Its a beautiful retirement community, the staff that I met were just genuine and welcoming, I could tell that's where they wanted to be. The culinary staff it's like home, from [name removed] to [name removed] just wow. The director, [name removed], was so accommodating that I can honestly say this is the place I want to be involved in.

Every time I walk through the doors of John Wesley, I feel like I'm at a close friend's house. It feels so welcoming, and not at all 'sterile' or business oriented, and in a very good way.. Residents are allowed to have their own gardens if they want, some have pets, and there is a dog park on site for them. So many creative activities for groups to participate in, but also areas to do their own hobbies. I've been in and out of John Wesley over the last 30 or so years, and I've never had a negative feeling while there. The employees are very courteous and friendly, as well as their administrator, who runs a tight, yet fair workplace ,and enjoys mingling with her staff and residents when possible. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!

My mother and I were invited to JWV for their Christmas Mart. Their campus is beautiful, and the staff and residents were so pleasant. We've been looking for a great retirement community for Mother and after our time there and tour she has her heart set on living her best life at John Wesley. I love that she'll be local and taken care of. Amy has made the application process so wonderful. Thanks JWV!

I recently visited a family member at John Wesley last week and was impressed with the facility, morale of the staff, and cleanliness. It made me feel very confident in the care that is being provided, and just wanted to extent a quick good job and good review.

John Wesley Villas sets the standard for both assisted living and independent living communities. The facility is well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and creates a warm, home-like environment. The staff is attentive, highly professional, and truly dedicated to the well-being of each resident. Programs, meals, and activities are carefully planned to ensure an engaging and fulfilling lifestyle. It’s rare to find a place that blends exceptional care with genuine hospitality, but John Wesley Villas accomplishes exactly that. This community is outstanding in every way.

Great atmosphere. The residents appeared happy. Staff was friendly and engaged with residents. The facility was clean with no odors. The food looked very appetizing. Administration was very knowledgeable. Offered a variety of activities for the residents. I felt very comfortable placing a loved one there. The nurses were concerned that he may have some issues that another facility had overlooked. He had to be placed in hospice and later died. I was glad that was admitted there and they properly diagnosed him.

The staff were warm, attentive, and truly caring. My family member was treated with respect and compassion. The facility was clean, comforting, and felt like home. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a trusting facility.

Enjoyed a luncheon with a close friend recently. The visit made me understand why she is happy living in this style facility. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of activities and the dinners are great.

Visiting John-Wesley Villas was a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted warmly, and I noticed the staff members were attentive and dedicated to creating a home-like environment for the residents. The facility is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and I was very impressed with all the social activities offered to the residents. Every resident I came in contact with appeared happy and well cared for. Overall, I felt confident this is a place I would consider for my loved one to receive compassionate care.

I will enjoyed my tour of John Wesley. The employees made me feel really welcomed when I first got there with my mom. they gave us water when we arrived and asked questions about my mom to make her feel special. We took a tour and it seemed like a very nice facility. the caregivers said hi to us and asked what my mom's name was. it felt very clean and orderly. not medical though, just really warm and welcoming. i would definitley consider moving my mom in.

John-Wesley Villas of Macon, Ga is a beautifully landscaped full service senior living community that is all heart. Very clean with great activities and excellent cuisine. I am always impressed with how helpful the staff is. It is family owned by the Rauls who have been working with senior since [name removed] Started one of the first long term care facilities off Hwy 11. The first 28 units were made out of clay [name removed] dug up in Lizella and hand made each block circa 1956. [name removed] and his sister[name removed] now own John-Wesley Vilas and are very proud to be part of the third generation and moving senior living forward. Anyone can have a nice building but unfortunately not everyone that owns a senior living community has heart.

The staff at John Wesley are kind and respectful to the residents. The facility is well cared for and comfortable. There are always fun activities or events to enjoy, and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy spending time with the residents there.

The property is clean & well maintained. The residents are happy & well cared for. They have tons of activities to keep them entertained. The outings that the residents go on are fantastic- they also help the local community by doing food drives & coat drives for the local food bank’s & community centers

John Wesley Villas A wonderful place to visit, live and have fun and a spectacular staff and management operating the facility. People who really care for the residents and their families. A staff and management who treat visitors with the warmest respect and reception as if they were family. Even the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. John-Wesley Villas has been such a blessing for our family. My mom is truly happy here, and that means everything to me. The staff is so kind and patient and treat her like family, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Every time I visit, the community feels warm, clean, and welcoming. Mom enjoys the meals, the activities, and the friendly staff. It really feels like she’s part of a community, not just living in a facility. As her daughter, knowing she’s safe, cared for, and comfortable makes all the difference.
