it has been a great experience so far. From leasing, to moving in, and living there almost a year. My mom really loves it there. We would highly recommend Baldwin House.

The reason that we chose Lloyd's Bayou Senior Living over other places that we visited was because when you walked in, it smelled like an apartment building rather than a nursing home. The others we visited were off-putting with the smells. The staff here are very kind and really look out for Mom. I could not ask for more attentiveness.

I talked to my loved one today. My loved one had prime rib for dinner and they are very very happy at Lloyd's Bayou Senior Living. I feel like we should have done this a year ago. My loved one's apartment is so cute.

My mom would give them all a 5!!! She is REALLY enjoying it there! First off, my mom is very social, and she loves all the activities that are planned. She does something every day. Gosh, I have to make an appointment just to talk to her . Haha

I would encourage others to go here if you are independent. The community is friendly, the food I thought was pretty decent.

I would tell and have told relatives and friends that this is the best move I have made. Atmosphere is friendly, activities that enable you to meet residents, and socializing keeps you from isolation.

Activities have been scaled back for Covid reasons but overall they are trying to keep the residents entertained. There has been a recent turnover of administration which concerns me. We have yet to meet the new administrator. The medical team provides quality care in general. They are struggling with decreased staffing and any scheduling snafus are understandable. My Mom is very happy there

My family has had a very good experience at Baldwin House Brownstown. I have no complaints. It's clean. It's safe. The staff have good communication. And it's close to my home, so that helps too.

We chose Baldwin House because of the convenient location to her church, the value for the money was great, and just how fast and quickly they moved to get us in. They did not have a waitlist so we were able to move in right away which was lovely. They have a respite care unit as well and my mom had just had surgery and they invited us to stay here so it was like a try before you buy type of thing. They are delivering the meals to the apartments and because of that, the meals are quick and simple. It does not taste good and is not geared towards what the residents would like to eat. Overall I would recommend the facility to others looking.

The people were all lovely at Baldwin House. The staff are very heartwarming and they really cater to your individual needs. They have a lot of nice activities and events for the residents. They do things like birthday parties, potlucks, games, etc. It is an absolutely beautiful and wonderful place. The grounds are well kept and they do a beautiful job decorating for the holidays. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

The community is very nice. The views are really great. The staff are wonderful here! The office staff are helpful and work with you to make sure all your needs are met. The meals are excellent, and meals are served at a specific time to be able to be served food.

[name removed] was amazing! The facility is great also. I will like to get into to see the Riverview location since it has more to offer. (Meals included) Plus it's in the location my mom would love to stay in.

Our families experience has been great so far, the community is clean and the friendliness of the staff is excellent. The activities are limited but they are starting to do more and more and each day. Value for cost is very very good.

We chose Lakeside because of the location, the price, and amenities that were offered such as the medical team within the building. The apartment sizes here are really nice. Some meals are delivered to the rooms so by the time they get to the room they are cold but that is not their fault. I think they could have a better variety on the menu to choose from. She does rave about the soups and salads. Once the dining room is opened all the way up i don't think we will have any issues. The admission process is made very easy, they help you with everything and think out of the box and go above and beyond.

Due to the covid restrictions the activities are very limited, but our loved ones apartment is wonderful. It is a very nice place, and the staff members are extremely friendly. I would choose to live at the American House if I had to.

We have had a good experience with American House. We chose this facility because of the value for the money, the location, and the way that the staff members worked with us, they took everything into consideration that we wanted for my mother in law. The apartment sizes here are adequate for what she needs. We are very pleased so far and would recommend them.

I chose American House because of what they had to offer and the affordability compared to other like facilities, they are considerably less. They are very accommodating, they just recently introduced healthy options into the menu and we get 3 choices which is nice. The circumstances right now are very different, but overall I would recommend to others looking.

I chose American House because the manager was willing to work with me on the price and the facility looked nice. My 1 bedroom apartment is nice size for me, it was bigger than I thought it would be and I do have a balcony. I do not like the brand of foods they use, they have good variety but it all tastes the same most of the time. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would highly recommend.

Everyone has been super friendly and nice. The community is warm, inclusive, kinds, engaging, and they have been fabl to work with.
