Hickory Senior Living

I have been at Seabrook Pointe for almost 6 months and I love it. My apartment is small but it has everything I need and it feels like home. It feels more like a family than just a facility. The employee are extremely nice. I spend a lot of my time in activity room and I am never short of things to do. I would recommend this place to both family and friends.

I'd give 5s to all of the above. Country Cottage's personnel were awesome! The facility was clean and well kept. The personnel, on many occasions, went above and beyond to be helpful! They were attentive and respectful and friendly. The facility was accommodating to my brother's needs and most importantly, it was odor free pretty much.

Other families, should know exactly what they want and the care that they want for their family members. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew that Mom needed to be in a facility. I had no idea the different types of facilities that were out there. A place for Mom help me make the most important decision that I've had to make in a long time. The outcome was very successful. I'm very pleased with Star point. Of course, everyone or every place has a few hiccups, but they have certainly lived up to the expectation.

We loved the facility but was so disappointed she had to leave the facility. I realize her level of care changed but her needs should have been accommodated

I would give it an overall rating of 5 or maybe 4 plus to be realistic there's a few things that we had to work out but nothing major and they were more than happy to work those things out it was just a little things like his call light wasn't working at first and it's TV wasn't right and they got all that smoothed out I would recommend anybody put their loved ones there The staff is wonderful and my dad is actually enjoying it and he feels very well taken care of. They have been very attentive with any needs that I had concerning my dad's health.

It's smaller but the staff is so helpful. We have only been there 5 months and staff has changed but so far even with changes they are great and caring. I would suggest everyone to check it out and see if it's a good fit for them.

I needed a place for my dad . He needed care 24/7. They stepped up and provided me with a great place . Very kind staff . Energetic and enjoy the work . Dad is well cared for . The food is excellent .

They are reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful. They truly care about the people who live there. They are always planning some sort of party or craft event or something for the residence to take part in so that they don't sit in their room by themselves all the time. They have cookouts they have Mardi Gras parties. They just have all kinds of events for the residents. The rooms are super nice. They repaint after every resident leaves so that the new resident has a clean slate to start from and making the rain their own.

Seabrook Pointe has the feel of home, with a kind and caring staff! You can feel comforted to know your loved ones are being cared for and loved! I’ve researched in Baldwin County and Mobile and Seabrook Pointe is the top choice! I’m grateful for their sincerity and the culture to have my father thrive and be loved there!

The staff were extremely helpful in getting my mom to the facility when I was unable to do it myself due to living out of state. They really went out of their way and loved my mom for the time she was there. Exceptionally helpful and caring staff.

The director and more specially the admissions direct went above and beyond to answer all questions and guide us through the process. Being from our of state while trying to get my mom moved from rehab to assisted living would have been impossible with out them. They really made us feel like family.

What we like the most about Country Cottage is that they were affordable and helped our family in a tough time

Not just staff but residents are very friendly. This is an independent living community. They offering transportation to appointments, but my father didn't use them. [name removed] was wonderful! They offer a lunch service for a few, but my father did not use this service. They have several social events and the people were all friendly. A great option for the money.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Seabrook Pointe Senior Living! From the very first phone call, the team went above and beyond to guide us through the emotional and overwhelming process of moving our parents into senior living. They took the time to answer every question, calm every fear, and walk us step by step through the transition with patience and kindness. Most importantly, we felt — and continue to feel — that our parents are not just residents here, but valued members of a caring community. Thank you, Seabrook Pointe, for giving us peace of mind and giving our parents a beautiful new chapter. We are forever grateful!

[fee removed] only stayed a little over 4 months, then he passed. We had only one problem, and the administration let me see the tapes and it was an accident. The are right on top of things. I was always notified if there was a problem. They always answered my questions and always showed me the tapes of his falls. The staff treated him with respect and care

The aids try to feed the residents what they can eat and what they like. If the resident doesn't eat they sometimes give them a snack in between meals. The Sid's are very compassionate and caring. I'm not familiar with the night time aids. I need to be. Over all it's a pretty good place.

All 5. The residents are very loving and sweet to my mom. I feel like she has friends there, and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Country Cottage - Russellville to other families.

The staff was always friendly. They treat everyone like family. My mom loved them!!! I love them!!! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families!!! When my mother passed in January the staff got together and gave me a beautiful lamp. Every time I look at that lamp I don't just think of my mom, I also think of how wonderful everyone was to my mother. They truly made her happy. I am eternally grateful to the whole staff at country cottages!

In addition to being a beautiful place, the staff is awesome, so caring, kind and gentle, geniunely invested in providing the best for their charges. Mom is very happy and well attended. Thanks to Wendy and her team!

The staff at Country Cottage are professional and extremely helpful. My Dad enjoyed his meal times and he often commented that the food was really good and they served him plenty. He wasn't one to do activities but apparently they were able to get him to engage which really made me happy to know that they were able to get him out in group settings. It is a wonderful place for loved ones.
