We recently toured many communities in search of the right place for our dad. From the minute we walked in the door at Village on the Park, we knew we had found the one. Everyone is extremely caring and it's obvious that they enjoy working here. It's a lovely place to live with warm staff who make the building great!

I had no idea where to start when beginning the search for my parents. I was pleased to learn that VOP McKinney had larger apartments (2 bedroom) as my parents had to downsize from their home. The apartment is still tight but it’s about the largest you’ll find in assisted living. Plus everything else is going well and they are never in their apartment anyway!

What a lovely community and such an awesome team of people. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision! Everything has been so smooth and everyone so kind. I had no idea the process could be this easy and smooth.

They were super accommodating and helpful in every way. The facility was very nice and well taken care of. The staff made sure my mom was looked after and was included in activities. They were great about updating me on my mom's care and over all well being.

Spring Creek Village offers the best in assisted living. It’s clean, nicely decorated, happy and fun! The food offerings are plentiful and good. Most importantly the staff genuinely cares for the well-being of each resident. They are warm, friendly, happy, honest, extremely attentive with a strong work ethic, professional and respectful. [name removed] has a caring heart and a beautiful smile that brightens each day. We are so thankful for her! [name removed] and all the other staff members go out of their way to welcome and integrate new residents. They strive to keep everyone healthy, happy and safe. There are fun activities to enjoy every day. Spring Creek Village is a wonderful place to call home. It is well managed with high quality, professional staff that nurture and care for residents like they are family.

We are so pleased with SCV as the new home for our dad. Beautiful apartments, many great activities and just great care from wonderful staff! Shoutout to [name removed] and [name removed]! You guys care for dad like he is your own grandfather. Dad is happy too.

I would give them a 10!!! I will say that my sister and our family are extremely pleased with the [name removed], all of their staff, the meals. the maintenance and the beautiful building and amenities! They care greatly about all of their residents!

They have a great event Happy Hour on Friday that they provide entertainment snacks and beverages for the Residents.Good to see them all singing and some even dancing to there favorite songs. Some past Family members even still drop by.

We moved my Mom from another AL facility due to neglect. My daughter and I toured on Wednesday, brought my Mom for a tour Thursday and moved my Mom in on Friday. She loves the many social activities! The entire staff has been beyond helpful! The residents are friendly and my Mom has made many friends. My Mom truly feels like she is home. I would give SCV 10 stars if possible.

I feel blessed to have found The Village of the Heights. We were welcomed from the second we walked in the door. I was going to relocate to the Houston area but had to figure out how I was going to get my husband there who was in rehab out of state. I felt right at home and they helped me every step of the way. From helping me get prices on transportation to getting all the paperwork that was needed from out of state. I can feel at peace knowing he is being taken care of while I get our house ready to sell. Thank you for all you do!

The team at Village on the Park McKinney is awesome. They are experts in the industry and they are so resourceful and helpful. We really appreciate all of the things that they have done to help our family through this process and as we worked through this maze of long term care options.

Village on the Park McKinney is an excellent community. They offer both assisted living and memory care services. They recently updated the building and gave the entire community a completely refreshed look. What a great community!

The facilities were beautiful and most importantly, [name removed] was able to answer our questions and help us talk through the information. Her knowledge, understanding and compassion made all the difference in helping us feel at ease with our decision.

I have had a very smooth and surprisingly easy transition for my loved one coming into the community. The team helped to make things happen with ease and the communication has been stellar. I have been more pleased than I imagined would be possible and I’m happy with the decision to choose Village on the Park as the community for my loved one.

I am eternally thankful for dining this community. My aunt resides in the memory care area and I am so pleased with everything since having loved her in last spring. I am so grateful and thankful to all at this community for providing such special and loving care for my aunt.

Great floor plans - haven’t seen two bedroom two bath available in assisted living before. Also, some apartments have direct access to the beautiful courtyard. The courtyard has a putting green and lovely fountain and covered areas to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Haven’t seen this type of amenity at anyother places either.

Awe are starting our fourth month into this journey and I have to say we are pretty pleased with most things so far. It has been a fairly smooth process. It has gone much better than expected. I think this is a tribute to the leadership and the staff. This team has been great to work with. I give them an A++++++!

I give Village on the Park FIVE STARS!!! I love the recently done remodel and building refresh that was done. The place is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and on top of things. If you have a concern, they actually listen and do something to make a change.
