Loved the staff and everything about Heritage Springs. Everyone was kind and helpful. The rooms were good size and my Dad loved eating in the beautiful dining room downstairs when he felt well. When he was ill he would get all of his meals served to him. Heritage Springs was one of several places we looked at. It was the nicest and also the most affordable. They also have a nice Memory Care facility attached to the Assisted Living building. My Dad ended up in Memory Care on Hospice. Hospice took great care of him too. I strongly recommend Heritage Springs to any family looking for a nice, clean, and caring facility with spacious room and the kindest staff!

Staff: very supportive of my parents needs, helping make their move so positive in every way. Activities: my parents really enjoy the social gatherings at The Willows. Dining: for the most part, my parents enjoy the convenience of the dining experience and the food is very good. Cleanliness: the facility is well maintained, recent renovations are improving the overall atmosphere by increasing lights through new rugs, furniture, and painting. Apartment: the room is beautiful, overlooking the courtyard, and near the elevator for easy access to parking and shortcuts to the dining hall. Overall, my parents are adjusting to this new life with the help of everyone at The Willows. My life is better knowing I no longer need to worry about a lack of social gatherings and activities to keep their minds and bodies healthy.

I am very pleased with Regency Grand overall; it has been a great fit for my dad's needs. I truly appreciate the 24/7 care and monitoring, which provides peace of mind. The community itself is beautiful and feels like a high-end resort hotel and spa, with many excellent amenities available to residents. The buildings and grounds are kept in outstanding condition-well manicured, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. Weekly suite cleaning is a wonderful benefit and greatly appreciated. There is always something happening in terms of activities, giving residents plenty of opportunities to participate and stay engaged. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

5 on all. Very capable staff, environment is always pleasant, everyone is helpful, the food is well prepared. The river views are wonderful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

At this point I would rate all those categories as a 5. We have no complaints at all and my brother told me he really likes it there. The staff is very friendly and has been very responsive to any requests. Yes. I would most certainly recommend it at this point - ( bearing in mind that he has only been there one month).

I found a very nice two bedroom apartment with private fenced in patio (for my kitty!) right at base of Pilot Butte ; met some of the wonderful staff who made me feel at home. Great amenities. I look forward to the move.

I would give them a 5 in all 8 of the categories. [name removed]was wonderful to sped the process up and we were able to get [name removed] admitted in a couple of days. They have just opened a new area. I think you were the one that helped me and thank you for your help.

I toured Royalton last Saturday with [removed name] leading the tour. Everything about Royalton was great, very nice atmosphere and homey. Unfortunately they are strictly private pay without an option to transition to Medicaid. Otherwise I would have chosen Royalton for my brother

[name removed] was very nice and explained to my father what was the goal of the tour (not to get him to sign up). She explained the mission, and what the goal would be for my father. [name removed] then took us on a tour, then we had a nice lunch, and then talked figures. All in all it was a lovely experience and my father now has some thinking to do. Thank you A Place for Mom in helping us find good places to investigate.

My mom and I toured and ended up signing on for her to live at Magnolia Grand. The building is nicely remodeled and the staff are so kind, and have put a lot of thoughtfulness into creating a community for the residents.

I have spoken to Greg and Amber about my best friend. He’s not ready for cascade but they were super attentive and allowed me to vent with them about the challenges I have had with family. The family wants a diagnosis. He has been in hospital for over two months. He was confused and slowly mobile before going into hospital and now he is losing all his physical capabilities. In have voiced my opinion about getting him into SNC or Rehab to non avail.

A very friendly [name removed](Community Relations Director) toured me around. The facility was clean and well appointed. It seemed homey. Apartments were a reasonable moderate size. There are nice outdoor areas for residents. Pilot Butte is very close for those who wish to go further afield.

[name removed] was terrific! And very informative. My son and daughter in law liked Heritage Springs a lot, not just hoping [name removed] can be accepted into the facility. Our son is handling all of this now, so I will not be a contact person going forward.

My 92-year-old mother was recently evacuated to Mountain Glen due to flooding. They were extremely helpful, very calm, efficient, cheerful and went out of their way to ensure the residents were taken care of as best they could under the circumstances. Hats off to Mountain Glen! Immense gratitude to you all, especially working double shifts plus.

My 92-year-old mother had to be evacuated to [removed name](a "sister facility") last week due to flooding. Staff at both places were exceptional. They were extremely helpful, very calm, efficient, cheerful and went out of their way to assure the residents were taken care of as best they could under the circumstances. We have always been impressed with the friendly and responsive staff and administration. Can't recommend them enough.

My wife and I recently visited Royalton Place in Milwaukie. We pulled in to the parking lot and our tour guide had a parking spot reserved for us with my name on a balloon. We entered the Royalton foyae and were warmly greeted by the staff. Our tour guide was [name removed] and she sat down with us and listened very intently about why I was visiting. My wife and I were there on my Mothers behalf and explained that there might be some special needs for my mother in another 6 monts to a year. She said that would not be a problem and that the Royalton not only had availability but had various budget options for a wide variety of services and care. We walked away feeling relieved and excited for my mom. I especially liked that the tennants had a say in their activities and menu options. We will definitely keep the Royalton at the top of our list.

The Cottage is a perfect place/fit for my father. The staff are excellent and the food, my father, absolutely loves. Yes I would recommend The Cottage

5s across all categories! Wonderful place. Delightful and helpful Ladies at the front desk. My husband reports staff, nurses, kitchen/dining room staff, helpers, fix it guys are all nice. Always take a minute to talk to him. And, I am so appreciative of their kindness and care. Beautiful facility. Good food. Lots to do if you if you are willing to step up and join.

The staff at The Cottage are very friendly and welcoming. My dad enjoyed his respite stay there and will be moving in permanently this week. I would recommend, it's a very well laid out facility, clean, bright and a warm atmosphere from the moment you enter the front door.

It was a wonderful and lovely Tour. The Waterford Grand is at a very scenic location. The rooms with a view are quite the selling point. The guide was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience.
