The professionalism, kindness, and support from the staff is fantastic. Consistent, compassionate care will significantly enhance the comfort and well-being of all residents. This facility has special programs, excellent safety, and fun activities that seem to be just what the clients want and need. The residents will receive outstanding care, have a better quality of life, and get the support they need.

We have been looking for a place that my mother would feel comfortable living after suffering from a fall. She had been living alone at her home but will not be able to do that going forward. After touring Ivy Park we were pleased with what we saw. Clean and well maintained rooms, common spaces, lots of activities and things to do, and a nice restaurant for all of her meals. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. We are sure mom will love living here.

Ivy Park at Bonita has been absolutely fantastic.

My 89-year-old mother has been a resident at Ivy Park Woodland Hills for over two years and has had an exceptionally great experience. Staff is professional and kind, thoughtful and proactive. In particular, [name removed] helped us numerous times and was a main reason that my mom has been able to stay at Ivy Park for an extended length of time. Completely recommend this facility for it’s compassionate care.

The marketing staff welcomed me and my accompanying friend warmly and spent several hours with us showing the gems of The Ivy in a tour as well as a delicious lunch. Do correct the prices given on the Internet as they were lower than what is current (alas!) I waS IMPRESSED WITH ALLL tHE iVY HAS TO OFFER.

We love how attentive the staff are to mom, checking in on her constantly. Mom says that the food is just ok, but she always seems to be finding something to eat. The staff really have worked at getting her involved with the activities. She loves that they do her laundry and clean her suite. They are mixed sized. I do believe that she has one of the larger 1 bedroom apartments but we were able to furnish it with everything she needed without it being cramped

My aunt loves the Burbank Ivy Park. The employees are kind and seem to genuinely care for the residents. The food is good and the physical building is beautiful always festive, and kept clean. The activities are fantastic for gaining community and involvement.

Ivy Park is a 5 star place. The staff are all very friendly and do a great job there are different activities all day long .There food is great and has a wide variety of choices .Overall experience has been great supper friendly staff great health services Restaurant style dining clean warm place. The apartments are updated clean and nice. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park for anyone who needs assisted living.

This facility is great. Everything is clean, orderly and the staff are all super friendly. And if you need assisted living features, wow, it's like having your own staff to help you with your daily activities. And speaking of activities, there are so many things to do here and each day a new list is printed with non-stop activities all day long. I visited and toured several facilities before checking out Ivy Park at Cerritos so I know what's out there. And this place is head and shoulders above every other place I saw. Come and check it out for yourself.

I recently volunteered as Santa at Ivy Park at Sacramento and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in a long time. The people were all smiles which in my opinion is indicative of a warm loving environment. Watching the staff interact with the residents and the reciprocation of love back brought a true tear to this old grump's eye. With all the wishes I listened to that night, not one was to go home like other places I have been in, and I completely understand why. Thank you, Ivy Park at Sacramento for providing a loving and fun environment for our Seniors.

I don't usually leave reviews but I think others should know that Ivy Park Sacramento is a very caring place for elderly. My aunt lives here and is very happy with the quality of care and interactions with staff. I am happy to see she is more social now and I am relieved that she has caregivers around the clock to help her. Her favorite things at Ivy Park are the food and the people. I would recommend this place.

I recently visited a dear friend living at this community and I was surprised that everyone seemed so happy and engaged. My friend lives in memory care and we had trouble keeping her busy at home. It was so nice to see her talking to other residents and doing activities. Thank you Ivy Park Sacramento!

We are finding my mom needs a bit more assistance and reached out to tour some facilities. Our tour here was very welcoming and everyone was exceptionally kind. The current residents seemed happy and I love that the admin is a nurse!
