I would rate Regency Grand a 5. My mom is getting excellent care. The facility is clean and decorated nicely. A lot of activities available. My mom is in memory care. The caregivers have been very nice to her.

My mother's last few days were spent among family and the caring staff of Regency Grand. From the first tour [name removed] made my mother feel welcome and the family assured of support; her last act of kindness was reassuring my mom that we had not moved her away from the wonderful place we found for her. [name removed] and [name removed] , along with the wellness staff showered my mother with compassion, care, gentleness, and love. The med staff provided whatever my mother needed to ease the pain of her transition around the clock. [name removed] has developed a culture of care, above and beyond my wildest expectations; inculcating her entire staff with the unwavering and genuine desire to care for their residents as if they were their own family. Moving my mother to Regency for the last days of her life as she was devastated by cancer was the best decision I made. No accommodation was withheld, no compassion restrained, and every kindness extended with heartfelt joy. There is no place like this.

I would say a 5 on everything. They have been wonderful. Very experienced, welcoming, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything and give us a tour.

Very kind, friendly staff. the residents are happy and have a period of activities to do. The dining room is especially great as it is managed restaurant style. Helps them feel that they are out to eat instead of in the building. Beautiful rooms, very attentive staff.

I think I would give each a 5. We are really liking Mountain Glen. My only suggestion for them (and I need to just talk to them about it but haven't) is I would like a monthly report on mom from their point of view.

I am very pleased with the quality of care my mom has received at Deerfield Village. One thing that really stands out is the staff, they are dedicated and compassionate. Because it's a smaller facility there's a real sense of community. Everyone pitches into help regardless of their specific job. When my mom first arrived, she needed extra attention as she was recovering from recent fall and had just come out of rehab. She also faced the medical complications that required her to return to the hospital for further treatment. Throughout these challenges, the staff show genuine concern for her well-being and made sure she received all the support and care she needed. Now that my mom is back at the facility, she continues to receive attentive care. She is settling in nicely and truly feels like this place is becoming her new home. I'm grateful how everyone has supported both my mom and our family during this transition.

I can only speak to how we were treated through the signing on process, which was excellent. [name removed], the woman that will be moving in, does not move in until Monday. They have been very helpful and kind up until now.

The food is good and the caregivers are outstanding. The facilities are good but some items need repair.

Everyone that we have interacted with has been very nice and helpful. They have added several activities that my Mom particularly enjoys like a painting class and crocheting class as well as some exercise classes. The meals are not consistent and mostly midline. Unfortunately cooks seem to change often. They keep the place reasonably clean but I've noticed the carpets could use a through deep cleaning. Overall a good place.

They are very accommodating of my father's needs. Yes, we would recommend Sierra del Sol to other families based on the experience so far.

All the staff are lovely, very helpful, very kind. They go above and beyond to help their residents and look out for their safety. Apartment sizes are great. They didn't have the smallest studio available, so they gave my grandma the next size up at the lower rate.

My dad and our family are adjusting quite nicely and we are all very pleased with everyone at Heritage Springs. The staff is like family...the entire staff...kind courteous and professional... I enjoy everyone at Heritage Springs and they have made my dad's transition a positive one

5 on each category! The place is great! The help is very good and attentive with there patients. Meals are great. The patients have a right to say no.

The Regency on Grand seems like a good fit. This is the fourth memory-care residence that we have used for my husband. This is the best. The care is top-notch. The staff is what makes all the difference. Some of the care-givers have been working at the Regency for more than fifteen years. That is a big clue as to the quality of service at the Regency. The moment we entered, toured, and observed the memory-care and the entire grounds, we knew, "this must be the place". My husband has been safely, and dearly, cared for, more than one year. Attitude of the staff has a lot of weight to my opinion. I cannot imagine moving him for any reason. The professionalism at the Regency is superb. Staff-retention is a major clue. This IS the place for so many reasons.

My mother in law is in The Lodge which is their memory care facility. The last year the facility had difficulties finding long term directors. They now have a director and assistant director, as well as other new staff. They have been making changes which we feel has proved the facility.

It is friendly, people living in the facility seem happy and content. Staff goes out of it way to make sure issues are handled in a timely manner. The atrium is really special. They have walk out apartments, great for dog owners, upper units with balcony that look down on the lush landscaping. They also have units with outside entrances. Probably the only weakness is the food. Good but could be better. The dining area is light and bright. Friendly servers. Morning and afternoon they offer coffee and goodies on the 3rd floor. Mom enjoys the environment at this retirement facility better than where she was before
