Overall experience - Top quality building. Cleanliness -. Shiny and New. Friendliness - Every one was very kind and patient. Care Services - I was on the top level. Staff - Everyone there seemed very nice. Meals and dining - The food was AWESOME. Overall I miss your place. And wish that it could have worked itself out. That is probably one of the nicest places in the entire state. It's jaw-dropping just walking in and seeing the inside part of that building. They need more nurses and more people to work in there but other than that places, just unreal.

The staff is wonderful. [name removed] in sales was a huge help in getting us a place quickly. Tapestry used to be a hotel So the rooms are hotel rooms. Nice sized. We brought my dad's furniture and it's very spacious. My dad's experience was a little different as he was in the hospital for 3 weeks and could not be discharged until we had a safe place. [name removed] the head nurse went to the hospital to evaluate my dad and her staff at Tapestry is great. [name removed] the head MedTech is wonderful. My dad loves him. The cafeteria food and staff are great. All of the aides are very caring. There are a ton of activities. My dad has only tried a few so far but it has only been a couple of months.

Everyone has been very nice. My dad was amazed that all of the staff (even kitchen staff) knew his name. He was afraid that it would be noisy and he'd have a hard time sleeping but that has not been the case. It has been very quiet and peaceful. My dad also has really enjoyed the food.

My mom likes it and they take good care of her. Yes, we would recommend the Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore community to other families based on the experience so far.

Love everything about the place . Most of all, they have a Great staff!! Easy to get a hold of 24 hours a day! I will pass it on to friends and other family members. Call a place for Mom. To take a tour. And see for yourself how nice this place is.

My wife has been there for two months in the memory care unit due to her late stage Alzheimer’s and I have found her well taken care of. The staff has shown to be caring and very responsive to my questions. The facility is clean and it is not like many places I have visited where you walked in to a smell of feces and urine.

The food is exceptional The staff in the memory unit are very attentive and caring. The activities are great Just wish I had made this change earlier for my relative. A great step up from the prior “ assisted “ living - which was not beneficial in any way

The best part of Tapestry is the “vibe” wide open space with an abundance of sunlight. Plants rock river, bridges, gazebo. Apartments are spacious and clean bathroom large and accommodating for the elderly. Does not feel like a medical facility. The care is excellent! The medical services are available for care which allows for any sickness or infection to be noticed and treated swiftly. The staff is friendly and engaging. Maintenance goes out of the their way to be helpful. The lady who takes care of laundry is a PRO! The restaurant staff is friendly and helpful with any needs. Many creative and engaging trips, activities, outings. I can’t express how friendly and helpful the entire staff treats EVERYONE.

Everyone there is kind and helpful. I was worried about my mom adjusting and making friends, but everyone is really welcoming.

The things that I like that were the deciding factor for choosing tapestry over all of the other places I visited in Tallahassee where these - my mom can receive her physical therapy on site, the dining room is open a set number of hours, and she can eat anytime she wants rather than being only served at certain times of the day, she is provided a full-size refrigerator in her room, there is always a nurse on site even on the weekends

I would rate all area a 5 except for food. I didn't eat at the facility, so I can't rate that area. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Main reason we chose this facility was due to the location. It was the closest to my Step-sister, where she could check on Dad frequently.

What we like the most about the community is that It is quiet and peaceful and we would recommend Tapestry Senior Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I think they all get a 5 we have had nothing but good experiences there, the staff is great and they take great care of the facility. Very pleased with it so far. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. The staff is also very nice they helped us so much the weekend we moved in by letting us park and take the freight elevator. Overall a great experience when it's a stressful time.

The activities gets a 4 out of 5 because they are inconsistent at times. The Memory Care units are small. The employees made sure to introduce themselves to me and ask questions about my LO. If there is a problem i am called right away.

That are very respectful and caring. The activities are open to all and are fun and current. It's a bit pricey but everything is so much better than [community name removed] where my dad was before. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Very nice facility and staff are great. Food is good with many options. Has independent living which I am in, but also has assisted and memory care. I highly recommend this place for any level of care and the ability to have more care in the same building.

The availability of food all day was different from others we looked at. And the menu ordering was nice. The senior Center on site is a community organization (township) so people other than residents were there. Apartments are small . This was a former embassy suites hotel. Bedroom, bathroom & small sitting room with very small refrigerator and sink.

Tapestry has been wonderful!! We are so glad we moved her there! Really only good things to say about them. I would rate all categories as a 5! Everyone has been super friendly and nice. The place is always clean. My mom says it is the only place she has lived that feels like home! We would recommend Tapestry to everyone.

It has been a good place for my aunt. I picked this community because, I thought it would be a good fit for my aunt.
