Very happy. They have activities all day long for residents and family events on every holiday. Well orchestrated. They are very friendly and aware of the dynamics of the people there and make sure they all get along. I can't say enough good things about the place.

Understanding with families making difficult decisions, professional in their procedures, very clean facilities, and more menu diversity than you'd expect.

[name removed] gave a great tour. He is very Informed and personable. It’s such a beautiful place. I like the fact that there really is room for every type of health and/or mental condition. And all of it is done so nicely.

Consistent great care from all staff! Caregivers, Med Techs, Kitchen Staff, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Activities Staff, Concierge and Management all are gold star. The wide variety of food is fine dining quality. This clean and open facility has a very homey feel and staff treats my father with dignity and appropriate, prompt care and attention! The staff is always available and responsive if questions or suggestions arise. We couldn't think of a more comfortable, accommodating setting for our father to be in!

We were very impressed with cleanliness and staff. The residents were well cared for and seemed to be happy. We spoke with several residents. The hallways were not filled with residents sitting lonely. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. This will probably be our choice when we have to make that decision.

I recently placed a relative at Ivy Park at Woodland Hills. The building has recently been remodeled and is filled with light and the public spaces are beautifully furnished. Many of staff have worked decade or more at the facility. All staff is helpful and pleasant. My relative required intensive care and I wittnessed at times three caregivers assisting her. However, it is important to recognize that this is assisted living, not skilled nursing. They respect the wishes of the resident even if at times, the resident may not making the best choices. I recommend this facility for older adults. In comparison to other facilities in the area, it is reasonably priced. There is no swimming pool or tennis courts that younger adults in assisted living might enjoy.

Felt like cruise ship, great menu, lots of amenities, very polite and accommodating staff. Not cheap but worth it.

The facility is smaller than many we toured. The marketing/tour guide was very helpful. It was interesting that he greeted every resident we encountered by name and asked each a question ad though truly interested. They were preparing gor s special twilight dinner he seemed very happy yo be hosting . The rooms seemed small, since we only saw 1-bedrooms. No two bedrooms were available.

Seasoned staff has been in place longer than any other place we looked at. When it comes to memory care, that is the single most important thing. STAFFING. The staff genuinely seem happy.

I like the location and friendly employees. The overall facility and activities are great. One of the reasons why I came here is because it is full service and also has assisted living in case I ever need it.

I have been at Sea Bluffs for the last two years and I’m happy I moved here. Service is excellent and people are really nice. We have good physical therapy and my ocean view unit is very nice it is a one bedroom.

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Did not have respite care as I was led to believe when setting up appt.but since I was there went ahead and looked around. Left with a box of fabulous cookies ! Facikirty and staff pleasant but did not meet my needs.

Extremely well run. Very clean. Staff are all terrific. All activities seemed well attended and the variety was excellent. The location was very convenient.

Happy here staff nice. I like the scones. Made good friends. Activities are great. I have a great room with a view. Food is different every day. I appreciate the staff for helping us with daily things and cleaning our room.

They were great. What we like the most about the community is the cleanliness, helpfulness and the staff. Overall it is a nice community and we would recommend them to others.

Met with [name removed] who did a great job of showing me around the facilities and was so easy to talk to, that I may have over-shared a bit of our situation for a first meeting. She took all in stride, and made it clear that the safety, happiness, and well-being of our dad is their priority. Since we're still figuring things out with timing and budgets, we haven't been able to commit yet, but they are definitely one of our top choices when the time comes.

I visited Ivy Park yesterday and was really rather impressed. The workers, the receptionist, and the director who met us were all very welcoming both to me and my mother-in-law. The interview we started with helped us assess our needs and learn about their services. We had a comfortable back and forth. The tour itself was at a relaxed pace with plenty of time for questions. There was no canned narration, and we ended up saying hi to everyone we crossed paths with. The residents seemed engaged; the lunch special looked yummy; the gardens were peaceful, and the two hours zoomed by.

The management team makes it very easy to integrate. They are very responsive to individuals requests and needs. They have continued to do so over the months going on a year. They have persons available on staff to address any issues. They range from WiFi setup TV, laundry specifics, any outside therapy interactions have been facilitated. Someone is Always available as needed. Always friendly and accommodating! Mom is pleased with the food offerings, and I have been pleasantly surprised.
