice and eager to welcome you . Thank you !

I am very happy with Madison and so are my parents, which is the most important thing. I would highly recommend that they look into them for their loved ones.

I would recommend - in the case of my dad they might wander, they should invest in guards - he could walk out the front door. I think security should be tightened. Very professional medical staff, nice people and a beautiful facility.

All a number 5. However, all of the assisted living facilities are understaffed, so elderly may not be getting best care. Based on the experience, we would recommend Heartis Suwanee to other families.

Moved my mother & stepdad into Assisted Living in [date removed]. This facility is a bit higher end and the rates reflect that. IF you have a couple to share a room, the rate becomes more "do-able". This facility has fully independent living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The activities are plentiful. There are numerous common areas, inside and outside. A heated pool, deluxe gym, PT room, in house professional salon, walking track, pickle ball court, library, theatre, outdoor grilling area with deluxe seating & tables, concierge transportation to doctor appts and local establishments, excellent communication of daily/weekly/monthly activities, Executive chef with fantastic cuisine choices, and nurses who take their job very seriously. The Executive Director is very approachable and very professional.

The staff was excellent help in the move in process. The place is very clean. It has a lot of opportunities for its residents. Everyone has made my loved one feel at home. I don’t have anything else to say.

The Goldton has been a great experience. They made the move easy & fun for my mom. The staff is welcoming & kind. Management is very helpful anytime we have questions or concerns. It’s very clean & fun around holidays. They have daily housekeeping & biweekly laundry my mom appreciates.

The facility is very nice, the staff is very attentive and most importantly my Dad is happy. I picked this community because it was the closest proximity to me.

A couple staff members could improve on their patience and attitude but for the most part the staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. Yes, I would recommend Oakview Park to other families. They have handled almost every situation with mom without calling me for every single thing and it being an issue that I've had to deal with myself. They handle it themselves and I hear from them 90% less than where she was which has truly helped my stress level and quality of life as a caregiver.

All 5's. They were very nice people. The day he arrived they literally rolled out a red carpet and the whole staff lined the hallway to welcome him. Since he was a veteran they posted his picture on the Wall of Honor. When my father passed away, they rebated all the fees for the last month. I would recommend them.

My husband is 14 years older than me. I had no choice but to put him a facility because he could not longer take care of himself while I was at work and I have to work. I feel he is I. Better hands than I can provide. I love my husband and I know he is being taken care of. I thank God for that.

Legacy Reserve provides different levels of care for its residents. I am currently in the “independent” level whereas I don’t need personal care; it’s like living at home. I occupy a studio apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen-dining, and family room with a balcony. The balcony provides me the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy my beautiful flowers. The balcony overlooks the well maintained courtyard which has a miniature golf course, large rock planters that support beautifully landscaped flowers, shrubs, and trees, and a fountain which provides an aura of relaxation. A variety of delicious food, prepared for different tastes, is served in the formal dining room open for the evening meal. The bistro also provides a variety of food for breakfast and lunch. It’s a popular place for connecting with people while enjoying delicious food ordered from a menu. Considering all genres, activities are provided for residents’ enjoyment.

I think they take pretty good care of my mom. The place is well maintained. The staff is nice and professional. I do not live in the area so I don’t go often. Anyone looking for a place, I would recommend the Oscar!!

In terms of community, my mother was treated well. In her short stay at Legacy Ridge, she befriended some of her fellow resident. My dad visited her daily and also was treated with compassion and respect. So yes I would recommend Legacy. After six months stay, she was hospitalized due to extreme sun downing symptoms. We decided to move her to a smaller facility after her release from the hospital. She passed away in [month removed] in hospice due to dysphasia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

Very nice, well maintained, staff is friendly and professional. Contracts are pre-written but staff is flexible to fit personalized needs. Staff quickly learns your name and will introduce you to other staff and clients.

I would recommend Madison highly. They have caring staff, works with each resident individually. Communication between staff and our family. Involves mom in activities she enjoys aside from arts and crafts. Knows moms likes and spoils her

All 5's! We are very pleased. What we like the most about Legacy Ridge at Trussville is the staff. The staff have all been great. Communication with them is easy. Lots of activities, but not too many.
