So many good things... Because it's a smaller facility than others I visited, everyone seems to know my brother and his frequent visitors by name. Seems like there's always someone around to help or just interact with the residents. The staff are very kind and pleasant; encouraging not bossy. Do know that I am very happy with my choice. My brother is getting such good care. He's is participating in activities, walking better, making a few friends. He is taking more interest in his appearance, and dressing nicer. He enjoys his monthly visit to the facility salon for a haircut and grooming. He loves the food, and has gained back some weight. The in-house dental and podiatry care is excellent. The activities are geared towards different aspects of the residents' health - social, physical, mental, etc. The decor is lovely with pleasant colors, and nice furnishings, that doesn't look like someone's second hand stuff. An important factor for me is the location close to family and friends, and in a residential neighborhood, not along a noisy freeway. Nice for the group walks, and pleasant views from the balconies. Because it's a smaller facility, it's been easy for my brother to navigate to the dining room, arts & crafts room, salon, library, etc. So much more...

My mom has been living here three months and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. The staff is so engaged and focused on taking care of the residents and giving them the best quality of life. The amount of fun and activities is great. The food choices are plenty. We are so happy with our choice!

The staff is pleasant, pleasant, knowledgeable, returned our calls, professional demeanor, well spoken. We expect more activities when the apartments are more fully booked. The food is fantastic. The dining is a lovely atmosphere. The room is small, but adequate. Overall great - for the layout and the amenities. If I could add another category, it would be LOCATION. The Village at Morehead is extremely close to many medical facilities! The brand new Wake Forest hospital & medical center, Atrium Health's Main Center, Many professional medical offices nearby... Then, there's the close proximity to theatres, museums, stadiums, comedy clubs, many nearby parks, and restaurants galore! So I can give up a little room in the bedroom, although the closets are huge, to be surrounded by the many amenities I really enjoy. Not to mention the Village concierge driver service to many of these events & others, so we don't have to worry about driving/parking at night for certain group adventures. I really love this place!

When a loved one passes or we can no longer maintain a home, the best recourse is to find a place where we can have a useful quality of life. The choices of places are numerous, but we need a place that will keep us healthy and happy. The Village on the Park provides a myriad of activities and amenities to meet our needs. Some are: Bingo, Canaster, Bridge, Card games, Physical exercises, Rummikub, Community singing, Creative writing, Shuffle board, Life enrichment, Poker and Billiards. Services include: Transportation, Housekeeping, Maintenance repair, Television, Electricity, Home health, Private caregivers, Laundry room, Daily Newspapers, Parking, Pets, Trash pickup, Parking, Fitness center, Salon and Barber services. The physical layout of the facility includes: one floor level, an outdoor patio, Two access doors, one story level, a large community living room. Separate cottages. Each apartment, (1 or 2 carpeted bedrooms, living room, kitchen area, with appliance

Village on the park has an incredible staff professionals who care deeply about the residents and their well being. The chef prepared meals are high-quality and delicious. The staff works hard to build community among the residents through daily activities. I can tell that the residents are happy and well cared for when I visit. I highly recommend Village on the Park Bentonville.

We've been pleased. It seems pricey but my Mother luckily has the funds to pay for her 4-room apartment. It has large rooms and we were able to make it feel more like home by bringing in several of Mom's pieces of furniture and wall hangings.

My mother has been a resident at Heartis Memory Care for 3 months now. It has been a godsend. We have found that the care staff are all friendly, well meaning, helpful, and mindful of both the unique vulnerabilities of memory care patients as well as the sometimes-needed firmness to keep them out of trouble. I toured 5 facilities in the Mid-Cities area before settling on Heartis. Other facilities failed the test on a few filters: overpowering smell of urine and human excrement, as well as the faces of both staff and residents. In many cases, both staff and residents looked like they were in prison. This was not the case at Heartis. The facility was clean as a whistle, most patients and staff seemed happy. During my tour, I was able to talk to some residents, and not just in a pre-arranged meet. In other facilities, I was kept far away from residents. She is now healthier and happier than she has been in a long time.

Yes! We fondly refer to The Village on the Park Onion Creek as The Onion! From the first interaction with the Director of Sales I knew this place would be different from all the rest we had visited in Austin. He was warm, caring and genuinely concerned with our mom finding the right place to call home and the right environment for her to thrive. He went over and above the call to help us get her transitioned over in a short period of time and we could not be more grateful. Upon our arrival for a tour, I heard laughter from the activity room and saw, first hand, how kind and welcoming everyone there was, staff and community alike. The common areas are bright, cheerful and clean. The grounds are well manicured and gated. Mom has a nice, clean apartment with activities to fill her days. The staff is incredible, always friendly and always helpful. The onsite PT/OT therapists are top notch, professional and caring! The Onion truly is the total package!

