We are looking for rehab for our sister who was stricken with a stroke. So the occupational therapy and physical therapy capability of the facilities are critical to us. So far they have been impressive.

The community was beautiful, there are so many positive things. [name removed] was so nice and patient with our questions. We enjoyed our tour.

My parents are living in a two bedroom two bathroom unit, it works great to give them more space to live in but allows them to still live together and get help with daily living activities. The caregivers and staff are all extremely caring and have done a great job getting to know my parents needs. My Dad raves about the programming, live music and carnivals, and all kinds of fun stuff to do on site. They also enjoy the food, especially eating in the dining room with white table cloth and flowers, it makes dinnertime special. The concierge [name removed] is one of a kind, caring and helpful, she genuinely cares about all the residents.

We have only been here a short time, so we are still learning the ropes, but [name removed] who helped me from the beginning (she is sales and move in coordinator) was incredible. Really made my experience top notch. We like our apartment, and are still getting used to the staff, what they provide, and activities and food. They are VERY caring.

Everyone is very helpful & friendly, facility is extremely well maintained & [name removed] is very happy there - food is ok, typical institutional fare, room size is just right for him. They also have a good variety of activities!

I would rate each of these as 5 with the exception of quality of care. Unfortunately, Mom passed away before she could be admitted. In speaking with other families they should also be aware that there is $[removed]fee due at application that is non-refundable, even if their loved one passes away before moving in. The facility was clean and super nice. The sales representative and nursing director both met with us to ensure all our questions were answered.

Faculty are very nice and everyone we have spoken to has been helpful, kind, and courteous. Facility is very well kept and clean.

They've been absolutely top class - good people doing their best to truly serve the people who live in the community. We would recommend this community to other families

Best place I have toured ,lunch was great, rooms were nice and people very friendly a nice . Good place !

The facility is clean and quiet. The staff are very professional. I receive total care and the staff is available 24/7 when I push my call button. My wife and I share the apartment which is adequate. It includes a refrigerator and microwave but no cooking facilities. The facility provides transportation to doctors appointment at no cost. I also get regular PT and OT treatment.

Room is very good size. As family visit they remark that it seems more comfortable and homey. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dining room is really nice and food good. Yes we would recommend this community to others!

Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. The facility has been neat and clean every time I have visited. My parents love the variety of food choices and the quality. The apartment is spacious, and the floor plan is great. They have enough room for regular furniture and their scooter, wheelchair, and walker. You're not tripping over everything.

The director has been very helpful in facilitating my cousin's care. I would you recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

I really liked the facility and the person who took me around was very knowledgeable— she actually shared more than at other facilities. When I asked her about the demographics for the residents she said “ they come from all over and haves moved to Houston to be nearer their children!” (I realized I didn’t want a place that was mostly from one neighborhood like many of the others) A few items on their disclosure statement were concerning so I talked with them and got a better feel for the answers (for example they said they don’t accommodate special diets but they actually do)! I really liked that they had some apartments with balconies in assisted living (most did not) and I think this is going to make a big difference for my mom.

Our experience has been great partly because mom is easy going. Her apartment is more than adequate and quite large actually. I love that activities are offered most days because that is needed for brain enrichment. With memory slipping sometimes mom forgets she has other things to occupy her mind, solitaire on her phone, coloring books, puzzles (jigsaw). Some things need to be reminded. The food selection is well varied, however I personally would like to see less fried items. I also strongly wish fresh fruit was served at breakfast. Things like melons, peaches, etc. Like a cut up fruit salad. I feel too many meals come with rice and different starches like beans should be offered (black, pinto, red, etc.) And different varieties of potatoes. Or a pasta dish, but not mac and cheese. Dry cereal should also be available in a few varieties. Cleanliness of the building is great. I do not always feel moms apartment is cleaned well. But mostly it is great. Mom loves it there and that is all that really matters. I feel she is safe, watched over and known.

We are very happy there. The care is excellent. They are well staffed, trained caregivers, friendly positive staff and overall environment, residents look happy and well cared for, good communication, nice dining area, food looks very appealing.

Village on the Park in Rogers, AR is a wonderful center. It's clear the staff care about each resident and their individual needs. The private rooms are clean and spacious and the center offers a variety of activities for the residents.

My mom moved into Heartis memory care first week of [date removed]. So far we are very happy with the quality of care. The staff, nurses, and med techs are very sweet to her and attentive. My mom is doing much better with the structured routine and is settling in very well. She enjoys the activities and likes the food. Nurse Practitioner comes to the facility weekly and will see her if she needs to be seen for anything. This has relieved a lot of stress from myself and sister who mainly looked after her care. Her dementia has progressed since my father's passing, so we feel grateful that she is being looked after when we are not around.

Great environment and team. Pleasant personnel and very nice facility. Clinical team is very caring to the patients.

Very clean. Services offered to the residents. Caring staff. Very nice apartment living. Medical services from staff and contractors. Mom loved to sit outside under the porch in the large courtyard. Welcoming and safe for residents and visitors.
