Very friendly and nice community the staff is great very reliable and understanding to your needs. This place would get a 10 if there was a 10 because they are equipped with everything above and they go over and beyond to help everyone very nice we have nobody that's related there that works there so we are doing it honest honest answers for this place and we have a relative that is there so we are perfectly fine with this place.

Wish we found out about this place 2 years ago reasonably price for their housing and services has activity’s tv’s to kept them occupied food is good snacks ice cream popcorn etc when they like it, checking them every couple hours unless they sick or having problems then check on them quicker

The warmth and caring of the staff from the top manager on down was so evident. I also witnessed staff people working with clients on craft projects and everyone was laughing and totally enjoying their time together! It was so encouraging and heartwarming. I would also say that the cooks there do a wonderful job preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals. The staff are so caring and concerned about the clients living there. It is a good value for the services they provide daily.

What we like the most about Country Cottage is the staff! I always felt they were sincerely looking out for my mother's best interests. Yes, I would highly recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far! Also, your service gave us practical, efficient help in finding a place for her, and navigating the sensitive complicated process, which we greatly appreciate.

They were very nice and always helpful. The facility was always extremely clean.

It has been a great experience at Columbia Cottage! It's not really a small place but it has a small feel to it.

We have only been here a couple of weeks, this has been the most friendly facility we have looked at. The entire staff seem to be happy and friendly as well, answering questions that may or may not be their job. And if you have been to different facilities this is very important and not always the case, My Mom looks better and more alert than she has in several months and even appears to be getting stronger and her mobility is better.

My mom is receiving great care at Country Cottage. I feel at ease and appreciate the attention and kindness of the staff! I highly recommend Country Cottage to anybody looking for care for a loved one.

They go way above their duties. It takes special people to work day in and day out dealing with the memory care unit. [names removed] are excellent. Thank you for taking such good care of my aunt.

Very well -kept, beautiful outdoor / garden area. The Administrative Staff (management) are so wonderful! Very friendly, informative and communicative about your loved one. The room could be bigger (we selected a smaller one for various reasons) but we make it work and I encourage Mom to spend more time out of her room socializing, & taking advantage of the facility. I wish they did more activities , at least 1 or 2 per week, but when they do the group activities, they are wonderful. I just wish they would have everyone get together and do something ... Things like a balloon toss, or just something that gets them moving more, and bonding together at the same time. And entertaining the residents a little more bc I feel most are alone most of the time and would benefit from these types of inexpensive activities .

I would tell them that Country Cottage is the answer to our prayers. We know that our loved one is well taken care of. They treat everyone like family.

The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly and helpful and offer a wide variety of activities every day. The facility is always kept clean and has a very attractive decor throughout the interior of the building. In addition, we are offered three meals a day, weekly maid service and free transportation to doctor appointments.

The rooms are very nice and large enough to have furniture that feels familiar to the patient. The staff is great and the food is good. They have activities for them to do and church services for them. She still asks when she is going home but not like she did in the previous facility.

So far it has been very good. I do think it's quite expensive because he does a lot of things for himself.

Overall experience was great! [name removed] was great to work with and dad was so looking forward to getting involved with the activities and meeting the other residents. The common areas are well kept and tidy. The apartment was freshly updated with paint, carpet and flooring. Friendliness of staff - I dealt with only [name removed] and she was wonderful!!! No care as it is independent living. They offer lunch but dad didn't opt in to it. Activities were available and many seemed well attended. Dad was looking forward to getting involved but didn't before he died.

[name removed] was wonderful to work with. My dad resisted moving, but she was faithful to contact us whenever there was an opening. Dad decided he was ready and when he went to look at what was available, she encouraged him and told him about the amenities and social events. She answered all of his questions and she was/is wonderful to work with. It has been a wonderful experience.

It's a lovely community. The only downside for us is that there are too few residents in her particular building.