I relocated to Village on the Park approximately six years ago and was initially apprehensive. For six weeks, I was hesitant to leave my apartment. However, after deciding to socialize, I received a warm welcome from the community. Presently, I find it challenging to resist the numerous activities, socialization opportunities, and three chef-prepared meals daily. The community offers weekly apartment cleaning and maintains a pet-friendly environment. I appreciate having a patio to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Additionally, my dog has become a beloved community member. In hindsight, I wish I had made the decision to move here sooner, but I am grateful to be here now. I highly recommend Village On The Park Onion Creek.

My 91 year old mother has moderate dementia and has been in assisted living at Village on the Park @ Onion Creek for over 3 years and we have been very pleased with this community. From our experience the employees from management, marketing, nurses, front office, maintenance to food service are skilled, friendly, helpful and caring. Her room and laundry are cleaned weekly, and the staff remind her about activities and mealtimes. The onsite hairdresser is convenient and does a great job on my mom's hair! She enjoys Bingo, doing chair exercises and attending musical entertainment. The community is very clean, and they keep on top of maintenance. Mother especially enjoys using the wide and long hallways with handrails to walk in comfort throughout the year. There are lots of windows in the community where the flowering landscape is beautiful for her to see. VOTP has provided a safe, friendly, enjoyable and caring place for her to live at this point in her life’s journey.

Our mom has been at Village on the Park at Onion Creek since the beginning of July 2025, and our experience from Day 1 was been beyond amazing! First, there is the Admissions Director who is delightful! With decades of experience working in the industry, the enthusiasm of a Rush Captain and his genuine love for people, he represents all that makes VotP-OC top notch! He worked with me long distance to help get our mom moved into her beautiful, spacious apartment within days! He coordinated her seamless move-in with the fabulous independent contractor whose staff provides our mom with tender loving care daily. And he continues to answer questions for us promptly every.single.time we have them. The Director of Village is present and readily available, interacting with residents daily. He ensures that the best folks are around to interact, entertain and care for his residents. The facility is one story, very clean and welcoming. We are so incredibly happy to have found this place!

Indeed, I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at the Village, where everyone is exceedingly friendly, particularly [name removed] There is a wide range of activities to engage in, including games, delicious food, and music. We have a diverse array of wonderful entertainment options.

It’s better than I expected. There are numerous activities available here. The food is really good, though not perfect. Excellent is indeed the word. I appreciate the line dancing, the plants, the clubs, and the activities , which foster a sense of community. I also appreciate the positive attitude exhibited by both staff and residents.

I can’t say enough good things about [name removed] from the sales team! [name removed], the director, is also amazing. Mom and I were in a very challenging place in her life and they were such a comfort to us! What a wonderful community. If you need to make a transition this is your place!

Staff are all top notch as are the facilities. Food is rather bland as you would expect, but food service is slow. I have already recommended Village on the Park, Plano to several of our close church friends. This is such a friendly residence and I know they will feel at home just as we have.

INDEPENDENT LIVING RESIDENT I profoundly thankful to be living in this vibrant community at this stage of my life, where I have discovered a renewed sense of purpose. As I approach my 90th birthday, I am thrilled to have triumphed over significant health issues that were initially deemed insurmountable, a testament to my resilience. Having lived here for nearly a year, I have made tremendous strides in both my physical health and mental acuity, and I am eager to continue growing. I attribute this remarkable progress to the outstanding care provided by the highly skilled and compassionate staff, ranging from the front desk to the dining room and the expert cleaning crew. Furthermore, the residents are a constant source of inspiration. They each, in their own way, teach me something new every single day.

We toured Heartis assisted living in Bedford with [name removed]. She was welcoming, friendly, mom felt right at home. [name removed] continues to keep us posted for a ground floor apartment, in the meantime, we've have enjoyed delicious meals, and additional tours of the beautiful facility while we await placement. The staff at Heartis had smiles and kind words for mom on our visits, this is a wonderful facility.

First three weeks have been great! Everyone on the staff seems to be professional and very caring. The residents are very friendly and helpful. No disappointments at this point. The food and service are really good. Wish we had made decision to move here sooner.

We have been very pleased with Spring Creek Village, where my sister-in-law is now living in the assisted living/memory care section. The entire staff has been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are easy to furnish, and just the right size for her needs. We like the common areas she has access to in her wheelchair, and the variety of activities.

The staff is kind and responsive. They are very nice and knowledgeable about the residents.
