Nice place.Definitely an older clientele base. All on one floor, in a nice area, with sitting areas outside in a treed area. The facility had only 50 occupants, so a slower more laid back atmosphere.

Facility is a warm and welcoming place. Upkeep is very good. Staff appeared to care about their residents. Resident's I met on the tour seemed happy to be living there. Indoor and outdoor accomendations of the facility are well thought out. Due to the small (32) amount of full capacity of facility would make the resident feel like part of a family instead of a number. Shown the weekly events appears to be engaging mentally and physically for the residents.

They were very helpful and caring during a difficult time, when other facilities were not.

The staff are friendly and easy to interact with, and they assist the family with their needs. The food is healthy and prepared nicely. Dad enjoys the opportunities to interact with other residents in group activities. His room is comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Best of all is the respect that he is given. The staff interact with him and respect his opinions and feelings.

My husband had excellent care. He was there from [date removed] until his death [date removed]. The staff were helpful and never demeaning. He loved to sit on the patio and they'd get him out as much as possible. When I had questions they answered. They made decisions on his best interest. I was grateful for them. They get a 5 mainly because they staff are wonderful.

The staff were friendly, helpful and encouraging. The other residents were warm and welcoming. It was clean and well maintained. It is super convenient. They have a shuttle for doctor's appointments. They do several social things every month. It is independent living, so food is not included, but is available. My dad didn't order it, but the menu looked great. I highly recommend it. It was a great place for my dad and very reasonably priced.

The staff has been great. I have not seen a single negative thing from the staff. They have always been patient, gentle, attentive, and very competent. My mom doesn't participate in the activities so I can't comment on them. I can tell you when I visit the other residents are HAPPY. It is nothing like a nursing home, these people are socializing, walking down the hallway dancing, smiling, having a good time. When I get to the point where I need assisted living this is where I am going.

The staff is very good and keep us informed regularly. The apartment size is perfect. The food is very good and always well balanced. My parents have not taken good advantage of the activities. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I have been at Seabrook Pointe for almost 6 months and I love it. My apartment is small but it has everything I need and it feels like home. It feels more like a family than just a facility. The employee are extremely nice. I spend a lot of my time in activity room and I am never short of things to do. I would recommend this place to both family and friends.

I'd give 5s to all of the above. Country Cottage's personnel were awesome! The facility was clean and well kept. The personnel, on many occasions, went above and beyond to be helpful! They were attentive and respectful and friendly. The facility was accommodating to my brother's needs and most importantly, it was odor free pretty much.

Other families, should know exactly what they want and the care that they want for their family members. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew that Mom needed to be in a facility. I had no idea the different types of facilities that were out there. A place for Mom help me make the most important decision that I've had to make in a long time. The outcome was very successful. I'm very pleased with Star point. Of course, everyone or every place has a few hiccups, but they have certainly lived up to the expectation.

We loved the facility but was so disappointed she had to leave the facility. I realize her level of care changed but her needs should have been accommodated

I would give it an overall rating of 5 or maybe 4 plus to be realistic there's a few things that we had to work out but nothing major and they were more than happy to work those things out it was just a little things like his call light wasn't working at first and it's TV wasn't right and they got all that smoothed out I would recommend anybody put their loved ones there The staff is wonderful and my dad is actually enjoying it and he feels very well taken care of. They have been very attentive with any needs that I had concerning my dad's health.

It's smaller but the staff is so helpful. We have only been there 5 months and staff has changed but so far even with changes they are great and caring. I would suggest everyone to check it out and see if it's a good fit for them.

I needed a place for my dad . He needed care 24/7. They stepped up and provided me with a great place . Very kind staff . Energetic and enjoy the work . Dad is well cared for . The food is excellent .

They are reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful. They truly care about the people who live there. They are always planning some sort of party or craft event or something for the residence to take part in so that they don't sit in their room by themselves all the time. They have cookouts they have Mardi Gras parties. They just have all kinds of events for the residents. The rooms are super nice. They repaint after every resident leaves so that the new resident has a clean slate to start from and making the rain their own.

Seabrook Pointe has the feel of home, with a kind and caring staff! You can feel comforted to know your loved ones are being cared for and loved! I’ve researched in Baldwin County and Mobile and Seabrook Pointe is the top choice! I’m grateful for their sincerity and the culture to have my father thrive and be loved there!

The staff were extremely helpful in getting my mom to the facility when I was unable to do it myself due to living out of state. They really went out of their way and loved my mom for the time she was there. Exceptionally helpful and caring staff.

The director and more specially the admissions direct went above and beyond to answer all questions and guide us through the process. Being from our of state while trying to get my mom moved from rehab to assisted living would have been impossible with out them. They really made us feel like family.
