I thought they took good care of my loved one. I would recommend this community highly for your loved one. My loved one had a nice room and had a view of the center court. It overlooked trees as well.

They are very family oriented community. The staff and the residents are very friendly and caring. The caregivers are really good. The food is good and it is healthy. I visited twelve communities, and I chose this community because it gave me a feeling of comfort with both the residents and the staff. The facility is newer and everything is modern, clean, and nice. They offer a lot of activities. They don't let the residents just sit in their rooms, they get them engaged. I would recommend this community to other families.

Very nice. Friendly atmosphere

My father has been at the 3500 S. Arizona facility since early December 2018. We have been positively impressed with the facility and level of care that the staff has shown my father and us. Although they have many activities scheduled each day, they have actively encouraged him to ensure he’s engaged with activities that may have gone unnoticed (we were pleasantly surprised to learn of his painting skills). The staff’s capabilities are superb, but of maybe not so often recognized, is their passion for the community members.

Wow, I just toured this community with my wife and we were beyond impressed. The community is thoughtfully designed, bright, with many outdoor options. The staff could not have been friendlier and we saw many staff engaging in activities with the residents while we toured. During the tour the marketer offered us lunch which we ate and found it to be fantastic. We have toured many and we were really impressed here.

Just toured this property last week. This is by far the nicest property we toured, and the staff was fantastic. The property is brand new, and has beautiful outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy. The interior is designed with its residents in mind, from places for group activities, therapy kitchens, salon, secured outdoor patios, and several room options. We loved the lifetime rate lock pricing as well.

My mother is acclimating well to Westmont of Brentwood. I like that she has her own space and privacy with her apartment. She is slowly but surely having a desire to participate in the activities offered daily. I like the variety of choices as it seems there is something for everyone. The dining service is top notch. All the staff are great! The interactions I've seen show they really want to know their residents. I appreciate that they make the residents feel special and important. Mom is happy and that's what's important.

This facility is lovibg and friendly. It smells so good and everyone is overky helpful and kind. I live this assisted living. We definitely are a family!

The staff at Hillcrest is amazing! It's a very different atmosphere then other assisted livings my parent's have been at. It's very resident care focused as opposed to being all about the money. I feel like the staff and the management team really care about my parent's well being and about me and my family also. The nursing department is always available to speak to me and my parent's about any health concerns and always see to it that they are addressed quickly. The kitchen team is wonderful and my parent's state they feel like they are eating at home in their house instead of an assisted living. The kitchen manger is always up for suggestions! I would recommend hillcrest to anyone looking for an assisted living for their parents.

The residents are well cared for and loved. Staff is friendly and compassionate. A good experience overall and I definitely recommend it together looking for a good place for their loved ones.

Because my aunt is in the memory care area, the fee for her care is quite expensive. The staff team is good and everybody knows their job. If you call the main desk they know exactly who to transfer you too. [Removed] the main director is very responsive; if I leave a message he gets back to me at a reasonable time. I wouldn’t have to wait 2 days or anything. The way that he sign you up there is very organized and he knows his job. I rate everything a ten, it’s a very clean place, the girls are sweet, and they take good care of the residents. One complaint I would say would be toward their food. It’s horrible except for specials days like Thanksgiving or Christmas. I think that could use improvement.

We have moved my mother into Canyon Trails, and we are super happy with it so far. It is very clean, very professionally run, and the caregivers always do an excellent job dealing with whatever comes up. My mom is crazy about the caregivers there, and she also seems pretty satisfied with the food. I haven’t had a meal there yet, but it always looks good. The community is definitely well-maintained and clean. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The staff is very caring. They took care of my father as well as my sister and I. [Removed] was there with lunch for me as I fixed up dads room, and also a big hug. [Removed] is helping my sister and I to navigate this new part of our life. [Removed] cleared the floor when our dad announced everyone had to leave because it was his house. They truly care for the residents and the families. Thank you!

Hillcrest Retirement & Assisted Living is an older friendly establishment. It is a clean and comfortable place for my Mom, The staff is very caring and friendly. They do provide activities, and they try to encourage my Mom to participate. The food is good, she enjoys the meals that are much better than the last place she was staying. There are places to walk and enjoy the outdoors. This was a good fit for my Mom, affordable and comfortable. It is very homey and the residents all seem happy to be there.

It has been weeks and my father-in-law is doing okay and has not asked to leave. He is in a good environment. I love his apartment it has a single room. He likes the food and It is much better for him living here. It doesn't feel like an assisted living place, it is nice. I picked them because they gave me the option of assisted living. They felt he did not need to be in a memory care. He has been fine in the assisted living and that gives me a lot of hope.

I loved Canyon Trails when I toured. It is the place that I would like to put my father once I find out if he will have extra income. The place is beautiful and the people were nice, it was a good experience.

Things seem to be going well at Canyon Place and mom is happy.She's getting involved in activities and from what I've seen the staff encourages her to do so.We chose Canyon Trails because we liked the staff, the location and they worked with us on the price.

They were excellent and really great. On the tour I saw that it didn't fit our needs and didn't feel like home. The community itself was comfortable and the staff were wonderful too.

We like the care at this community. The staff are outstanding. The chef goes out of his way to make sure that the meals are good and healthy. He is participating in all the activites. We highly recommend the care and vlaue of this great community to other families.

Hillcrest is a great place. I have a family member there and she is very happy and the staff is great. Wonderful food and a beautiful community.
