Caring staff. Good housekeeping. Sometimes communication could be better. Overall, I would recommend Westwind Memory Care to others.

Arbor Village at Hillcrest is a very nice facility. My loved one is happy there. My wife and I visit her weekly. The facility was renovated, it is very clean. Cost wise, it costs less than most other surrounding facilities. The staff is very attentive for all of the resident's needs. They take pride in their duties and are very positive. The housekeeping is great. Everything is kept very clean. Communication with family members is great, we've had no problems. The meals are pretty good. My loved one states that they have a different variety. I would highly recommend Arbor Village at Hillcrest to all.

We've recently moved my beloved Momma into this residential community and they have been nothing short of EXEMPLARY! From the initial tour to the contract signing, to generous assistance in getting her settled into her well adorned and nicely appointed respite room and eventually into her permanent accommodations - the staff's warm, welcoming and genuinely caring attention in all aspects has been just remarkable! Truly... Thank you to [name removed], [name removed] and all the staff for making this difficult transition SO much more enjoyable and peaceable. Our immense gratitude!

5 on all. Staff is very kind, cheerful, and helpful. Always see a cleaning crew working. Smells clean, at all times. My husband likes the meals. They have good activities, but my husband is not able to participate due to his health issues. Good value, for everything that is provided.

We toured Arbor Village at Hillcrest during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice. The amenities and services offered at this facility were great. We liked this facility!

Wheatfields has a group of professional ladies that are the most caring, compassionate, supportive and loving people I’ve ever met. They do a stellar job. The facility is very clean, residents are happy, and the staff interacts with them daily, just like they are a part of their family. Thank you all, for everything you do for the residents.

Our situation was not unique. My father in law would not consider moving out of his home and refused to visit any Assisted Living facility. At 97 years of age he needed more care than we could give him. He found the loving and caring he needed at Canyon Trails and was so happy to be there on the first morning he moved in. Trust your loved ones without hesitation to [name removed] and all her staff. They allowed my father in law to smile and be happy again. He has gotten so much attention and love from the staff that it is smiles all the time.

I had a great tour with Arbor Village at Hillcrest. I saw on the news recently tat they are trying to re-zone and so this facility will then just turn into regular apartment buildings. There are about 117 residents who live there so they will all have to move. After seeing that, it makes me glad that I did not choose this facility because I would have had to move my loved one out and find a new place.

I had a great tour experience with Canyon Trails - out of the many places I toured this one was my second choice. The staff were great and followed up afterwards to check in.

I have only been able to visit a few times but every time I have gone to visit the community is always clean and well kept. The staff members have been so kind and helpful so far, they really make you feel important and make you feel that all your questions and concerns are heard which has been really comforting. Our loved one says the food has been great so far, we have not heard of any complaints. Based on all the feedback she gives us, she seems to be really happy and we know she is well cared for

The staff members at Westwind just love my husband, he loves to dance and whenever the music comes on the ladies will come up and dance with him. We really appreciate all the interaction the residents and staff. It is a really nice big open area where our loved one can gather with everyone. The residents an wander all the way around the community safely. Everybody's room is along the outside walls. The center is open with a big sitting area and T.V. His room is always nice and clean, bed is always made and bathroom nice and clean. It is a lot of money each month but it is definitely worth it to be at ease. We can visit anytime or take him out for a walk anytime - we cannot say enough great things about Westwind, it is the perfect place for him.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. They have activities like puzzles, cooking, lectures, music and more for the residents to have a good time. The staff are very caring and they were always available for the residents and their needs. The meals were okay but not the best to my loved one. The tour was excellent and they gave me all of the information that I needed.

I would not want to live anywhere else! I feel safe and at home. I like that they encourage everybody to be active and social. My favorite activities are Bingo, Happy Hour, and shopping. Their transportation to medical appointments is very important to me as well. The Arbor Village staff is nice and I feel comfortable asking for help or voicing any issues that I may have. I like that the staff listens to me and helps me. The apartment I live in is very nice and I highly recommend living here.

the staff - from the executive director to my loved ones caretaker - were extremely caring during our transition. they made this entire process easier and less painful knowing my loved one is in good hands.

We chose Canyon Trails because from the moment we walked in for our firs tour, they felt like family. It was a very welcoming experience. I really think the staff stand up for their residents and go out of their way to take care of them, they were taking care of my mom before she even got there. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We visited other lovely communities and interviewed still more by phone. However, the moment we were met by the team at Canyon Trails, we knew we had found a new home for our mother. Both the sales director and the administrator made us feel like we had just found some long lost family members who could not wait for Mom to come live with them. Also, everyone we encountered on the tour of the facility greeted us with a huge smile and welcome. The decision made, it took quite a bit of unexpected time before we could get Mom there. The Canyon Trails team supported us every step of the way, at one point saying," You are family now and we take care of our family!" Mom is now in residence and we can happily breathe again!

The staff and residence are so friendly. I always feel welcomed and safe. The food is excellent! I love being able to have my dog Molly living with me.

The staff members and the care services they provide are excellent. We were able to eat a meal there for Mother's Day and the food was fantastic. During the pandemic they really put the residents health and safety first, we thought they did a great job. The activities are starting to open back up which is nice, and every time we go to visit there are staff members everywhere so its never hard to find someone to speak with.

This will most likely be a good fit for your loved one. There are some staff that aren't as nice as others. Some of my loved one's belongings have disappeared and the Administrative Team took care of this promptly. The community has been very good with their pandemic regulations.
