Food is not included in our plan and I do not participate but they have lots going on. Love it there. Our view is fantastic. Rooms were all painted and extremely clean when we came. They allow us to put pictures up etc. maintenance comes to rooms to repair things. We needed only have them come once in a year. Replace lightbulb. Community rooms excellent. Games exercise pottery puzzles library tv room with beverages and fruit. We are so happy with our decision to join the Baldwin family. Also halls are bright and they have open halls where you can view areas below. Makes it feel open and not institutional like. Fireplace and beautiful open circular staircase in main lobby. We really love it here. It feels like home.

It was nice clean and friendly place but it was pricey for his income.

This has been a wonderful move for My Moms She loved the look and cleanliness when we first visited After moving in she was hesitant about moving around Now she’s going for walks through the halls Visiting the laundry room to do her own laundry Meeting people She has been coming along slowly She has been smiling more and telling me about her days

My brother is comfortable there & feels it is big enough for him. He can handle it. The workers there check on him.

It is quiet, and there is transportation and daily activities they ask for suggestions the mobile library has paid us a visit and they even got mobile SOS to visit as well, just some examples of day to day life.. They have nice size 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms they are comfortable.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one. You have found it! Our experience was beyond exceptional. This was a difficult process for us as we look for the right fit for my sister. [name removed] was so very kind and walked us through the process that seemed daunting to us at the time. She made it as easy as could be her expertise and kindness will be impressed on our mind and hearts for years to come. And the apartments are lovely, newly remodeled, clean and very practical for those who need assistance. The social director is also to be commended, fun events for the residence. BRAVO to ALL. We have had a lot of trouble with Advisacare. Diane in the main office made the whole process so easy and she's super friendly and helpful and truly cares about the community.

We were having a lot of issues with getting all of my mom’s paperwork back from her doctor and the hospital where she was, but the people at the Cortland Edgewood were so patient and really worked with us to make sure she could move in as soon as she was discharged. She has been having an amazing time there and loves all of the staff and residents. She even gets to play the piano in the lobby, which she loves!

My wife Rehabilitation has been comfortable and Pleasant and her two surgeries have been therapeutic the staff are friendly and professional and helpful we are grateful that we are blessed to have chosen Baldwin House

I would recommend. Just that it is very convenient to have a grocery store well within walking distance. The staff is very attentive to mom. She enjoys the meals and activities.

I didn't know anything about a place for mom, more information needs to be put out about this organization. However, my experience has been a good one I spoke to a representative name[name removed] he helped me to find Baldwin House. I must admit this was not what I thought it was going to be but, after seeing a few other places the more I liked Baldwin House.

Baldwin house allows moving with only 30days notice (instead of 90days) and there is no lease buy out fee unlike our loved one's current communities. Baldwin house did NOT allow opting OUT of dinner/meals unlike our loved one's current community which has reduced the rent we pay by about [fee removed]/month.

We absolutely love the Baldwin House staff and facilities. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that our dad is taken care of. The staff is so kind and attentive! We are so thankful that we stumbled upon A Place for Mom, which connected us with the Baldwin House and Patriot Angels. You all truly are angels and an answer to many prayers. Thank you so much!!!

I am currently a resident at Baldwin House Lakeside Senior Living and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, food and activities are also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The reason for the "4" on care if because we have turned over Mom's meds to them and the staff is not professionals and we are experiencing some issues. They are having some staffing issues. Overall my mom is very happy there! They are extremely helpful and friendly. It's just the meds that we are having issues with.

Staff is extremely patient and helpful with the senior residents. Apartment sizes are very comfortable for one person. I would recommend Baldwin House to others.

Staff are very interactive with residents. One on one attention is more the rule than the exception. Housekeeping is excellent; my brother-in-law, who is a resident, has individual housekeeping weekly. The meals appear to be good; I have not tried the food myself; my brother-in-law seems satisfied. Communication with family is quite good. Staff member, [name removed], exemplifies this relationship and, I would suggest that prospective residents and family members speak with her as they tour. I would definitely recommended this facility, particularly when compared to other, more expensive facilities.
