I loved this place. Looking to move my mom to memory care here.

My family and I cannot say enough about Tapastry. [Name removed] and the entire staff are absolute angels. Deciding to put my mom in an assisted living facility was one of the hardest things we had to do… But not only do we realize we made the right choice, we are forever grateful for their loving care, support, encouragement and flexibility. It is not a “one-size-fits-all“ approach. They truly learn so much, so quickly what is best for our mom and all of the residence. There have been several occasions where Mackenzie has not just done her job, but she has gone so above and beyond what we could’ve ever imagined with her professionalism, support and genuine concern for our mom. This is a special place with so many special people.

Very friendly staff they all appear to care about the people they are taking care of. Residents seem to be very happy.

Tapestry is such a clean and impressive community. The studio apartments are spacious and I love that they have a kitchenette. I stayed for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the dining room is open from sunrise to sunset. I can eat my meals at any time. The staff in the dining room are true restaurant servers and I ordered what I felt like off of the menu. I cannot wait to move my mom in next month.

What a wonderful place for your parents to live.

We toured Tapestry Senior Living Lakeshore, and it was a good tour. The building is a renovated hotel. They let us know that they would be closing, renovating or doing something like that in the near future. We chose another community because of that, and also because they were expensive.

The cost of Tapestry is in line with other nursing homes i looked at for my mother. The difference is the place is really beautiful and clean. It looked more like a resort than a nursing home. Before i was shut out because of the corona virus, I got to know some of the staff and the seem like they are really kind hearted people. I was there a couple time during mealtime and it looked better than what i just had at home (catch of the day roast beef etc) Most importantly my mother likes the caregivers one her floor

Tapestry Lakeshore has been a God send for my family. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my Mom is comfortable & happy. The Director of Sales and Marketing, [name removed], is phenomenal.

Mom likes the food The studio is a nice size and impressed it came with a full size fridge and microwave. Follow up response back from staff not so much.

All good. Minor problems with med disbursement. And end of life care hospice nurses some were new and it showed. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The Staff was amazing, my dad visited my mom everyday and the kindness of the staff eased his suffering. My mom did not choose to join in activities, but I noticed many different notices when I visited. Food was good, my mom never complained. Although she preferred to eat in her room, the dining room was spacious, clean and a very social environment, it was nice!

It is a nice place and the services are good. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.

The residents are alert and actively engaged in group activities and fellowship. Staff are polite, respectful and approachable.

Food is/was excellent. Not enough and varied activities; staff was just fine.

The facility is great. Open and bright and welcoming. Her little apartment is perfect size for her. The staff is friendly. They greet her by name, and they are attentive. We have more pros than cons. Plus, she has one of her cats with her. He's the star of the floor.

Staff at Tapestry Senior Living is helpful and responsive. Facility is very nice. My Dad is very happy there.

The staff is responsive but not always proactive. Maintenance is not good- carpet is dirty. Water in public restrooms leaking and faucet is loose. Compared to the others I have seen they are better than the rest
