We were impressed by the quality of the premises. The presentation was beautiful, and it made us feel that we were in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, with plenty of storage space, and cabinets in the kitchen. We have not sampled the dining but we are in the process of arranging an appointment to have dinner there.

The sales agent did a great job, but we did not care for individual cottages We also did not care for separation of residents.

We’re impressed with apartments, larger and with more closet space as well as full kitchens. Did not see many guests in common areas. Day was a bit cool, may be the reason.

I stopped by unannounced once and they were willing to give me a full tour. Then 2 weeks later I went to their Valentine luncheon. Both were very successful and good experiences. The Commuinity is gorgeous and their layout, garden setting, food, and activities were terrific. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice place. Now go have to convince my dad to go. I am hoping to get him on board by the end of the year.

Overall - seemed like a great place. The staff was friendly and plentiful - food was great and the residents were happy to give good recommendations. I liked the assisted living with transition to dementia care.

The director ([name removed]) and her assistant ([name removed]) were excellent. She is very responsive to all follow up questions. The residence is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and a great location. There are many activities and a widely varied menu from a chef. Many choices. We have already reserved a unit for my sister who doesn't want the responsibility for a large home any longer.

Great experience with all of the staff there, even the residents were very friendly and seem to put on a smile for newcomers like they were paid actors lol

We have had a very positive experience with Ivy Park at Milpitas. The staff has been flexible with our visit requests. They take their time to ensure all of our questions are answered. We don't feel rushed. The amenities are top notch. Living spaces are large and well equipped. Residents are very friendly.

Excellent staff, chef is extremely thoughtful and will make personalized meals upon request. Extremely clean throughout, diligent services of care, adequate room size and appropriate support. Beautiful view which is important when patient can't leave or go far due to medical reasons. The entire area is set up to support a memory card need alarms on all doors. Members are given a life alert type token to wear on their neck at all times to call for help for any need.

This place is amazing! It’s clean the food is great and there is ALWAYS something going on for all the residents. The nursing staff is great they listen and are caring. Everyone knows who my mom is there too! The cleaning staff is through! The PT people are ALWAYS working you see them everywhere working with the clients. The administration staff is the best they answered all our questions and helped us with the transition. This was the best thing we could have done for our mom.

They showed genuine interest in learning about the person to ensure a warm welcome and smooth acclimation.

The advisors were always very nice and attentive to both me and also my brother. They are always willing to answer questions and always there with help. I am getting ready to move my brother from the Ivy at hawaii kai to The Moanalua.

Personal kindness, professionalism, quality of care, quality of the facility, everything really. [name removed] went above and beyond for me and my Aunt who now calls Oakmont home. She is very happy and her health is improving with each day.

Cleanliness, staff was welcoming and nice. Great customer service. My parents are very happy there. The staff speaks Spanish, which my mother responds better to. The staff is wonderful! I would recommend to others.
