Very nice place…staff is extremely attentive to the residents….very friendly place….we wanted to visit in order to see their 2 bedroom/2 bath unit….it was excellent….we aren’t ready to make a move yet, but our choice will be between this location and the Coterie in San Francisco as it stands today….Coterie is much more expensive but has features that are appealing to us, such as a gym and a heated pool….it will be a tough choice….

I would generally recommend this community, but the initial transition had some challenges. There were issues with coordination and communication early on, particularly around care routines. While things have improved since then and the experience is now going more smoothly, I would advise new families to stay closely involved and proactive during the move-in period to ensure everything gets established properly from the start.

Ivy Blue Oaks Senior Living is truly one of one. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, care, and genuine sense of community. The staff goes above and beyond to make every resident feel valued, comfortable, and at home. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. With the exception of the cost (this facility is less than others but still - high) We are thrilled with the staff and care my mother receives. The food is exceptional too. I was especially thankful for the help your representative gave me! Finding different facilities for me to visit, listening to my concerns & guiding me to Ivy Park. Couldn't have found it without your help.

This place is beautiful and offers a lively and healthy senior citizen like myself an abundance of activities and services within a beautiful setting. Inside quad is so pretty and one can envision oneself sitting out there relaxing, reading or just enjoying the surroundings. Clean, large apartments, happy staff. I would seriously consider this place if it weren’t so far out in the boo is and so far from both my children.

For the past year, my dad has been receiving exceptional care at Ivy Park Assisted Living, and I truly could not imagine a better place for him. What stands out most is how much the staff goes above and beyond. Most recently, [Name Removed] helped us return a scooter that my dad ultimately could not use. This was nowhere near her job description, yet she immediately offered to help, handled everything spontaneously and without hesitation, and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy for our family. That level of kindness and initiative is rare and deeply appreciated. The medical support and attention to detail at Ivy Park have also been outstanding. Their Health Services Director is always informed, proactive, and quick to communicate important updates. The medical technicians and all other personnel are consistently caring, responsive, detail-oriented and professional. Knowing my dad is in such capable and compassionate hands gives our family enormous peace of mind.

The first thing that caught my eye was the surroundings of the building, they were pleasant and very woodsy. I felt as if I were in an area far away from the city. Entering the building was also a delight very bright and welcoming. The front lobby concierge was so happy and engaging. Meeting with the Marketing Director[Name Removed]was like meeting an old friend. Pleasant, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. She took me to all the focal points that a new resident would like to know about and provided detailed information. I did not feel rushed and very comfortable throughout the tour. We ended in and started in a conference room, so privacy was established right away and the documentation provided was excellent. Went over every aspect pertinent to helping one make a well informed decision.

I met with both the Manager and Marketing Director of the facility. They spent a great deal of time with me asking questions about my husband and his needs. I thought they were extremely patient and nice, and the information they provided will help me make a decision about his future. I was given a tour of the facility, and it felt like a well-maintained and comfortable environment, a bit like our own home.

I have currently toured 6 facilities. I have narrowed my search to 2 with Ivy Park being the top contender. I liked the intimacy, location, and friendliness.

The caregivers were very helpful and attentive during my respite care stay, and I appreciated the support they provided throughout my time there. The facility also offers transportation to medical and hair appointments, which is a valuable service for residents. There are a few areas where housekeeping and dining services could be improved. Carpet and floor cleaning could be more thorough, particularly in bathroom areas, to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The food was satisfactory overall, though I would appreciate more options for residents with specific dietary preferences or wellness-focused diets. Additional choices such as organic dairy products, sustainably sourced Wild fish like Alaskan Salmon, Wild Black Cod, and Grass fed and finished beef and pork, real pasture raised eggs would enhance the dining experience for those seeking those alternatives.

All staff are extremely communicative and appear to really care about their clientele. Friendly. Concerned and go above and beyond.

Park Ivy is amazing! The staff is great, the facility is clean, my mom's room is always clean and they take very good care of her. I feel very comfortable with her there.

Everyone was extremely thorough and friendly. The rooms are very nice, staff wonderful, lots of activities to engage the residents. The food in the main restaurant is excellent as is the food on the memory care floors. We dealt with [names removed] as the contact job who did a fabulous job!!

Touring Ivy Park was a very pleasant experience. [name removed] was very knowledgeable about the campus and a wonderful tour guide. The campus is beautiful, both inside and out. The common areas are nicely decorated and clean. The staff engaged with the residents in a friendly manner and knew everyone by name. I especially liked the dinning being available all day. Of the several facilities I visited, Ivy Park was my favorite.

The facility was inviting as soon as I walked in. It was decorated nicely and clean. The visit was very positive. The activity rooms were right up to date.
