Ashley Garden / Cascades was a good fit for my wife. They provided excellent care and supportive environment. The hospice nurses were exceptional.

They were very helpful and patient with my dad.

Literally all 5's. They truly are a great fit. They do a great job working with the family and the resident for a successful transition. Its not sterile.... its warm and welcoming and personal. They've become an extension of our family. So when we visit its like visiting family. Because, even though we are visiting my Mom, we cant help but visit with everyone else.... staff, residents, everyone there. So its like a 2nd home.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. They communicate with me on their needs to make sure that my aunt's stay is comfortable. Regency Grand of West Covina has been very professional with outstanding communication. They have made the transition from living in your own home to a Senior facility successful. I have been very pleased with my decision to have my aunt stay there, and I am proud to say that she is part of that.

Extremely helpful and caring staff. I can't rate them highly enough. They have taken care of us at every turn. The facility is always clean, and the grounds are always meticulous.

We would give the a 5 on all categories. We made the best decision for our mom. It's a very nice facility and vert well cared for. They have a nice outdoor space for the residents and visitors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will say for someone who may be thinking of a loved one there is a getting used to period and the staff is very helpful with that.

When it is time for late stage hospice, SDS is not able give attention and drugs necessary. I wish we had known this a day or two earlier. She suffered horribly before we moved her to [community removed]. Residents can have pets. Staff were WONDERFUL. So kind to [name removed].

We feel there are lots of activities that fit the different needs of the residence. Our mother seems to be thriving there, and enjoys the company of the other residence. Everybody has been nice, friendly and helpful.

This is a great place for my mom to live. Good meals, lots of activities, and smiling, caring staff. They also have nursing staff available if needed, and providers on site every week. Highly recommend!

My husband has dementia and I needed back surgery. I needed a place for him to stay while I was unable to care for him. I visited several facilities looking for the best place for him to stay. I chose Cascades of Bremerton because of kind way they treated their residents, the layout of the facilities and the caring respect I received when touring the facilities. They took the time to explain the costs. Today my husband is thriving and smiling and I can take the time I need to heal without stress. When I visit he is smiling and busy with a puzzle type toy or something. The staff are caring and patient with him. I can call anytime to check on how he's doing or if I have a question.

Very caring staff, clean facilities, activities provided, friendly atmosphere. Very nice apartment layouts. Limited number of studio apartments, but two bedroom are nice too.

Administrative staff needs to be more hands on, aware of how excellent their staff is. When it comes to the meals and dining services, they are trying very hard and they are improving. I would absolutely recommend Cascades of Bend to other families. Their hands on staff is great, very caring

When we had a tour of the facility, we noticed how clean and well kept everything was from the dining room to the lobby to the grounds. The person we met with was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even referred us to several services for moving and financial assistance. My father has been very happy with his transition so far and has commented on how much he likes the staff and the food.

An excellent facility, wonderful caring staff, everything in the list above has been excellent. Highly recommend Sierra del Sol!

My Dad loved it there, we were worried about sending him there but he was the Happiest the whole family had seen him in a long time. Thank you so very much, eternal Gratitude. My Dad loved women, so he loved having all your very caring staff caring for him. Definitely recommend to others

My mother recently moved in and we have been very happy. The place is very clean and everyone has been incredibly kind. Multiple people have come by each day to check in, connect her with other residents so she feels welcome and included. The place always smells nice and clean, everything’s been updated and the location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. She also likes that they don’t have any elevators so everything is easy to get to on one floor. Highly recommend this place, we visited a lot of places before landing on this one which also come recommended by her doctors

They seem to treat their residents very well. Otherwise I didn't have that much time for interaction so I don't have much to contribute.

I'm writing this in behave of my father inlaw & mother in law. Arbor Village has treated them very well. They keep us up to date on them as well. It was a seamless transition from there home to assisted living at Arbor Village. I would recommend Arbor Village.

I have found overall that Alpine Way Continuing Cate Center has done a good to great job servicing my father. They need an additional driver to take residents to and from shooing but we are trying to make the Mon-Wed before 8-2pm work. Dad days the food is ok to good on some days and others not the best. They do have a menu of scheduled meals and an ala-carte menu.Staff have been really good and kind in my and my father's transition. For us this is an ongoing process, one I how will get better in time.

Creekside was everything and more for our family. Warm yet professional, they always made us feel welcome and took such good care of my "second mom." I cannot say enough about Creekside. I would like to live here if I needed assisted living!
