Everyone that we have interacted with has been very nice and helpful. They have added several activities that my Mom particularly enjoys like a painting class and crocheting class as well as some exercise classes. The meals are not consistent and mostly midline. Unfortunately cooks seem to change often. They keep the place reasonably clean but I've noticed the carpets could use a through deep cleaning. Overall a good place.

They are very accommodating of my father's needs. Yes, we would recommend Sierra del Sol to other families based on the experience so far.

All the staff are lovely, very helpful, very kind. They go above and beyond to help their residents and look out for their safety. Apartment sizes are great. They didn't have the smallest studio available, so they gave my grandma the next size up at the lower rate.

My dad and our family are adjusting quite nicely and we are all very pleased with everyone at Heritage Springs. The staff is like family...the entire staff...kind courteous and professional... I enjoy everyone at Heritage Springs and they have made my dad's transition a positive one

5 on each category! The place is great! The help is very good and attentive with there patients. Meals are great. The patients have a right to say no.

The Regency on Grand seems like a good fit. This is the fourth memory-care residence that we have used for my husband. This is the best. The care is top-notch. The staff is what makes all the difference. Some of the care-givers have been working at the Regency for more than fifteen years. That is a big clue as to the quality of service at the Regency. The moment we entered, toured, and observed the memory-care and the entire grounds, we knew, "this must be the place". My husband has been safely, and dearly, cared for, more than one year. Attitude of the staff has a lot of weight to my opinion. I cannot imagine moving him for any reason. The professionalism at the Regency is superb. Staff-retention is a major clue. This IS the place for so many reasons.

My mother in law is in The Lodge which is their memory care facility. The last year the facility had difficulties finding long term directors. They now have a director and assistant director, as well as other new staff. They have been making changes which we feel has proved the facility.

It is friendly, people living in the facility seem happy and content. Staff goes out of it way to make sure issues are handled in a timely manner. The atrium is really special. They have walk out apartments, great for dog owners, upper units with balcony that look down on the lush landscaping. They also have units with outside entrances. Probably the only weakness is the food. Good but could be better. The dining area is light and bright. Friendly servers. Morning and afternoon they offer coffee and goodies on the 3rd floor. Mom enjoys the environment at this retirement facility better than where she was before

We initially worked with [name removed] and she was very understanding, supportive and provided lots of education on the process. She normalized it was indeed a process and it. Would take time. We never felt pressured . She normalized my mother in laws reactions and said they were normal. In terms of the facility, it is bright and very clean. You can see the upkeep of the facility. When you walk around, staff are cordial and welcoming and they know all the residents by name that was very comforting for us. My mother in law has fallen a few times and we have been impressed by their fast response, nursing team assessment and the prompt call to inform us .

I love the communication with the staff when checking in and the positive feedback and attitude of the staff I was very concerned with my moms ability to settle in but from the moment we walked in they immediately attended to her comfort and began talking with her and settling her down and letting her know she would be okay

My sister is doing very well here. When we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. We had a wonderful representative show us around and explain how it all worked. The memory care unit staff was friendly, and the lunch smelled amazing. We saw the potential room and it was very clean. This was definitely a positive move, and it put me at ease.

Staff is friendly and attentive! Room sizes are nice and activities offered are good. It is very expensive!

What we like the most about Desert Hills is that most staff are more than willing to answer my numerous questions. All but 1 nurse are friendly and always willing to provide info. They are very accommodating.

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I am always able to reach someone if I need assistance. I would definitely recommend Arbor Village to someone looking for these types of accommodations for a loved one.

I would give Ashley Gardens all 5's. My husband needs a lot of care and they really give it their all and anticipate his needs. I also think there are a lot of regulations especially regarding food that can limit what they can serve. Ashley Gardens has been a very good fit for us. Ashley Gardens is not perfect, which my ratings say they are, but they're the perfect fit for us. I admire all those that work in this industry. It's not easy...physically, mentally or emotionally.

The 4s are all due to consistency... staff has been very good but staff changes have created any issues. The staff was very easy to deal with. Helped me with the Dr. to get testing and necessary forms. The staff made my mother feel welcome and did all they could to help her adapt to her new residence.
