I rate the memory care unit at Ivy Park a 5 out of 5. The staff treat residents with kindness, respect, and patience. They consistently demonstrate proactive care, anticipating residents' needs and providing attention even before being asked. [Name removed] was very happy with the care he received during his final days, particularly from [name removed]. I mentioned that the following day would be [name removed]'s 90th birthday and that he might have many visitors. Instead of leaving him in bed, [name removed] dressed him in street clothes, including socks and shoes. This thoughtful gesture was a tremendous morale booster. As a result, [name removed] was more alert and engaged for the next two days. When [name removed] passed away two weeks later, three or more staff members personally approached me to offer their sincere condolences. Their compassion and genuine care meant a great deal to me and reflected the exceptional quality of care provided by the memory care team.

A very nice place. Have not spent a lot of time there. Staff very friendly and helpful . Lots of activities available tho don’t think my sister takes part in many . Spoke to a woman whose mother is there. Said she looked at places throughout Bay Area and this was the best. She also said she felt memory care only facility was superior to tiered

My aunt enjoys the companionship and activities, especially their movie theatre. The food selection is typically good and if not they always have good burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, or salad. Being her POA, I wish the communication was better with extended services. For example for the last 2 months she hasn't needed the extensive care they have charged despite us requesting a reevaluation. We managed to finally get that scheduled by communicating with the director. Other than that I/we have no concerns.

I am extremely grateful for the warm welcome my dad received when he moved into Ivy Park at Seal Beach in April. The entire team made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth, supportive, and reassuring. A special thank you to the marketing team for their guidance, responsiveness, and genuine care throughout the tour, assessment, contract signing, and move-in process. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer our many questions helped us feel confident that we were making the right decision. We also deeply appreciate the Executive Director whose leadership and personal involvement demonstrated a true commitment to residents and their families. The concierge staff have been friendly, professional, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Most importantly, the clinical staff have shown compassion, patience, and attentiveness in caring for my dad. Their kindness and dedication have given our family tremendous peace of mind as he has settled into his new home.

Ivy Park is a beautiful facility, offering near round the clock activities, outings, wonderful food (including daily fresh-back cookies) and a truly inclusive environment. But what makes it special is the management and staff. They are incredibly kind, supportive and caring. They have all levels of needed care represented in their community, including some who simply enjoy what Ivy has to offer. It's a must see/must experience. You'll judge everything else by comparison.

The staff is terrific and very caring. The food is wonderful, and the rooms are a nice size. The community is a nice location in Carmel.

Ivy Park is one of the most impeccably organized facilities I have toured. The staff was hospitable and their representative took time out of her busy schedule to give us a thorough tour of the building with a full explanation of the many amenities available. Very impressive.

[name removed] and [name removed] were both very helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. They are knowledgeable and eager to make the move in run smoothly. The apartment is for my mother. She saw the place and fell in love with it instantly. The size of the apartment is much larger than her previous one, and the rent is two thirds the price. The establishment is a little bit in disarray now, but they are in the process of upgrading the building. The staff has been very courteous, friendly and helpful. Thus was definitely the right choice for mom. She is very happy in her new place. Thank you for helping us in finding the Carlotta. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for mom

The tour was very helpful. The dining hall, individual rooms, grounds around the outside, memory care area, and overall layout of the facility were practical, easily accessible, and beautifully maintained. Inside each room, everything was very well thought out. The bathrooms were easy to navigate and could accommodate a wheelchair and a lift. The rooms each had a window, nice closet, electric outlets, Mini fridge and an exterior sink and cabinet with a counter. Call buttons and cna’s were provided in the memory care area. Loved ones were able to spend the night with advance notice. Thank you for sharing your lovely facility.

We liked this facility because it specializes in memory care. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even more impressive was some of the residents reached out to us on our tour and spoke directly to us about much they enjoyed living at Ivy Terrace. We also saw plenty of smiles and positive interactions between the residents and staff. The fact that the facility is single-story with a walkable greenbelt around the buildings was also attractive to us.

the newly renovated apartment is spacious, clean with a big window overlooking the entrance so mom can observe people. •Meal/Dining Room experience is above & beyond expectations due to the choice of either a set menu or salad/sandwich/entree menu to order off of. It feels like dining at a restaurant (they got all new dining chairs in May). •open, transparent communication lines between us and the staff/caregivers/leadership. They're willing to answer all my questions, look into situations I need clarity on, and get back to me in a timely manner. •"Everyone is nice" is the consistent phrase I hear from my mom, other residents and the gals who work at the reception desk. •plenty of activities to choose from including my mom's favorite, bingo (which is 3-4x a week) •in-house OT, PT and PA is convenient •Bistro area for coffee/tea/hot water & snacks throughout the day is convenient. I'm grateful to have mom living at Ivy Place La Palma!

5 on all. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are super nice and caring. The food is excellent and the activities run all day long. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They have beautiful amenities, and the room is quite large. Super clean. All the employees were very welcoming. My father in law is very happy. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.

A very nice place to live, and a lot for people to do! You've got to go see it yourself. The rooms are bright and clean.

The Ridge is a beautiful place, any resident would be happy to live there. All services that are offered are outstanding.

Moving my loved one to The Ivy at Blue Oaks has been such a positive change for our family. From the very beginning, the staff truly listened to our concerns about her experience at her previous community and took everything seriously in a way we hadn’t seen before. They made the transition feel personal and thoughtful, not rushed. One of the things that meant the most to us was how they even took the time to learn about her favorite recipes and incorporated them into the culinary program so she could still feel at home through familiar comforts. That level of care really stood out. The community itself is warm, welcoming, and active, and most importantly, we have peace of mind knowing she is safe, engaged, and genuinely cared for every day. We are very grateful for The Ivy at Blue Oaks and highly recommend it to other families.

The facility did not know we were planning on stopping by. However, they gave us a nice tour of the facility and answered all of our questions. They did not have time to prep for our visit. Never-the-less, everything seemed to be nice and pleasant. We had a nice and informative visit.

Beginning my reasearch for senior living in the San Jose area with Ivy Park I was impressed by many facets of this facity...most of which I did not know about. It has three levels of care - independent, assisted and memory..all in the same comples. There are soo many faclities within- exercise, parking, storage, hair salon, indoor pool and defined transportation. Activites are many during the month - trips, cards, games, clubs. crafting, live music weekly and more. Staff are informative and kind, focused on the residents and knowing them by name. Impressive.
