My mom just moved into assisted living. I was very hesitant making the move but could not continue to do it alone. It’s only been 2 weeks and all I can say is wow!!! From the initial meeting with the Executive Director to seeing how the staff have embraced mom. She has made friends already and is becoming social again. She loves the food and the activities. She is having the time of her life!!! Best decision ever!

Caring, bubbly personalities, helpful. Facility is nice and clean. Well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Good communication.

Great environment, they welcome everybody that walks through the doors! Their residents are so happy and well cared for and the community is so clean and full of life, Its amazing and I love it. I have been to many senior living places and this one is by far the best i have experienced.

The Village on the Park Bentonville is beautiful, elegant building and grounds, reminiscent of a grand hotel. Caring, efficient staff. Wonderful entertainment and life-enriching programs.

What a difference a community makes. My mom was declining at the community she was at. They were letting her stay in her apartment all day. Less than a week at The Village if the heights she was eating in dining room , making friends and attending activities. Finally I’m at peace. Thank you. Forever grateful!!!

I was researching a community for my mom. Most places I called would not give me information and tried to push me to tour. The Village of the Heights let me know right away they were there to help be a resource and not trying to sell me. They answered all questions, provided information I never thought about and even offered to visit my mom. Highly recommend.

Village on the Park, Bentonville Memory Care: During her six month stay, our Mom received adequate care from the staff who usually were extremely attentive and had a positive attitude to care for her needs. They had a full time Activity Director just for the 18 memory care residents. They were much more consistent with providing varied and planned activities. Their communication was generally very good with the family. We also had hospice care and they followed the hospice plan. There was a nurse on the memory care wing during the day. At night, there was a nurse on site, so reachable, but stayed on the assisted living side. The food was good quality and included many fresh fruits instead of canned fruit only. As in any facility/community, there is always the need to be your loved one's advocate.

We have lived here 6 years. It is not like home, but there comes a time in our life when we have to make adjustments. The Village seemed to fit our needs better than any others which we saw. It is close to where we lived, close to our doctors, close to our church and fairly close to one of our children. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When we have maintenance problems, it is usually taken care of in a timely manner. The food is better at times than others, but with the Bistro menu we can always find something that we like. We have not lost any weight due to lack of food. We have met some very interesting residents, and they are all very friendly. Of course, when down-sizing and completely changing your lifestyle, it depends a lot on the attitude with which you enter this new life. Just make up your mind to like it and it will all work out. We are here to WELCOME you to “The Village”.

My mother-in-law moved to the Village on the Park Onion Creek in early [date removed]. She knew immediately she wanted to move in and that is so unlike her. When making big decisions, Mom normally has to think about things for quite a while. Because of the warm welcome she received and the abundant life, light and laughter found in this community, she decided right on the spot. All the residents are very friendly, making for a genuine family feel. The great folks who work here are very approachable. They are encouraging and sincerely care. It is a beautiful environment in which to live, with plants and flowers everywhere! There are plenty of daily activities and lots of live music, which mother loves. She likes to sing along! The food is also fantastic and served in a lovely large dining room. Mom‘s quality of life has increased exponentially since she has moved here. She has definitely become her environment and is thriving. We are so happy and blessed she chose this village!

The overall experience has been excellent! The common areas were top notch but apartments not as much. Housekeeping wasn't allowed to move anything so to me, how can you actually clean everything. Exceptional staff! Great nurses, aids and staff physician! Always cared about concerns and promptly implemented solutions! He liked the majority of the meals. Very active community. It was expensive but he was very well cared for in all areas.

I just want to say how pleased I am with Village on the Park McKinney. My mom has lived at this community for more than 2 1/2 years but it wasn’t always Village on the Park McKinney. With the previous owners we went through some ups and downs. We were bought by The Aspenwood Company in [date removed] and saw improvements immediately. Now we have an amazing care staff. I think a big part of the amazing care staff has to do with our Director Of Resident Care, [name removed] who supports them. Our Executive Director, [name removed], is always there for me and my mom AND she follows through until the issue is resolved. We have great maintenance, thanks to [name removed]. I feel sure that any maintenance issue will be addressed and resolved with [name removed]on our staff. Activities staff [name removed]and [name removed] are amazing with how they interact with the residents and all they do for them. The residents are treated like family and everyone has a warm smile and friendly greeting. I feel supported and cared for by the entire staff.

We relocated my 81 year old mother from Indiana to Village on the Park at Stonebridge Ranch 4 weeks ago. This is a modern and beautiful facility with a patient and caring staff. Director of Sales[name removed] went above and beyond helping me find the right place and assisted us every step of the way. Mom says the food is delicious and seems happy there. The assisted living apartments are well appointed and modern. [name removed] , the Executive Director has been very sweet and welcoming to my mom while [name removed] and the nursing staff are very thorough and on point. I’d recommend Village on Park SBR to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Truly the best decision my parents made 3 years ago! Both residents as well as staff have become FAMILY to us! Absolutely love Village on the Park at Onion Creek. I am so at peace knowing my mom and dad are in such an amazing community!

Five months ago, my parents made a major life decision to move from their long-time home to a senior community. I commenced a search that ended with the Village on the Park - Onion Creek in Austin, Texas. They couldn't be happier with their new home and that has given my sister and me a great peace of mind. They were immediately welcomed by the other residents and staff. They love their apartment, the dining experience, and the many programs. They are more active now than they have been in years. I have to check their activity schedule before planning to drop by and see them! All of us highly recommend Village on the Park - Onion Creek.
