What we like the most about Village on the Park Denton is the caring and knowledgeable staff, lovely atmosphere, and good location. I highly recommend.

I am [name removed] when I signed up for this great place the Dolliver of Tanglewood when I came this place gave me the upmost respect you would love this place. The people are great. The staff are great the front desk, clerk, housekeeper, maintenance. I recommend this place to everyone I have the best apartment me and my fiancé we came here and we loved it so I said to you if you looking for a place or retirement Home or independent living do not look nowhere you must come here first when you come to the doors you are truly gonna find that one I’m saying is nothing but the God knows truth and you be glad that you picked this place for your home. I do know I do you wanna contact me? I am the resident you can I can let you know firsthand about this place [removed] that’s real I’ll give them five stars because any other place I have been I didn’t get no service better than that. From the second I walked in it felt like home and I could tell my mom would be truly happy. The receptionist greeted me by name with a smile and offered me refreshments. The Executive Director greeted me and sat down to get to know my mom as a person not what she needed help with. I was so impressed as the chef came in and served coffee and homemade lemon bundt cakes which were delicious by the way. Food is really important to mom, and they have a wonderful selection daily. I was please to know they have two nurses at the community and long tenured staff in care, reception and dining. My mom was recovering from an injury and knowing that they have therapy onsite was a relief. Mom is so happy I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. I would highly recommend.

Mom was here for 7 months until she passed away. I felt she received very good care; the facility is kept clean; the meals were very good. Her caregivers treated her with dignity and respect throughout her steady decline. She and I became very close to several of the caregivers and activity managers.

My mom is currently a resident at Heartis Mid Cities Independent Living and overall the experience has been good. The cost is high, but it is within range of nice places with lots of monitored care in the area. The chef there is very nice and happy to serve these residents. I would recommend Heartis Mid Cities Independent Living to others.

Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Food quality is poor. They probably need to hire a new chef and have a different menu.

I have loved the staff, the facility does a lot of family events plus entertainment for patients. The housekeeping is always great! Any problems, they are there quickly. The move in process great! I would definitely recommend this place and the experience has been great! I really love the staff!

The food is very good but the wait time has become an issue as they have less dining staff than in the past. Would be nice if they offered more outings to the arts. Also working on building maintenance is an issue. Beautiful building and typical upkeep but when something needs repair to the building g it's taking a long time such as exterior painting and fixing the garage elevator.

My dad really likes it there. Lots of things to do. He liked it the most out off all the places he looked. Had a strong independent living component that was supported by care and other assisted living care.

Mom, a native Houstonian, has lived comfortably at The Villages at Tanglewood for a year now. The casual and friendly atmosphere matches how she lived in her prior home of 20 years making the transition to independent living easier. The staff are accommodating and kind. She is still mentally and physically active and what the Villages at Tanglewood do not provide, the YMCA across the street does. When my husband and I visit from Austin, we actually stay on site in one of the apartments reserved for family guests. The food is so good, we happily eat in the restaurant where the wait staff are attentive and friendly. This is a safe and happy place for Mom.

It's a very comfortable facility, and the staff are all terrific. They are bringing in a new Activities manager, so that score will improve. I would recommend Harborchase of Mckinney!

After looking at 12 places, Harbor Chase stood out as the best choice. We referred to it as the Disneyland of assisted living. Activities are fantastic and care is top notch. We leave our family member and feel he is safe and loved.

I placed mom in the memory care unit at Village on the Park in about 2021. It was the best experience for her. She probably spent some of her best years here. The staff fell in love with her and visa versa. I didn't have to worry about her at all, the nurses had my cell and kept me updated. She was also a block away so I saw her several times a month. But that's because I wanted too see her, not because I was concerned about her... at all. She was SO happy. I am an RN, so I would know if she isn't being treated properly. The facility provided daily activities for her, painting, movies in their theater, games... She was treated exactly the way that you would want your family member to treated. My daughter is a licensed social worker who says that VOTP is the best facility in the state of Arkansas. I fully believe that after my mothers stay there for the last 3 years. I have nothing but the best things to say about the entire facility. We never had a bad experience.

To me it is important that I know my sister is in a place where she is well taken care of and treated with respect and kindness. I have definitely found that at Anthology. They have a very caring and qualified executive staff and the caretakers and support staff are kind, efficient and caring The Director of Sales is a caring and a well qualified professional and is very knowledgeable. He was a great help in answering all my questions and concerns and is still is engaged in being sure my sister has a good experience. My sister had a medical emergency and the Director of Nursing saw to it that I took her to the emergence room and assured me that they would take care of my sister’s dog and took a big worry off my kind. My sister had to be in the hospital for three days and the staff took care of her dog the whole time - feeding and waking her dog- so I could stay with my sister and not have to worry about stopping by to check on her dog. They have given me the gift of peace of mind!

Mom and Dad are happy at Spring Creek Village and that's the main thing. I feel they are safe there and well attended to. Online availability to menus and activity calendar and billing is much less than either I was lead to believe or perhaps I just assumed. Either way, it's been easy to connect with the right staff member as my needs arise. One silly thing - the cable TV which is included with the rent is not good at all - lots of channels coming thru in standard definition and not a great picture. Anyway, I'm happy with our choice for them to be at Spring Creek Village.

I’m helping my neighbors find an assisted living, staff & residents were very welcoming despite we did not have an appointment. Very clean, food looked great, the staff was friendly. Will definitely recommend this place.

It's wonderful. I would recommend it, definitely. It's also a beautiful facility. The food is so good. That alone makes it worth it! We picked this community because of the location, price, amenities and floor plan of apartment. And the food is wonderful.

Very nice place, attentive to residents and families. Activities and therapies available on site. I would recommend, but families should stay involved with their loved ones!

Anthology is everything I have wanted in senior living. The carefully designed units give a far more spacious look than the square footage indicates; the quality of the units are exceptional - beautiful contemporary lighting, flooring, kitchen (with a wine cooler) are gorgeous. The investment in the common spaces are evident. The freedom to choose from a variety of activities are great. I love the food and feel I am eating is a 5 star restaurant. All of this coupled With excellent management makes Anthology the best senior living in Houston.. A rating of 5 is the only acceptable rating.
