Sweet Bye N Bye Inc

This facility feels like a large family. All the caregivers are happy involved with the patients calling him honey helping him with everything. It's been a very enjoyable place and the head lady [name removed] is amazing. She's totally interested in each individual. She has really helped my husband since she suggest things that will help like a special pillow for the wheelchair and then I go and by it it really has helped. She knows what she's talking about so I really listen to her. The crafts are amazing. My husband does not participate in any of the crafts except one when he made a bracelet for me, but the craft are amazing what they do and I am a craft person so I'd like to stay there and make crafts with them because they're so fun they do painting. and some more painting on canvas and they're just lovely. They put them around the room the room the gathering room I called it has all the tables. The kitchen is right next-door and it's just covered with window windows. Every wall is full of windows and then there are many leather reclining chairs around the outside and you can always find somebody there. There's a television there there's music going on almost all the time you could ask for what kind of music you want. I'm just really impressed with the lovely care that everybody gives and how friendly everybody is and how fast they learned my name when I show up they say hello Terri and then [name removed] notifies me if she has any concern with my husband it's just a very resident centered environment. Very caring very loving. Also, it is always sparkling clean I've never seen a place that has always been as clean as the Sweet Bye And Bye memory care facility clean and smells good

[name removed] is an excellent care taker. I know there were no activities. The house was very quiet.

The facility/staff treat each resident as an individual. They watch to keep them safe and address their emotional needs as well as their physical needs. My mom's room is just right for her bed and chest of drawers plus side table and her recliner.

My Mom has been at Sweet Bye N Bye for about eight weeks now. The staff has learned what her personal needs are and has followed through by providing caring and efficient care. The other residents generally react in kind ways to others, just as the staff does. The management has been very responsive to requests and has answered all my questions. I feel very comfortable having my Mom stay with the team at Sweet Bye N Bye!

So glad mom & dad were here. Mom was there 3.5 years. Several staff were there through that time - knowledgeable, caring, & stable staff. They were so accommodating of our large family gatherings for special occasions with mom & dad - even during COVID.

Sweet Bye N Bye has been a great place for my mom. The staff is friendly and caring an seems genuinely happy to be there. I appreciate the activities offered to keep the residents engaged and they try to make it feel like a home rather than an institution. The bathroom could be a little cleaner, but nothing major.

The building she was in had 16 private rooms, dining area, living/TV area -much like a large family home. Administrators and care staff knew all the residents by name and what their individual needs were and were continually engaged, seemed to work well as a team. Mom had to transition into Hospice care the last few weeks of her life and the staff coordinated well with Hospice and us. I could go on and on with positive comments about Sweet Bye N Bye.

This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. We have been very happy with the care that our loved one has received. The staff communication with the family has been great in answering our questions or addressing any concerns we have. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices to choose from.

My father was here from July until end of October & received really good care. The staff are compassionate, the facility very clean and well decorated & the accommodations are private. There is effort made with chef prepared food and an attempt to provide activities with seasonal decor and events. The common area provides a cozy and communal space for the residents to be without being confined to their rooms. There is a high level of interest in the health and well being of the residents & regular check ins. Family/caregivers should keep on top of coordination with appointments, etc. There is a fair amount of turnover, but that's consistent with this industry post-pandemic. Many of the staff went above what you would expect in caring for dad in his last days. Through A Place for Mom, dad was at their Residential Care Facility for better than 2 1/2 years until moving into the Memory Care Unit. I would highly recommend the various Sweet Bye N Bye facilities.

They're wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were great to work with. I felt like mom was very well taken care of. She liked the food, and they made sure she was receiving good, nutritious food. It was a huge relief to see her so well taken care of

Sweet Bye N Bye has a very homey feeling to it, there are only 16 residents to a building so it is not overly crowded and overwhelming. The staff are great and are able to give one on one time and attention to the residents. During meal time there are always at least 2-3 ladies per building helping the residents with their meals.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was great but it was just to big and going to be to overwhelming for our loved one.

We haven't been able to visit this community much, but the staff members are very friendly and they have taken very good care of our love done. The value is good along with the care services they provide. Overall Sweet Bye N Bye is very nice and the owner we spoke to in the beginning was nice and very helpful. The rooms are a little smaller, they are more like a studio apartment.

All the staff were wonderful. The [name removed]'s were hand on owners! They were a support from the beginning until the end.IF I needed assisted living Sweet Bye and Bye would be my first choice!

My mother has lived in the Sweet Bye n Bye for almost two months now, and we are very happy with what is going on there. It’s a very small, intimate community with excellent care. The staff is great; very friendly, knowledgeable, well trained, and very interested in the residents’ needs. There are activities, a patio so they can spend time outside and Beauty Monday when residents can get their hair and nails done. The rooms are clean, and the community is safe and secure. I am so glad I chose this place for my mom, and I would definitely recommend it.

So far we really like it. The staff seem to be very nice. She seems to be happy there. I would give it a five so far. We really like it there.

I don't know if there is anything they can do better. They made sure she was comfortable and felt at home for the remainder of her stay. She felt like family there. The staff took excellent care of her.

It is great at Sweet Bye N Bye. I like the cozy, warm, and welcoming feeling I got at this facility. I knew this was the place. It has been a good experience. There is nothing I can think of that needs improving.

Mom has a hard time accepting her limitations. At the same time, she puts limitations on herself. The staff is aware of the situation and have, and continue to, encourage and help her. They do it in such a way that Mom doesn't feel threatened or that she's being told what to do. Staff is very open with us and very receptive to our concerns. The facility itself looks more like a high-end hotel or resort. The dining room is beautiful. Instead of feeling like you can't touch anything, you feel very comfortable and at home. There is also an area for private family dining. It's the perfect space! Fireplace, TV. We brought dinner in from Mom's favorite restaurant; the room was perfect. This was a very frightening time for all of us. Mom, who was afraid to move out of her home and for the family hoping against hope that we found a good home for her.

Warm, friendly staff. They make you feel welcome. Nice houses with clean, cheerful rooms. Very 'homey.'
