They treated Mom very well and were helpful with everything I needed. The staff was always caring and treated Mom with respect.

We moved our mother to Deerfield Village at the end of the summer. While the transition was hard for her at first, we are so happy and feel that we made the right decision. The staff is wonderful, they live her and she loves them. She has made friends with several people and the social interaction has made a huge difference in her overall demeanor. We finally get to have a relationship with her that is about more than her day to day needs. She is safe and looked after which gives us peace of mind.

Everyone at Heritage Springs is pleasant and helpful. My husband is very happy there. Says staff is “wonderful’. Food is very good, with a varied menu. Accommodations are fresh, clean and very comfortable. My expectations have been exceeded! It was a difficult decision to make, but when I see my husband’s comfort level, I am positive that I made the right decision.

Our families experience

I would say 5's for all except maybe a 4 for food. I haven't eaten there yet but mom says it's not always great. Overall I think we are very satisfied with Mountain Glen.

Our loved one spends too much time in her room alone but she is stubborn about going to activities and meals and is crippled. The food is good and nutritious. There are many choices and visiting guests and artists, wish mom would go to more of the activities. We are private pay and mom requires lots of help so she's at a high level however Dad can no longer care for her 24-7. It's very expensive but it's working out. Dad visits her every day. I live out-of-state but have visited Jefferson Lodge several times since she moved in beginning of August. Most residents are veterans.

Everyone that lives here looks to be very happy. They offer a huge variety of apartment configurations and sizes. From studio to two bedrooms. This is my happy place!

I would highly recommend Cascades of Grants Pass to anybody. It would be a great place to move you or your loved ones to.

My mother was in a skilled nursing rehab facility 30 miles away. Another local home said I would have to arrange for the transport of her to them for evaluation before deciding to accept her. The Cascades sent 2 people the next day to my mother for evaluation & started the process to transport her here. It made a very stressful situation so much more manageable. There are different levels of care available. My mother required the highest level of care in the memory care facility. Everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help you maneuver through the process.

It has been a very smooth transition from Mom's home into Cascades. The staff is very kind and helpful and it gives me peace of mind that my mom is well cared for and safe. She has made a lot of friends which has been so good for her. I like that the facility isn't too big or too small.

My sister is in Royalton place and is very happy from the food to the other whom live here they all like the activities and each others company. It’s a beautiful home with great people who work there everyone is considerate and Kind can not thank you enough.

The professionalism of staff and their attention to the needs of the residents. The extreme attention to detail regarding the grounds and upkeep inside & outside. Your organization and The Magnolia Grand saved me from becoming a homeless Veteran. I'm grateful and will always be a positive voice for both organizations

We chose Royalton Place because it is a smaller facility and they treat everyone there like family. I am glad to give a good review because I want Royalton to get credit for the great job they do.

[name removed] went above and beyond and helped me for the several months it took to move my mother in law here. She explained that it was a process and not a fast nor easy move. She found the apt that my mother in law was specifically looking for. She wanted a one bedroom with Trees, facing street but internal view and she made it happen. She also helped me and my sister in law when we were having a very hard time the day of the move offering support along the way.

5 on all categories! She loves it there. Staff is awesome. They treat my mother well and she loves the companionship.

I have been so happy with the care my mom is receiving at Desert Hills Memory Care! The staff is fabulous. Everyone is so kind and caring. They know the residents by name and are always very friendly and upbeat! It takes very special people to do these jobs and Desert Hills has managed to find a lot of them! Any questions or concerns I might have are promptly addressed and they go out of their way to accommodate any requests I may have! My constant stress has been relieved knowing that my mom is being cared for by these angels!

They over charged dad for things he might have needed at first Had no one available reassess his needs for about 3 months. I moved him out of there and he eventually. A refund eventually. I would say do not put your loved one there.

As a family we remained closely involved with our loved one's care. We developed a good relationship with the staff at Creekside and they worked with us to make sure our loved one got the care we expected. We would recommend Creekside to others. This is for their memory care and hospice. We didn't have any experience with their assisted living.

What we like the most about Cascades of Bend is the independence for the community. They've always got activities happening. Most of the residents look very happy, and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mom is in her 90s. She moved to this facility about 9 months ago. So far, we’ve had a great experience with the staff and the facility. There are a number of daily activities and residents are active and engaged. The caregivers are nice and the med staff is awesome. Mom is very happy and I’m glad to see how well they care for her.
