My mom has lived at The Seville since January 2025. If I had to describe our experience in one word, it would be partnership. Dementia is hard. Memory care cannot make it easy. What it can provide is support, expertise, connection and people to navigate it with you. That is what we have found here. The hospitality is extraordinary: ocean views, flowers, music, crafts, themed dinners, petting zoos and guys’ nights. There is PT, Hoag at Home, wellness reviews and a salon where [name removed] treats Mom like family. [name removed] fills her days with activity, engagement and joy. Most importantly, memory care residents are included. There have been staffing transitions; I won’t pretend otherwise. But the core team knows Mom, listens, adjusts and works with us. My mom is not simply safe, fed and medicated. She laughs, dresses up, wears her coral lipstick and remains [name removed]. The best senior living is something we build together. That partnership is what our family has found at The Seville.

Everyone at the Carrington is always so polite, so professional and very friendly. It is very clean and I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

They take him on outings. Have many in house activities. He likes the food and also likes the care people. They are very kind. I don't have anything to compare it to but I would, and have, recommended it to others.

My Dad seems to be thriving with his level of memory care, and the programs are keeping him engaged and having purpose for his days. The activity team goes above and beyond with making sure if there is a general population event he can get something from, like choir, that he can check it out and decide if he would like to participate. The place is clean, the food is good and menu is varied and appealing. Memory care still is not an easy place to be, but since my husband and I are only 15 minutes away, we can visit any time and see that things are well run, and staffed appropriately.

I believe that the Carrington was the best if several places that I looked at and reviewed and now since my partner has been living there since last July I realize that this was the best place for him!! I cannot compliment the many staff members on their daily care at all hours of the day and night!! The nurses are so attentive in watching over all medication that needs to be administered!!! All of the food at the three meals a day are of a very big variety and always prepared well!! Finally I have to say that all areas of the facility are kept immaculate and I really believe it is a wonderful place and I would certainly recommend this place to all who are looking for amazing care of their loved ones!!!

Everyone here the staff, the faculty are very polite, very professional, and very friendly. She has been at Carrington for 1 year. It's a very nice place to live and people are always willing to help you out.

One of the things I like most about the community is that they are the friendliest. I would recommend this community to others. The apartment size is not too small.

I have found that the Carrington is a wonderful place and choice that i made for my partner to be in!! I do have to note ?? that the several staff members are really very very good and talented along with being very frank with them !!! Now my partner has noted how wonderful all of the food that is served is always consistently of a very high quality and unique variety!!! Obviously I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for assisted living or memory care should really take a look at the Carrington and then choose this place!!

My dad likes to pack things up. At his old location, every time I came to visit - I would spend an hour “unpacking” everything. I love that Carrington has locked clothes closets and that staff helps to pick out attire for the day. He still packs what he can despite this but not as much. With packing, he packs up his toiletries which means he is not doing self care. However at Carrington, they are aware of this and pay close attention. My dad though, must have such a pair of pants out and tied the legs, stuffed them with a pair of underwear, pj’s and 3 coffee mugs sealed with his belt. Looked like the stuffed bottom of a scarecrow!! Pretty creative! Carrington is wonderful about communicating and staff is amazing. I am glad to relocate my dad from Wisconsin to Illinois so he is now only 8 miles away from me. I truly enjoy the facility and all that they offer. Thank you

Everyone is very nice and very professional. A few small mistakes with orders of eating lunch in the big dining room. I would recommend to others.

They provided all the care that mom needed. I was 100% comfortable knowing that she was well cared for. Each time I visited, it was obvious that the staff was doing everything needed for all the patients.

We were very pleased with everything and our dad was thriving in this environment! The staff always called family and my dad by name and always took the time to stop and chat. The rooms and overall amenities were superior to others in the area.

501 has been great! No issues. Facility is very clean and nice, staff is very friendly. No real complaints.

What we like the most about The Seville is the proximity, newness, and cooperation. Actually, I will say there was a bit of a lag time in response to calls. So I would put 4 for that. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff is caring and upbeat. Their interaction with patients is caring without being demeaning.

When the hospital was getting ready to discharge my sister to hospice, I was overwhelmed with the implications. The hospital gave me a list of potential assisted living/memory care homes, and I toured them all before picking the Seville. I’m a lifelong lawyer, which makes me a professional skeptic. But guess what: I couldn’t have made a better choice. This truly is a happy place. The caregivers really do care. They don’t let anyone just sit in their rooms. They get the residents up and involved. Yesterday, my memory care sister helped hang ornaments on their Christmas tree. She has been here 6 nights, and I have been here every step of the way. Today she made it clear she would prefer to be on her own out in the common areas with the other residents. She didn’t exactly tell me to get lost, but it was about that gentle. HOW GREAT IS THAT!? Bring your loved one here. It will be ok. Did I mention this place is brand new? It is airy and bright, and it absolutely gleams

I was on a trip to Ireland and I knew that my dad was in good hands during his respite for two weeks. This facility is extremely clean, staff is always courteous with family members and very friendly to the community.

The Vered looks like it will be a very nice facility. The office staff has been very helpful in determining our needs. Cannot rate the staff or services as the facility is not complete but from all I can tell it should be very accommodating and upscale.
