My loved one attends PT and absolutely loves the staff. The food is not good. There is no documentation on how they assess level of care. The way they administer medication has been concerning at times. The support staff is very good. My loved one really likes the aides. I wish they had better communication with the family. I am sure if I was closer it would be easier. Maybe if the family would discuss how to communicate from the beginning it would be better. With having many siblings, it is hard for them. Maybe a progress report or update by email would help everyone to be informed.

[Name removed] is a wonderful advocate! She has made every promise to us come true! My dad thinks the world of her and so do we!

What we like the most about the Country Cottage - Corinth community is the friendliness staff who provides great care to the residents who are living there. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom has been living at the Cottages for nearly 9 years. She celebrated her 100th birthday on [date removed]. [name removed] and the crew orchestrated a fantastic party for family and friends. They keep activities going for the residences and include the families on social events, and of course Thanksgiving and Chritmas dinners. Mom has enjoyed her years there. She chose to live there because of friends who stayed there over the years. Thanks goes out [name removed] and all the others who have kept up with her health needs and daily care. We've always been appraised of whats going on. Mom has had a good life there and we're all thankful she chose it.

What sticks out most about Seabrooke Pointe is the friendliness, staff always available, protection of our loved ones (covid etc), activities were good, Food was GREAT! I cook a lot and the cook staff took pride in the meals! Last, identifying the need to be moved from independent to assisted! We chose them mainly due to the availability and of course the cost.

I would do it again for my loved one... it was a very refreshing experience for her. She liked the size of the apartment, as well as the size of the bath. She could come and go. And the common grounds and eating areas were nice.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff were friendly and answered all the questions the family had. They made sure that the family felt welcomed, as well. The community was clean when we would visit our loved one. Overall, this is a community that we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

My Dad spent his last 2 years living at Columbia Cottage in Florence,Al. When he first came to Columbia Cottage there was no activity director, so I would go once a week to play cards and eat watermelon with him and his friends. After The Cottage hired an activity director the residents always had a list of activities to choose from throughout the day from cooking ,arts and crafts, birthday parties, manicures,exercise sessions to field trips. The field trips included restaurant outings,train rides,park outings and fishing fun! My Dad never had a boring moment at Columbia Columbia thanks to the the facility realizing the importance of keeping their residents busy with fun activities with their friends!! Thank you,Columbia Cottage, for taking care of my Dad physically, emotionally and mentally!!!

The following areas are those that I’ve been most impressed with: 1. Lot’s of fun activities for different interests and ability levels. 2. Clean attractive facilities. 3. Well trained staff. 4. Exceptionally caring administrators and staff. My sister is a current resident, and our father was a resident before he passed away in 2014. So my experience with the Cottage has been long-term. I initially chose the Cottage for my dad several years ago due to their excellent reputation, which continued to hold true when my nieces began looking for a place for my sister (their mom).

I would tell others looking that the tenants are very friendly, the apartments are new, clean, and the overall physical features of the building are classy, and modern. I would recommend The Commons to others looking for Senior Living.

My loved one was there only a short time but it was very nice to him and we were very pleased. We picked this community, because my Aunt was there and was very pleased with the place. Her daughter recommended it.

That's easy. I would give a full 5 stars to each of the seven categories. We have been very happy so far. We would absolutely recommend Southern Magnolia Golden community to other families based on our experience. If we can just get the cable company there to connect the tv in her room...

We toured Columbia Cottage when looking for Assisted Living for our loved one and we loved it. However, the facility seriously needed some updating. Everything else was great.

My mother in law was a resident at Oak Grove Inn. Everyone at this facility was helpful and kind. They offer lots of options for meals. This facility felt very homey. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Plain View Assisted Living was very helpful with the transition of my loved one. The main reason we went with this facility over others that we had looked into was because during the tour, they gave us great information and really explained everything about the facility and what they offered well. I would recommend them to others.

The staff at Magnolia Place was outstanding! The compassion, friendliness, and level of care they provided my sister was out of this world! Simply incredible. Sadly, my sister passed away...Through all of that, too, the help and care the staff gave us was such a tremendous blessing. There are no words to adequately express how awesome the people are at Magnolia Place. [name removed] was the manager and she was just awesome. The facility itself was very nice ~ but the people working there make it somewhere the residents feel at home and where they are loved.

Living at Columbia Cottage has been a great experience for our mother. The staff there seem to treat the residents as people. It definitely has a family feel.

My dad has been a resident here for about six weeks. He is very happy here. Dad gets the assistance he needs daily. He enjoys the meals. His apartment is spacious enough for him. The staff has been very easy to work with and very easy to contact.

My dad, [name removed], has had a very good experience at Country Cottage in Decatur. The admission process was simple and pretty much seamless. The food is good. There are plenty of activities for the residents and they get just the right ratio of attention and privacy. If there is an issue, the staff is on top of it. I would recommend Country Cottage to anyone else in need of elderly care.
