After 5 months here I would still rate our experience a 5. My wife is still bed ridden and she requires much care. Like any place, the quality of care varies a little depending on staffing and personalities. The leadership is genuinely sincere and is readily involved in finding solutions and solving problems. I hope that this has been helpful.

I felt immediately welcomed when I walked through the door. It’s obvious that people are there to help and they are busy doing that.

They have provided excellent care ( at a fair price) for my sister during a period of challenging health issues. The staff is attentive and caring. Apartment size is nice and roomy and the room and facility are very clean. Not extensive support for gluten free diets but they are making concerted efforts to support her needs. Many activities both on site and day trips. They exhibit a caring attitude.

Staff is very responsive but sometimes you have to request or suggest options. Overall, it is a very good place with very good care. Keep in mind, there is no such thing as a perfect place.

I recently toured The Ivy at Golden Gate and had a very positive experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated the personalized greeting upon arrival and the opportunity to tour several studio apartments and common areas. The community was clean, attractive, and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the library, courtyard, dining areas, and comfortable gathering spaces throughout the building. The atmosphere felt warm, safe, and inviting rather than institutional. I was impressed by the services available to residents, including dining, activities, and the peace of mind that comes from having support available if needed. While I am not currently ready to make a move, this visit helped me better understand senior living options and left me with a very favorable impression of the community. Overall, I found The Ivy at Golden Gate to be a beautiful and welcoming place that I would consider in the future.

I was impressed with the appearance of the community decorations and painting colors were easy on the eye. The activities, seemed to be for everyone who needed an activity. My guide was knowledgeable and informative. It was definitely a high-end place for mom.

Professional staff, very knowledgeable about the services provided at this facility. This facility appeared clean, and we'll maintained.

Caring staff have done a good job of dealing with my mom and her dementia, and keeping my mom safe. I have not had any trouble getting updates about my mom's condition. Staff have pretty much always been available to answer questions for both me and my mom at all hours. The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff have been caring people to both me and my mom. Though my mom has often opted out, the variety of activities at Ivy Park San Tomas is good, and occasional field trips make for good stimulation and variety. All this through very difficult times with a pretty angry dementia patient.

The staff were welcoming and informative. The tournament covered everything we needed to know. Looks like there are many daily activities. People were enjoying themselves in the restaurant.

Staff was friendly. Place was well kept up. Beautiful inside and out. Tour was nicely given. All questions answered. Just over the budget for what we could afford for my Brother.

The Carlotta is a beautiful facility. I was impressed by the variety of units available. I was also impressed with the activities and the dining room / food service.

We have been looking for an assisted living facility with memory care for my mom and decided on Ivy Park Milpitas. Our experience there has been excellent overall. I started speaking with Miguel and he was able to answer all of our questions and accommodate our circumstances in terms of budget and timeline. Communication has been great and he and his team have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Also, Yari the Memory care director has been excellent and made us feel like we’re in good hands with great communication, responsiveness and generosity with her time. The whole care team in memory care have been great too- friendly, caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park Milpitas.

The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, valued, and supported every single day. The community is always beautifully maintained, the activities keep residents engaged and social, and the dining experience is excellent. What stands out the most is the genuine compassion and kindness shown by everyone on the team. It gives our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such a safe, positive, and uplifting environment. We are incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and dedication of the staff at The Ivy at Blue Oaks and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for exceptional senior living in Roseville.

The Ivy Colorado Springs is a beautiful senior living community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The care and attention given to residents was wonderful to see. [Name Removed] was compassionate, professional and truly dedicated to making the residents feel supported and cared for.

From start to finish Julie Harris was fabulous! From her quick replies on phone and email to a thorough on site tour I was impressed! Ivy Park at Bonita is thoughtfully planned for seniors and dementia and I'm happy to consider my 95 year old Mother being cared for there along with my own possible residency as I move from 60s into my 70s. It feels like a home walking in with many delightful gardens, windows, and activity rooms. Ivy Park at Bonita has my highest recommendation!

Minnie, Executive Director and Selena, Marketing Director are both accommodating. They make you feel at home as soon as you walk into the community. They highlight the best of what Oakmont of Silver Creek has to offer-which is the care that they provide. I recently recommended a family to tour the place then eventually moved their loved one in this community. They couldn’t be happier and were so thankful that I recommended this place.
