I toured John Wesly Villas this week to conside placement for my dad. [name removed] went OUT of her way to accomadate me with a late tour & never made way me feel rushed. She was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and was very helpful.

I will give you a 5 on ALL. Categories. I really do not have any negative comments. Preston Pointe is a nice place to downsize when the time is right and the person is ready to accept that they should Make the adjustment.

My Dad(95 years old) stayed at John Wesley while I took a family trip to Texas. He enjoyed the company, and the care for two weeks. The staff made the experience easy and coordinated his special food and meds. As his only caregiver I had a good vacation and didn’t worry about the care he was receiving!! The food was like homemade also……..

Our family is so grateful to find a lovely, caring place for our very particular Mom! She came for respite care and decided herself to never leave. She has made new friends, plays a mean game of Bingo and enjoys Chef [name removed] meals. Thank you JWV for being so good!

We've been EXTREMELY pleased with Preston Pointe. The community is beautiful, the food is great, the staff are well trained and very kind to residents.

My sister in law is very happy there. The facility is lovely and well kept, the people are friendly and the staff are capable. We are well satisfied with Preston Pointe.

Great location for what we were looking for. The renovation was done very well, apt looked brand new. Excited for the front lobby to be finished. Cleaning, a nurse and dining hours were key as well.

Preston Pointe community has been a great experience and would do it again. We could not be more pleased...Very resident focused and open to us as family members being actively involved...Nice upgrades in progress too... Thanks to A Place for Mom for everything!!

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The staff is experienced, supportive, professional, and helpful to the residents and the families. There are meals and activities to assist with the socialization of the residents with each other. Overall, this is an excellent community and we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I enjoy living here because of all of the activities and friends I've made. It's a wonderful place to live. The staff is wonderful, they help you with anything you need. They take great care of me. I couldn't ask for a better place.

It's been positive. I'm very satisfied. If I was at home I would be completely by myself, so I feel safe here. I enjoy living here.

I love it here. I like the people here. The residents and staff are all lovable and kind. You can't beat it. I've been at 4 other facilities, and this is the best. The staff is very helpful. I think it's the best place.

Of the many facilities that we saw, we found not only the staff but also the residents the most friendly at Preston Pointe. In an industry that often has less than favorable reviews, I can not say enough good things about this facility. We were very impressed with the length of employment of many of the staff members. This told us that they treat their people well and therefore the staff are happy and proud to work there. The facility was undergoing some updating while we were touring and the measures taken to keep the facility clean and residents safe were impressive. Food was a big issue for us and Preston Pointe had us for lunch the first day that we toured. We visited the facility several times and the consistency of categories #1 through #7 above were notable. As for the value for the money, Preston Pointe could not be beat. It was the lowest cost per month facility. No astronomical buy-ins, no spend down meals, great meal time flexibility. We are very happy with our choice.

The activities are awesome! There's always something to participate in. There's lots of variety of food. The renovations are lovely. And most of all, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The facility is beautiful. The staff loves all the residents. If you are looking for care, comfort, and compassion this is the place! They truly care. I am so blessed to have found this place. Blessed!

John Wesley Villas is a wonderful place for the retired to live. The staff are very attentive and caring. They have activities for every one, bingo, board games, musical programs and educational seminars. My friend loves the food! I would definitely recommend John Wesley to everyone that is looking for an Assisted Living community.

The staff respects me and my independence but is here to help me whenever I need it. They help me get dressed and shower and do a wonderful job and very careful. I feel very safe with their care. The food is always tasty and good variety. There’s always things going on if you like to be social and active. I love the friends I’ve made and the staff treats me like family. I love my home at the Villas.

The staff were just so welcoming and courteous every step of the way. The facilities were well kept and residents seemed to happy to be there. The landscaping was so pretty with tulips popping up everywhere. The menu items for all three meals sounded so delicious and fresh. What an amazing experience it was!

Top notch facilities. Wonderful residents. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The grounds are beautiful. Great food and helpful and friendly services. Many fun and enjoyable activities. I’ve seen many other facilities in the area and this is one of the best places to visit. If my mother decides to look into retirement living I will definitely recommend John Wesley Villas.
