I literally would give them 5 all the way. My mother is very happy, her apartment is very nice and she attends everything. All she keeps telling me is "the people are so nice here".

I attended a first-class Christmas celebration at Village on the Park in Plano, and it was a wonderful experience. The meal was absolutely amazing! lamb chops, baby carrots, and mashed potatoes served with a lime cherry sauce that was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the event. The community itself was very clean and well maintained, and most importantly, my family member truly enjoyed the celebration. It was a special and memorable experience for all of us, and we look forward to many more Christmases to come at Village on the Park.

My mom lived at Spring Creek Village for 7 months, prior to her passing from cancer. The staff loved my mom and our family, and we love the staff. The care workers, med techs, and dining room stuff considered my mom to be like their mom or grandma. When my mom was still physically able, she fully participated in bingo, Social Hour on Friday afternoon, special music times, crocheting group, Etc. The staff cared for her mom as if she was one of their family members. I highly recommend Spring Creek Village. The hospice social worker and nurse both told me that they would be referring clients in their own family just Spring Creek Village if the time came that they needed assistance.

My longtime friend lives at Village on the Park Plano. She has been living there for almost 8 years since they have been open. The new management team has really turned this place around and I have never seen my friend happier. This will be here forever home, and the staff is always so warm and friendly and greet me as soon as I was through the doors.

I recently toured this place and I was immediately impressed by how warm and inviting this community feels. The staff is wonderful and friendly, attentive and it feels like they truly care. The furniture is beautiful and thoughtfully arranged making it feel homey, comfortable and welcoming. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend to anyone.

What a great place to move my mom into! The community is clean, staff were always smiling during my tour. And the residents truly looked happy and full of good spirits. The dinner menu is impressive, offering variety and great quality. I also appreciated the wide range of activities. They really make a difference. Even the third party services provided are excellent. Overall, I am very pleased and grateful we chose this community.

Recently I visited Village on the Park Plano in looking for a place for my mother. My first impression of the community was thinking how nice and new it looked. It was very clean, smelt great and the staff was very friendly. The sales director was very knowledgeable and flexible with us.

The staff is very pleasant and the food is consistently good. They have a nice variety of activities. We are very pleased and would recommend this community to others.

Management communicates well and makes me feel confident that my loved one is safe and receiving the care they need. ALL the staff and administrators are very caring and attentive to the residents needs, it's obvious in their interactions that they truly like what they do and the people they serve. it's always clean, the food is good, the move in was easy - the rooms are very nice and have lots of space with storage. Activities, puzzles, work out room are available, beautiful outside courtyard with bird feeders and rocking chairs, family movie room and dining room are nice. Couldn't be more thankful that Mom is safe and well cared for at Village on the Park.

Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Very clean and all kinds of activities. The food is good. The apartments are nice and decent size.

I recently visited Village On The Park Plano looking for an assisted living community for a family member. This place was recommended to me by someone in my neighborhood. I was greeted with a warm smile, and I was surprised to see my name on a welcome sign in the lobby. This community Felt like home and had all the warm and fuzzy feelings of a hotel. The decor what’s upscale and I could definitely see my family member loving it here. Everyone had a smile and seem to love what they do.

My tour with Spring Creek Village was very informative. [name removed] took time to talk with me regarding my 89 year old, mother in law's situation. I asked lots of questions and he helped me with the answers. We are still in the decision making and evaluation process, but so far I am pleased.

So many good things... Because it's a smaller facility than others I visited, everyone seems to know my brother and his frequent visitors by name. Seems like there's always someone around to help or just interact with the residents. The staff are very kind and pleasant; encouraging not bossy. Do know that I am very happy with my choice. My brother is getting such good care. He's is participating in activities, walking better, making a few friends. He is taking more interest in his appearance, and dressing nicer. He enjoys his monthly visit to the facility salon for a haircut and grooming. He loves the food, and has gained back some weight. The in-house dental and podiatry care is excellent. The activities are geared towards different aspects of the residents' health - social, physical, mental, etc. The decor is lovely with pleasant colors, and nice furnishings, that doesn't look like someone's second hand stuff. An important factor for me is the location close to family and friends, and in a residential neighborhood, not along a noisy freeway. Nice for the group walks, and pleasant views from the balconies. Because it's a smaller facility, it's been easy for my brother to navigate to the dining room, arts & crafts room, salon, library, etc. So much more...

My mom has been living here three months and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. The staff is so engaged and focused on taking care of the residents and giving them the best quality of life. The amount of fun and activities is great. The food choices are plenty. We are so happy with our choice!

The staff is pleasant, pleasant, knowledgeable, returned our calls, professional demeanor, well spoken. We expect more activities when the apartments are more fully booked. The food is fantastic. The dining is a lovely atmosphere. The room is small, but adequate. Overall great - for the layout and the amenities. If I could add another category, it would be LOCATION. The Village at Morehead is extremely close to many medical facilities! The brand new Wake Forest hospital & medical center, Atrium Health's Main Center, Many professional medical offices nearby... Then, there's the close proximity to theatres, museums, stadiums, comedy clubs, many nearby parks, and restaurants galore! So I can give up a little room in the bedroom, although the closets are huge, to be surrounded by the many amenities I really enjoy. Not to mention the Village concierge driver service to many of these events & others, so we don't have to worry about driving/parking at night for certain group adventures. I really love this place!
