I had a very fine experience. I am looking forward to using your facility for my wife. What more can I say? I am blind and they were very good and said they will to work with me and my wife. Hope to hear a positive acceptance soon.

The room was a long walk to the dining room. Rooms were nice. I did not like the point system. They would NOT give any information about how it is given. They said they would evaluate unless we gave a deposit. There must be some written criteria that they would not share.

They were very nice. Accommodated our nds in answering our questions. We stayed for lunch. We didn't like the lunch. The waiter was very nice and delivered what we ask for. The place was very clean and neat. The person who took us on a tour was very helpful and very kind We enjoyed our tour. [name removed] is not ready to move yet. More into the first 6 month. May looks promising She won't move to this location. To far away and atmospere was not very homey she said. Thank you for the time you gave to us.

Staff is wonderful. [name removed] was great in assisting what my mother in law requested. Dr on staff and nurses.. I would recommend to others

We live out of state and placed my father in law there (he didn't want to leave Boise) almost everything was done over the phone and through the staff. They were always kind and super helpful! He always said how great the food was!

Westmont is the Best ! Give them a 5 on everything if I could I would give them better than 5. They really go above and beyond ensuring their clients are well taken care of . The food was so good , the place was spotless the staff is fantastic and so caring . They also had lots of activities and outings - I'm grateful for the time my mom was there

We contacted A Place For Mom to inquire about Assisted Living options and we visited one (not Westmont of Brentwood). We backed off because of the high cost as my parents are a low income couple. I since received several emails from different facilities but I never replied until we heard from Westmont’s director who introduced us to a new program for low income folks. He was very persistent but in a polite and respective way. He explained the program in details and even arranged for a nurse to meet us on a weekend to accommodate my busy schedule. The place is very clean with many intricate decor. The staff is super helpful, He gave us a tour and showed us all the different floor plans. All the units were spacious, clean, well organized and offered the necessary equipment for elderly. He went over all the details, how the program worked and what to expect. We’re still in the process of getting my parents to qualify but we’re truly impressed and hoping to be part of this great place!

Lower score for quality of care due to that is takes forever to receive response from senior staff, especially to answer availability to Medicaid beds. Understanding those are not immediate, but when the money drops below [removed]K, what happens next? Overall they are very friendly.

We had a great experience with Arbor Village from the beginning. My husband and I live out of state so we were in a situation where we depended heavily on the staff to get my father-in-law moved in and all settled. [name removed] was amazing! She went above and beyond her job to be sure we felt completely comfortable with this difficult transition. The facility is clean and the food looks great. I love the variety of activities available for the residents to participate in and the care that is available if needed. Our entire experience with Arbor Village has gone way above my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to place their loved one in assisted living.

I was devastated when I was told my mom couldn’t stay alone in her house anymore and I visited a few places. The places that we couldn’t afford were lovely and those that we could were horrible ! But then i found Westmont - a beautiful place , with the best staff and affordable. They have been nothing but helpful and kind - we are able to spend lots of time with my mom and not worry iif she’s eating or lonely - most of all she’s safe and very well cared for .

They care about you and your loves that move into one of the rooms. The staff help me when I needed to put my mom on hospice and the staff was right there as soon as we needed anything. Staff was very good. Some got very emotional when she passed, and she was only there for a very short time.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Westmont Living we would have to get them 5/5, all good. They have excellent staff and the community members are great My dad is all settled in and is very happy too!

All 5's. It was the perfect place for [name removed]. He was so well cared for. Everyone, from administration, caregivers, even plant manager, were kind, considerate, and helpful. I don't want to forget that constant cleaning made everything fresh, and pleasant. I have no negatives

Caring staff. Good housekeeping. Sometimes communication could be better. Overall, I would recommend Westwind Memory Care to others.

Arbor Village at Hillcrest is a very nice facility. My loved one is happy there. My wife and I visit her weekly. The facility was renovated, it is very clean. Cost wise, it costs less than most other surrounding facilities. The staff is very attentive for all of the resident's needs. They take pride in their duties and are very positive. The housekeeping is great. Everything is kept very clean. Communication with family members is great, we've had no problems. The meals are pretty good. My loved one states that they have a different variety. I would highly recommend Arbor Village at Hillcrest to all.

We've recently moved my beloved Momma into this residential community and they have been nothing short of EXEMPLARY! From the initial tour to the contract signing, to generous assistance in getting her settled into her well adorned and nicely appointed respite room and eventually into her permanent accommodations - the staff's warm, welcoming and genuinely caring attention in all aspects has been just remarkable! Truly... Thank you to [name removed], [name removed] and all the staff for making this difficult transition SO much more enjoyable and peaceable. Our immense gratitude!

5 on all. Staff is very kind, cheerful, and helpful. Always see a cleaning crew working. Smells clean, at all times. My husband likes the meals. They have good activities, but my husband is not able to participate due to his health issues. Good value, for everything that is provided.

We toured Arbor Village at Hillcrest during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice. The amenities and services offered at this facility were great. We liked this facility!

Wheatfields has a group of professional ladies that are the most caring, compassionate, supportive and loving people I’ve ever met. They do a stellar job. The facility is very clean, residents are happy, and the staff interacts with them daily, just like they are a part of their family. Thank you all, for everything you do for the residents.

Our situation was not unique. My father in law would not consider moving out of his home and refused to visit any Assisted Living facility. At 97 years of age he needed more care than we could give him. He found the loving and caring he needed at Canyon Trails and was so happy to be there on the first morning he moved in. Trust your loved ones without hesitation to [name removed] and all her staff. They allowed my father in law to smile and be happy again. He has gotten so much attention and love from the staff that it is smiles all the time.
