I give them 5 stars. [name removed] has been in several assisted living places. This is the first one where she is comfortable and doing well.

No real comments, all staff is very nice and friendly.

Oakmont is awesome. Mom is so happy there! The apartments are huge with the bedroom separate from the living room, small but separate kitchenette. The grounds are beautiful, she takes walks everyday after dinner. Staff is great, mom feels very safe.

This facility is clean and the residents seem to be well taken care of. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied.

I can't begin to express how happy our family is with Oakmont Folsom. The staff is extremely caring and nurturing. They are welcoming and make Oakmont home for the residents, not just a place to live. Thank you Oakmont of Folsom for giving our Mom an excellent, vibrant place to call home. Some of the things my Mom really enjoys is the live music, the bus rides, and the activity room. She has made many dear friends.

The facility is relatively new and has the look of a luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious at the various levels and the staff is very caring, friendly, and kind. There is a memory care area and it is a two-story facility, so it fits well with my mom, who didn't want to go into a high rise. The food has been great and there are always options for her that she likes.

Oakmont was the perfect fit for our family member and she has her small dog with her. That was a clincher. All of the staff are kind, nurturing and very professional. [Name Removed] who handles the medications is a gem. The property is clean and well lit. We are very happy.

My mom has lived at Oakmont of Folsom for two years and in that time I have found the Oakmont team to be consistently dedicated to the care and wellbeing of my mom and all the residents I have come to know. The entire team at Oakmont of Folsom works to get to know each resident and ensure that their needs are met on a daily basis. We looked at a number of assisted living communities before deciding on Oakmont of Folsom. It was the best decision we ever made!

Toured Ivy Park at Milpitas today with Miguel Nevarez. My wife and I were very impressed. The facility was immaculate including the model room we visited.[Name Removed] also showed us a vacant room to get a sense of space without the model furnishings and what to expect when we move in. The other facilities were amazing including the dining hall, pool, activity centere, bistro and others. [Name Removed] was professional, patient and very informative. Spoke with a couple of current residents who gave high praise for staff and food. Activity list was extensive as well. We definitely plan to take next steps in securing a space for my mom. Highly recommend so far.

Oakmont Senior Living has been a wonderful place for my father, and our family is incredibly grateful for the care he receives. The staff is compassionate and takes the time to get to know both residents and their families. I visit often—usually with my dogs—and Oakmont always feels welcoming, like an extension of our home. We appreciate the thoughtful spaces, including quiet rooms for private video doctor appointments and small dining areas for gathering with family and friends. The community offers meaningful activities, many with family participation. Most importantly, Oakmont provides the level of care we couldn’t manage at home 24/7, while maintaining a warm, home-like environment. I highly recommend Oakmont. My father is very happy here, and its close proximity allows us to connect daily, which means so much to us.

There was a certain odor when we came in to the bldg. not sure if it is the carpet or the bldg does not have fresh air or is not well-ventilated.

I was looking for a place for my uncle. I am very impressed by all I saw. my family had lunch and enjoyed it very much. The food was delicious. We will be moving my uncle in soon.

My father has been a resident at Oakmont of Folsom for a year now. His room is comfortable and always kept clean. He has built a positive community making friends with other residents and staff. He lives independently but it gives me piece of mind knowing that someone is looking out for him if he needs help. The amenities onsite are another plus - physical therapy, exercise room and salon services make it convenient too. Most importantly is the staff - they are very kind and supportive. My father is happy and that is the most important thing to me.

I was very impressed with the tour of the Ivy Terrace facility. The entire facility is located on the ground floor in a centralized design that provides easy access from resident rooms to meeting and dining areas.

The facility was very impressive upon entry. Once we checked in, we were introduced to our tour guide, [name removed]. [name removed]was very friendly, concerned about what my mother was looking for in an apartment. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. In the long run, we ended up renting an apartment. All of the staff was very friendly as well. My mother is very excited about moving in next month.

Very nice facility and staff. Facility was clean and well organized. Residents were friendly and seemed happy, even in the memory care unit. [name removed], the Marketing Director, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She didn't rush us through the tour.

AMAZING!!! We loved it- checked almost all our boxes on things that are important to us. Beautiful facility, TRUE restaurant quality good ( OMG) unlike most places who advertise that, but it’s not true. Staff were friendly, helpful, informative, kind, fun, really gave us a chance to experience the place. Love love loved it!

I have two family members in Oakmont of Folsom's Memory Care section. I am able to visit them a couple of times a week and every time I'm there, I find the staff very helpful, patient, and respectful of all the residents. The facility is always neat and clean and very welcoming. Dealing with dementia can be very stressful. I know I feel that way and I'm only there an hour at a time. The staff on the other hand is there all day every day of the week and I don't sense even the tiniest bit of stress from them. It is very comforting to know that my family members are being well cared for.
