Enjoyed a luncheon with a close friend recently. The visit made me understand why she is happy living in this style facility. The staff is friendly, there are plenty of activities and the dinners are great.

Visiting John-Wesley Villas was a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted warmly, and I noticed the staff members were attentive and dedicated to creating a home-like environment for the residents. The facility is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and I was very impressed with all the social activities offered to the residents. Every resident I came in contact with appeared happy and well cared for. Overall, I felt confident this is a place I would consider for my loved one to receive compassionate care.

I will enjoyed my tour of John Wesley. The employees made me feel really welcomed when I first got there with my mom. they gave us water when we arrived and asked questions about my mom to make her feel special. We took a tour and it seemed like a very nice facility. the caregivers said hi to us and asked what my mom's name was. it felt very clean and orderly. not medical though, just really warm and welcoming. i would definitley consider moving my mom in.

John-Wesley Villas of Macon, Ga is a beautifully landscaped full service senior living community that is all heart. Very clean with great activities and excellent cuisine. I am always impressed with how helpful the staff is. It is family owned by the Rauls who have been working with senior since [name removed] Started one of the first long term care facilities off Hwy 11. The first 28 units were made out of clay [name removed] dug up in Lizella and hand made each block circa 1956. [name removed] and his sister[name removed] now own John-Wesley Vilas and are very proud to be part of the third generation and moving senior living forward. Anyone can have a nice building but unfortunately not everyone that owns a senior living community has heart.

The staff at John Wesley are kind and respectful to the residents. The facility is well cared for and comfortable. There are always fun activities or events to enjoy, and the staff seem to genuinely enjoy spending time with the residents there.

The property is clean & well maintained. The residents are happy & well cared for. They have tons of activities to keep them entertained. The outings that the residents go on are fantastic- they also help the local community by doing food drives & coat drives for the local food bank’s & community centers

John Wesley Villas A wonderful place to visit, live and have fun and a spectacular staff and management operating the facility. People who really care for the residents and their families. A staff and management who treat visitors with the warmest respect and reception as if they were family. Even the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. John-Wesley Villas has been such a blessing for our family. My mom is truly happy here, and that means everything to me. The staff is so kind and patient and treat her like family, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Every time I visit, the community feels warm, clean, and welcoming. Mom enjoys the meals, the activities, and the friendly staff. It really feels like she’s part of a community, not just living in a facility. As her daughter, knowing she’s safe, cared for, and comfortable makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for John-Wesley Villas, and I highly recommend it to any family looking for a great place for their loved one.

I recently visited a family member here, and I was blown away by the care and kindness of the staff. The facilities themselves were lovely, and the scale of activities offered for residents was very impressive. It’s a difficult transition to see someone you love going from full independence to a more structured form of care. But it helps immensely to know they will be spending their days in beauty and comfort, never needing to fear boredom, and able to rely on good and generous people who will treat them with all the warmth and kindness they deserve.

I feel at peace with my loved ones staying here with this wonderful staff! So clean and well kept, I definitely recommend to anyone who would like their loved one in a safe cared for environment. Genuinely believe anyone who stays here gets treated like family!

Always a great experience coming to visit. Friendly staff and clean facilities. [name removed] had always been helpful and caring with residents. Have had several grandparents here over the years and it has always been a good experience.

I would say it's great for all the following: cleanliness, staff that cares, lots of activities, food and the special touch of formal dining as well as the residents are really nice and look out for each other. She is very happy living there, thanks!

The friendless of all the staff, how nice the area is, and the food is great! I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The transportation is very limiting (e.g., van service) to many limitations and scheduling is next to impossible. My mom has also mentioned that the food has declined in quality and the choices somewhat repetitive. Other than that, I have recommended Preston Pointe to all of my friends who are considering looking for care of this nature. Overall the support, facility, staff, and environment are awesome. I am very comfortable with having my Mom there and at peace knowing you all have things in order.

We toured a lot of places looking for the best fit for our brother. He can be difficult to get to know. John Wesley recognized right away that he needed a different approach and worked hard to win his trust and mare him harry. We so grateful.

Friendly and helpful staff and guests living here seem happy and friendly also. Meals are good. Activity director works hard to get people involved

Preston Point is an excellent facility, we have been here one year and find the staff and all employees to be top notch in every way. Amazing chef with creative and delicious meals, and all day dining. We would only think of leaving here if health issues required. We are so fortunate we chose Preston Pointe.

My mom has acclimated into her new home quickly with the help of the caring staff and her new neighbors. Everyone seems to enjoy living here and I contribute this to the staff that seems to be dedicated to making their lives comfortable and secure.
